Hubby had the grilled ham and cheese and subbed onion rings for the chips. Another winner. Had strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert- was really good and hit the spot. Laura was our waitress, attentive and friendly. Will be back!“

“Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owner Martina Priska. With a beautiful and welcoming, smiling face. She selected delicious items on the menu. And we took our seats by the fish tank.
Our food was brought out in an expedited fashion, and I must say it was the most delicious meal that I’ve had in the last six months and I eat out almost every night of the week! Bravo Martina and Derek!

“We had a business meeting in the back room where I thought it would be quieter than the main dining room, but a table of 20+ people were quite loud so it was difficult hearing others at our table. Prices just went up quite a bit. I had my usual Poke Tuna Salad and it was 29% higher than the last time I ate here about 6 months earlier. Everyone enjoyed their meal.“

“Welcoming & a Vibe. This is a real gem, a diamond in the rough. There is no place quite like Cafetto. It is punk, it is cozy, it is filled with music but it’s peaceful at the same time. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and apt at making the perfect cup of joe or chai of choice. If you need a place to vibe, work, or have some fun (especially with the plethora of pinball machines in the basement), this is the place to be. I just wish there was a location in St. Cloud, but to me this place alone is worth the drive!“

“We've been wanting to try this cafe for a while. Had a terrific lunch. The server recommended corned beef, which they make themselves. The Reuben sandwich was delicious, with tender corned beef on toasty rye. One of our party had chicken wild rice soup with a BLT avocado sandwich. She said both were delicious. Will definitely come back here to try the burgers which we hear are also quite good. Happy to have found this spot with loads of good diner selections.

Parking: A few spots in a lot adjacent to the building. If it was really crowded, you'd have to walk a block or two but there's free street parking in the next block as well.“

“So affordable! Tasty vegan options. I ordered the garbanzo wrap to-go. The flavor was great, but it was a little bit dry. The only thing I would change is adding a little sauce to the garbanzo wrap. For example, Hard Times Cafe makes a garlic-tahini sauce that would go AMAZING with the garbanzo wrap. Or even just some mustard or avocado- just something to make it a little more "wet." I like saucy food lol. ALL THAT IS TO SAY- I would 10/10 come here again if I'm in the area, because it's so tasty and affordable. I would order the garbanzo wrap again as-is, but I think I'd like it even more with some kind of sauce added.

Vegetarian options: Not all-vegetarian, but the menu has clearly-labeled vegan options (no eggs, dairy, meat, etc) like the garbanzo bean wrap, a few salads, soup, etc. Super affordable and worth it. You could bring non-veg people here and they could find something to enjoy too.“

“It's open again as of June 2024! I had their bison melt with blueberry horseradish aioli and it was very good. I've tasted their appetizers, salads, and desserts at a catered event, and those were very fresh, tasty, and innovative as well. Highly recommend. The building had their grand opening on May 1st so the restaurant is in a new remodeled space.

“This is a great place. The owners are cool and fun to talk to. The baked goods are very high quality and affordable. A lot of other bakeries have stuff that tastes like bland butter mixed with sugar but this place has very good flavor. Not too sweet, high quality ingredients. They also sell food such as sambusas, ful and tibbs which are fresh and tasty! The coffee is good too“

“Just moved to the neighborhood and this place is incredible. The folks are super friendly and everything has been delicious. The first time we went, we sat in the dining room and they have a back room with a table of billardettes. It was super cool to see folks playing and learn how it works. My partner is Eritrean and the Awaze Tibbs and a veggie platter were a smash hit. Since then, we've had cheese steaks and espresso drinks. Both were delicious. They roast their own coffee beans and even sold us some. We are also looking forward to the upcoming Eritrean community events they have advertised. Only critique is the bathroom could use some love. It doubles as a storage closet/shower full of cleaning supplies.“
