“I asked for "ez lettuce" and seriously there were 3 pieces of shredded lettuce on the sandwich. Photo available. It made me laugh but would have liked more than that but not so much that that it's the entire sandwich. Really wish you also offered spinach.“

“The gals today were working super hard! A line out the door and online orders coming in (I assume that’s what the deafening sound was that sounded like an alarm clock they so diligently worked through).
Very nice and fast service. They did forget a cookie I ordered but when I came back for it I got two.“

“Love Jersey Mike's, but this location is especially great. Aaron was so helpful and attentive, I noticed how great he was with co-workers too, training a new employee, giving constructive feedback, all while handling a rush of customers... he was an all-star! And of course, the sandwich was fantastic, as always! I am so happy I can get a Gluten Free sub here!!
Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free Subs!“

“Want a great made submarine sandwich that's freshly sliced meats assembled while you're there? Well this is your place along with the friendly staff greeting you as soon as you arrive to them asking you to come back again soon I think just a great sandwich shop. Oh and ask to have your sandwich topped off "Mike's Way" for that finishing touch.

“Friendly service! It has been at least 5 years since I was at a Quiznos, and this place lives up to expectations & memories. Prices are in line with other premium sub chains like Smiling Moose or Penn Station. The variety of options is incredible.
I recommend the raspberry lemonade - not too sweet & very refreshing with free refills.
Parking: A half-dozen street 2-hour spots & a public close by
Kid-friendliness: Very good for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Good ramps & curb cuts, seating is mostly tables“

“My local j mikes, they make it the perfect amount of wetness and have the best service of any place I’ve ever been to. Each bite is perfect, the only bad part is finishing the sandwich. Service is so good they memorized my sandwich, when I switched up the ingredients I got looked at like a mad man. Every time I’m here I have a deep convo with the worker. But once again the best sandwiches ever and they are wet.“

“Subway was great. The property own sucked. After eating I was on my phone in my vehicle he approached and told me to leave. The phone conversation lasted 7.35 minutes. I even showed him the cup and cookies I still had. He said loitering is not allowed cannot just sit out here. Leave or the cops will be called. The guy was a dick.“

“I usually don't write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to me as "sir", polite and prompt, and his general attitude tells me that he enjoys this job which is rare nowadays. He was the only employee there I could see and everything in the store appeared stocked and clean. Two thumbs up from me, I hope Subway treats him well.“

“I ordered a footlong multigrain wheat sandwich with eggs and cheese loaded with veggies on it and it was perfect. Very filling and I appreciate the coupon offers mailed out/ available in the app too. The oatmeal raisin cookies are yummy too! Friendly service here and the store was clean too.
Vegetarian options: Love the possibilities for vegetarian options here. I always specify “more/extra” spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers on my sandwiches!
Kid-friendliness: There are kid menu options including a small milk as an example of a beverage too.“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“

“Your standard JJs level of service: simple, quick, curtious and easy. The place is a bit loud for my tastes during the day as I enjoy a place I can get a bit of work done too, but that's expected and standard of JJs, so it's not a complaint by any stretch of the imagination. Foods always good, breads nice. Will return !“

“It has been some time since I have stopped in at a Subway. They completely changed their menu which threw me for a loop. I ended up going with "The Champ" which was actually really good. Not exactly what I would have gotten in the past, but it worked. Things are definitely a lot more expensive than they used to be.The service was fast and easy. I was the only one in the store when I went.“

“I was at subway after daylight savings time and the place was packed with kids before 11. The staff did a great job keeping up with the extra business and keeping a fantastic attitude. It looked like Nate was opening the restaurant alone and did a great job with the unexpected early rush. You have a great staff here!“

“Highlights: Near Securian Financial & New Horizon, Near Bus Line, Located In Skyway, Clean Environment, Good Customer Service, Great ProductThis is my favorite Subway location in the Skyway downtown Saint Paul. This location is always open on time, which is surprisingly impressive in comparison to the other nearby location. The space is always clean, smiling faces greeting you with an eagerness to serve. They are knowledgeable about the app and go above and beyond with their customer service. The food line is always perfect! Visually exciting, orderly and presentable. It is so hard to walk past this location because the smell of the baking bread is intoxicating. Sometimes I find myself lured in by the delicious smells, and I am never disappointed in either the product or the service. This location is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM.

“All the staff were wonderful and outstanding, and very eager to help, Jake especially! He was patient even while I was indecisive, was quick and efficient, and was an overall bright spot in my day! The store was clean and organized, and the food was comforting and delicious. 10/10!“
“Compared to other Subway locations, this one seems pretty optimal - Employees usually go out of their way to accommodate requests at no concrete benefit to themselves. I have noted deals with very fair prices that aren't available at other stores (presumably due to good management) and customer service seems to be a top priority for almost every employee.
Can't dispute the fact that in general, prices have gone up (that's why I gave four out of five for "food"), but employees are frank; no upselling, no caginess. Only honesty in stating what the best values are, what things they can or cannot do, and recommending the Subway "MVP" loyalty program (which just builds up points that do not expire which result mostly in simple dollar amount discounts in two dollar increments that also don't expire - one of the simplest and most useful programs of its type, in my experience). And since food prices have gone up ALL places, so it's simply not a Subway issue, more a Capitalism Endgame problem.
I don't love that theres an opaque barrier between customers and the prep area where the meat is, but an employee explained that when the chain began slicing their own meats, the far lower amount of preservatives require a lower temperature. Additionally, it keeps flying insects away from what they are most attracted to (meats) when closed, so I can forgive half of the makeline being not observable (especially since the second half with veggies IS observable, so if something had been incorrect there's an immediate chance to see that and request a correction).
I've seen other complaints... fruit flies around the soda, but it has been clear to me that it was an overflow from WalMart's produce section on the days I have noticed - and that the employees put covers over the normally uncovered veggies (at one point lowering the glass barrier between customers and the food completely so that it could cover the vegetable half of the prep area entirely with an airtight yet still clear (glass is like that!) covering, other times with more simple covers over each vulnerable item.)
Further complaints about things like cross contamination between customers due to not switching gloves or about poor customer service strike me as almost humorous - they WOULD be humorous if they weren't clearly intended to maliciously jeopardize employees' jobs. This location has many Halal customers, and I have seen employees change their gloves up to three times during a single order just to maximally prevent cross contamination. Even every knife used to cut foot-long sandwiches in half or quarters is immediately put into a bin with soapy water, even between multiple sandwiches for a single customer. Now, may have employees made a mistake or forgotten once or twice? Almost definitely, as they are human, BUT! -... on a customer's request, I have ALWAYS witnessed employees bending over backwards to fulfill the dietary needs of customers. I have been told by at least two employees that since the work is food prep, they hold themselves to a higher standard than they would be required in simple retail; as it will be eaten (and the effort is no skin off the employees' back), it only makes sense to provide a safe and high standards product.
At least two or three employees are fluent in Spanish, extremely useful for serving customers in the community (particularly at WalMart) , given that a large percentage is not comfortable with English speaking. Even the ones who lack fluency understand enough to be able to use basic yes/no questions to get their customers' food out accurately. Simply the willingness to learn even that small amount demonstrates the staff's dedication to good customer service.
I don't give five out of five to fast food very often, but seeing a skeleton crew operate so well with limited resources, taking care of unique customers so effectively, has convinced me “

“Overall good experience at Subway, the only downside is the price of my sandwich. Unfortunately I had a coupon for a footling sandwich for 7.99, that had expired a week earlier, I had asked if they would honor it, but said that their system is not setup for that. I bought the sandwich anyways. Unfortunately the sandwich was 13.87!, No chips or drink, just the sandwich! I like Subway but it'll be a while before I go there again, so if you want more customers, maybe honor coupons or more customer friendly prices?“
