“This is one of my favorite chick fil a locations due to its convenient location for me and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. While eating there today my car broke down and one of the staff came out and showed me how to jump start my car, which was simply far above and beyond ordinary customer service. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and this location. 11/10 would recommend.“

“The customer service is always exceptional at this location. Always greeted with a smile and food well prepared. I was especially pleased with an interaction I witnessed between an employee and a VERY rude customer today. The customer was complaining aggressively about something on his app that the employee he was speaking to obviously had no control over, and from the sounds of it, this was not the first time this customer was told this. The employee kept calm and explained what he was able to do for him in a very polite manner. After we finished eating, we stopped to get more soda. The employee, even after that interaction with the rude customer, said he'd see us next time and to have a great day with a smile. I think he deserves a raise. “Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. “It's a fast food restaurant, so atmosphere isn't really what you're there for. The food is always prepared fresh and the service is incredibly pleasant. Stores are usually very clean which makes a big difference when dining in. Great, juicy burgers, always hot, and crispy crinkle fries!“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. “I placed an online order but I forgot to switch it to the bloomington location. So it was placed here at EP Culvers.
So when I realized, I called them and rushed over. The manager was this Latino fella. When I explained my stupid mistake to him, he had his team re-make my order fresh!

“Went to the Eden Prairie Arby's location last year around 6:00pm and sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes after taking our order and were told they ran out of roast beef. Thought we would give them another try tonight and they were closed. Will not make this mistake again, will get our Arby's from the Minnetonka location from now on.“

The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's. I've never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.“

Shes very helped, very polite, very professional.

“I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! Never had an order messed up, never had rude service and never had anything but an excellent experience!!“

“I was actually quite impressed with the guy working the drive thru window the other night! While i never need a reason to visit your location, i came for a special reason that night. My daughter wanted a Chicken Quesadilla but it was not gonna happen since the grill was already closed down by 9pm. Seems that grill is a pain to work with and it's a bit of an unwelcome addition to your kitchen! But the guys working there did their very best to make up for the problem! I ordered a couple chicken soft tacos with cheese only as a hopeful substitute. When i got home, not knowing what was in the bag, my daughter and i were pleasantly surprised. The guys did their best to make a quesadilla without the grill. They included a note as well. Impressive. And my daughter was pleased with what she got. Keep up the good work there and i'll be back. Give the guy working the window on 4 February a raise. He stepped up. Again, i was impressed and i'll be sure to get there a bit earlier before the grill closes next time!“

The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect!
