“We had a small group visit this bar on a whim to celebrate a birthday, and boy are we glad we did! Chase, our server, was absolutely fabulous. He provided great personable conversation while also being professional and informing us of the cocktail flavors and the best ways to enjoy them. He also made sure he was taking care of those of us who had any dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was also really great, the decor and the music created a very enjoyable and fun atmosphere. You can tell this place is run by very genuine and all-around good people. The location is a little odd but absolutely well worth it! I’d highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a good cocktail and good company. Will absolutely be back soon!“

The food is decent, nothing out of this world, they have a teeny tiny little kitchen and can do a lot with it. We had a giant pretzel and charcuterie board. Both were perfectly fine! You’re not here for the food…

Ambiance is a bit odd, outside you’re on the streets of Paris. Inside you’re at a nightclub in the 2000s. I love both of these things but you could hear both.

Would definitely recommend to certain friends! It felt home-y in a way that a friend wants you to have a glass (*cough* bottle) of wine with a yummy snack.“

“Food was very good. My mom got the shrimp lemon and chicken pasta which was FANTASTIC 10/10 on that. My dad got the pot roast stroganoff which was also fantastic another 10/10. I got the prime rib French dip which the sandwich was fantastic, however the au jus was very bland which was disappointing. The tater tots were awesome. Would definitely eat here again!!“

“Waterbury is a walkable place when I lived at West Lake Quarter off of Excelsior. A family member encouraged me to try it out and immediately it began to be one of my favorite places. I own my own business and work out of my home. I was looking for a walkable place to meet clients, as well as meet up with family and friends, for coffee, breakfast, lunch, happy hour, or dinner. Staff are friendly, service is attentive without being intrusive. A marvelous overall experience.“

“Beautiful! I can’t say enough about the wonderful summer vibes of this gorgeous restaurant! The only thing I noticed out of place were the napkins. Mine was all white but the table next to me had stripes? Don’t skip on the delicious calamari- prepared fresh by the scratch kitchen! The craft cocktails were delicious! However my favorite part of the experience was our server Sara! She made great recommendations and even better company! I would have invited her to join the table and stay but I would have had to take a number because all the guests were loving her!“

“Baja Haus is hands-down one of my favorite spots in Wayzata. From the second you walk in, it's got that laid-back Cali beach vibe that makes you feel like you're on vacation (minus the plane ticket). The food? Next level. The grilled fish tacos are unreal, the Brussels sprouts are shockingly addictive, and the margaritas... let's just say they don't mess around. Every dish tastes super fresh (no freezer/microwave here) and comes out looking like it belongs on Instagram. The vibe is what seals the deal, though. It's fun, relaxed, and perfect for pretty much anything—date night, happy hour with friends, or a random Tuesday when you don't feel like cooking. The staff is always super friendly and makes you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. And if you ever need catering or a spot for a group event, they've got you covered there too. “I've been to this location four times, the food has been great everytime, my favorite is the deviled egg open face sandwich and banana bread latte. Even the busier times I've visited the service has been good and attentive. Couple things to note, seating near the door can be pretty uncomfortable especially on a cold day and there is an hour limit per table, which is not based on when your order is taken or receiving your order but from when you arrive at your table, even if they're busy and orders are taken well after you've been seated. Two minutes after collecting payment we were informed of this rule, although the host wasn't rude when sharing this it felt a little less than appreciative of our business, not sure I'll return because of this.“

“We love Rojo. Tonight, however, service was slow, even though it was quiet for a Saturday evening. Wait staff were making errors on our drink and food orders. Unlimited chips and salsa can't be beat. You can't go wrong with the chicken tacos and enchiladas. Round things out with a margarita or a Negra Modelo.“
