“This is one of my favorite chick fil a locations due to its convenient location for me and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. While eating there today my car broke down and one of the staff came out and showed me how to jump start my car, which was simply far above and beyond ordinary customer service. “The customer service is always exceptional at this location. Always greeted with a smile and food well prepared. I was especially pleased with an interaction I witnessed between an employee and a VERY rude customer today. The customer was complaining aggressively about something on his app that the employee he was speaking to obviously had no control over, and from the sounds of it, this was not the first time this customer was told this. The employee kept calm and explained what he was able to do for him in a very polite manner. After we finished eating, we stopped to get more soda. The employee, even after that interaction with the rude customer, said he'd see us next time and to have a great day with a smile. I think he deserves a raise. Thank you, I wish I had gotten his name.“

“The best Dairy Queen I’ve been too! Came in with a friend on Saturday and it was craaazy busy inside and in the drive thru. However, I still experienced the absolute best service!!!! Matt & Reggie were 10/10, I was on the fence on what to get, they gave me amazing recommendations and EVEN offered up their very own off menu recommendation “THE S’MOREO” which was the s’mores blizzard add Oreos!! It was so delicious, my new go to blizzard order!! The service I experienced as well as witnessed them give to everyone else that walked in despite it being that busy was so impressive!! “Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. “It's a fast food restaurant, so atmosphere isn't really what you're there for. The food is always prepared fresh and the service is incredibly pleasant. Stores are usually very clean which makes a big difference when dining in. Great, juicy burgers, always hot, and crispy crinkle fries!“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“I placed an online order but I forgot to switch it to the bloomington location. So it was placed here at EP Culvers.
So when I realized, I called them and rushed over. The manager was this Latino fella. When I explained my stupid mistake to him, he had his team re-make my order fresh!

“Went to the Eden Prairie Arby's location last year around 6:00pm and sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes after taking our order and were told they ran out of roast beef. Thought we would give them another try tonight and they were closed. Will not make this mistake again, will get our Arby's from the Minnetonka location from now on.“

I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“I hope it's just everywhere that thoroughly I love my Taco Bell experience..but I'd be happy with the two i visit moat frequently. These guys work hard and collaborate for a great meal. I can imagine the ease of pick up, quick completion of meals, and correct order consistency is orchestrated by their professional and dedicated manager Salvador.
