“I want to thank the staff at this Perkins for their efficient waiters and supporting members. I called two weeks prior to set up an area for 20 people. My husband had passed and we were having a family breakfast before everyone left to return to their homes. They kindly had it set up when we got there. The waiter, Joel, did an amazing job of taking care of us. With the help of two other waiters we were well taken care of by them. They served the kids first, which all the parents appreciated very much. I told Joel I wanted the check. He then helped me navigate through the card machine. He asked me what this celebration was for, Birthday, anniversary? I told him no, it was for a Celebration of my husband life. Said he was sorry for my loss and gave me a hug. “My boyfriend and I go to this particular Perkins almost every weekend and with our very busy schedules, often order it to go during the week for dinner. The food is always hot, service always fast and very friendly and it's consistent. We know what to expect. However, a few nights ago we ordered to go and they missed part of our order. When my boyfriend called to let them know we were missing some of the food, they were extremely apologetic and offered to give us a credit. We live close by, so we opted to go back and pick up the missing items. Gloria was amazing and had the food ready to go for us and went above to make it right.

Perkins can be very hit or miss, but this one is always great!“

For some reason their gift cards were not working online, so we went in the store to pick up and they were not working in store either.

We needed to pick up the cookies to deliver to our daughter for her birthday for her soccer team.
