“What a fun busy place to grab a homemade waffle cone ( always the best!) and a scoop of some delicious creamy ice cream. Even though it was busy on a warm September evening, the line moved quickly and the staff was helpful and kind. The ice cream choices were plenty and the single scoop was a very generous portion. I loved that the waffle cone tasted fresh and wasn’t stale like some other shops I’ve been to have served. If you find yourself on grand avenue and want a tasty treat, swing in for a scoop or two!“

“Dream burger double smash. Great tasting skirt. Great smash sear. The dream sauce was delicious. I could dip anything in that sauce. Pickles were great and not overpowering. The bun was buttery and held up nice. Dreams fried chicken sandwich with hot honey was off the charts. great flakey crust and buttermilk chicken was juicy! Devoured in seconds.  strawberry 🍓 shake and a chocolate malt hit the spot on this 90 degree + day.“

“The caramel salted crack was amazing they make everything in house including the saltines covered and chocolate and caramel that were mixed into the delectable ice cream. I also tried the Pandan a unique flavor that is plant-based green and color and delicious and taste. I got 4 different flavors but want to go back to try them all! Was able to chat with the owner what a fantastic ice cream magician.“

“Best Dairy Queen in Saint Paul and surrounding cities. The banana splits are cheap and pretty big for what you pay. Workers are friendly, and this is owned by a nice couple. Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. Grew up in the area and love that they're still open.“

“This place was good but at the same time not totally what I expected !

I got the lotus biscoff waffle. The waffle itself was tasty - crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I didn't taste a whole lot of biscoff flavor though. There were mainly some crumbles and 2 cookies up top, but otherwise tasted like regular vanilla ice cream with some caramel drizzled.

The bubble waffle wasn't filled all the way and there were empty pockets where ice cream could have been.

The taiyaki looked to be advertised with ice cream inside but I ended up getting the custard one that tasted very egg-like instead of vanilla custard flavored. I love eggs but didn't like the flavor of this much. It may have been my mistake that I didn't read the description properly but there are pictures on the walls of taiyaki with ice cream so I guess I was expecting the flavors to be different.

Otherwise the service was pretty good - they made everything fresh so there is a slight wait but it's not too bad.“

Cardamom Cortado was amazing, super strong and tastey with the perfect ratio and temp. The guy behind the counter definitely knows what he's doing because I'd come back again for just a cup of coffee here.“

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. “Omg I moved to Minneapolis over 2 years ago and thought there were no DQs for me...then while meandering in the Skyway I found this place!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
I immediately got a smoothie and their pretzels with cheese, perfect post school snack! The dude behind the counter was incredibly friendly and in my hangry state I almost chose an Orange Julius over a smoothie but he kindly explained the difference.
I will be coming here regularly because DQ is the greatest and also the workers are nice. Yay!!!!!“

I believe the man might have been a a manger and he was so polite and respectful! “Why don’t you have a weekly dark chocolate option? Dark chocolate is healthy, lowers blood sugar, has antioxidants & is calming. Also, 1/3 of the world is diabetic , so it behooves you to add a sugar free cookie! You are missing this opportunity to make diabetic people happy too!
