“The renovated space feels like a resort-style retreat—beautiful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. We were also blessed with an amazing server, Sophie—attentive, quick, and always greeting us with a genuine smile. After reading some mixed reviews, I feel especially grateful we had such a great experience, particularly since we hadn't been back in over a year. The food was excellent. I had the Thai steak, and my wife ordered the chicken rice bowl—both were delicious and well-prepared. They also have a full bar with a solid wine selection and plenty of great non-alcoholic options. “Went on a Wednesday evening after happy hour ended and the place was pretty open luckily. Seated and served a group of eight people well especially as most people only got drinks. Can’t attest the rest of their food but I tried the walleye BLT and it was shockingly pretty good. Definitely wasn’t expecting bar to serve such good food but would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area. I do hear this place gets pretty packed when there’s events at the theater next door so keep that in mind.“

“Coolest atmosphere. Consistently delicious food (delivery, takeout or in-house!). Excellent staff. We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. Thank you Luce for honoring the booth request and being consistent with excellent food and service - it made a world of difference for our whole family! ("Tubular" as our visiting teen said)“

“Pretty solid restaurant. You order at the front and they deliver it to your table. Not ridiculously expensive like most places now. Pretty good food overall as well. Coffee is bland but that's normal out of a big pot. I went two times so far. Good frittata and basic breakfast.“

“I live near turtle bread and think it's a great local spot - unfortunately their menu choices limit me from being able to visit more frequently. They have no kids menu - so if I want to visit with the family, I have to pay full price for a veggie quesadilla - with everything removed (so just a cheese quesadilla) for the kids who will still only eat half. Similar - they have great soups, but offer no way to get a soup as a side instead of fries (or a soup /sandwich combo). Offer more flexible menu options so I can visit more frequently!“
