“I am not a huge fan of Mexican food but this changed my mind. The Raman is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It is a little odd being inside of a BP station and you order on a kiosk. A fellow came out and explained absolutely everything to the newbies and made recommendations. 100% will be back there and they have spoiled other places for me :) Great job, great food and really a friendly helper.”

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.”

“Attended a morning Chamber meeting and was excited to see this venue in Eagan. It’s nice. Fun atmosphere. Looks to have a nice variety on the menu. Since it was a morning meeting, I wasn’t able to try anything, but definition look forward to coming back. Restrooms were clean. Manager was helpful. Outside seating looked fun. Loved seeing a connection to Minnesota sport teams and a few Viking jerseys.”

“I just came here to say these were the best bang bang skrimp wraps I've ever had. crunch, on point! sauce, on point! even the slaw which I'm usually not a huge fan of by itself, on point! perfect portion, cherry coke on tap was great too! My friend had the nachos and they were huge, although they were served in a large bowl, I would find it easier for cheese distribution if served on a platter of some sort but that's about it, still recommending!”

I was in town for a work trip and had all day meetings and a social event. Myself and some colleagues were hungry after the event and decided to stop at Carbone’s next to our hotel. We got there at ~8:30 which was 30 minutes before they closed, by the time we finished eating it was 9:20. Not only was the pizza very good, the service was great. At no point during our visit did the two staff members make us feel rushed.

I’ve been to several places where they have started closing up shop and stopped taking orders well before closing time. The staff here still provided us with good service and quality food even though we likely kept them from home later than they expected.

100% would recommend, and will be back (well before closing time) next time I’m in the area.”

“This little gem is a must try! It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. My wife (girlfriend at the time) introduced me to this Gem of a joint. Old school wooden benches with some iconic mafia movie posters on the walls give it its old school pizza joint feel.

Full menu from Pizza to Hot Italian sandwiches. I have a hard time straying from pizza but everything I’ve had here is amazing.

Aaron the manager on duty was very kind and attentive.

About the same price as Chipotle, but feels healthier/less heavy. I wish there were more in the south Metro. Service is always quick. One of the cleanest restaurants I've been to. The staff take very good care of this store.”

Happy family is basically beef, chicken, scallop and shrimp with veggies. Highly recommend for the whole family. They are always fast, service is warm too.”

I order online to decrease errors as English is not necessarily the first language. Always make my special requests (I have a food allergy). They will forget your pop on the meals that come with one. Fair warning if you don't ask for it probably not getting it. But otherwise the service is great. Food isn't spicy though. So if your looking for heat... I don't recommend. But nonspicy dishes are great.”

I got it as it is on the menu with lobster on our first visit and on our second, my wife asked them to make it with no seafood but with grilled chicken instead. They were happy to do so and it was still amazing. Tried a different app and dessert each time as well and they were all tasty. Our server informed us a fall menu was just around the corner and I will be there for it! Hope this young restaurant stays around a long time.”
