Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

“On a bike ride off the Minnehaha Parkway, we happened upon Heathers on a warm end-of-summer day. We walked in and ordered a nice beer on tap and relished in their fresh-cut romantic flowers in vases on their outdoor patio tabletops.

The dilly ranch, savory and tantalizing, made the Blackened Salmon Dilly Ranch Salad, a delicate and sumptuous salad of gem lettuce, crunchy radish, fresh avocado and cucumber, sunflower seeds, and pickled onions.

The saucy sumptuous teriyaki made the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl, a piquant mouthfeel, a delight of bright green edamame, brilliant pink pickle onions, avocado, rice and fresh broccoli. Delicious!“

As a mom of a toddler, it can be really hard to expect my son to stay sitting while I try to enjoy a coffee with a friend but this place has incredible coffee and food, incredible customer service, and an amazing play area to let the kiddos roam while you enjoy time with a friend!! I didn’t feel jittery at all like I normally do. Life changing experience for real! They have special made empanadas by Boludo too, which are incredible. Other pastries I’ve seen in the case come from RMY patisserie. It’s not the biggest shop, but I’m so glad they are here.“

Although George Floyd square and the surrounding community have been impacted in so many ways, they have shown resilence and what it means to stand together. Bichota Cafe is a prime example of great leadership that have purposed in their hearts, that through all that has happened they believe something beautiful can be birthed.
