“I absolutely adore this Cold Stone. Specifically Eden & Cai. I have Celiac disease and I order with an allergy notice and I have never gotten sick at this location. Cai is always so diligent about making my ice cream from a new box and in a separate container with new spoons. Eden is so sweet, today she asked me “have you done anything fun today?” so then we had a great conversation about hockey. Great conversations with people really make me feel better about the world! Thank you, Eden. :)“

“It's a good-old-fasioned DQ with outdoor seating only. They do a nice job of hiring and training their young staff to be friendly and attentive. I stop by at least a couple times a month during their long season (March-October at least) and always look forward to a good experience. Nice co-customers, too!

“The ice cream is delicious but also wanted to shout-out the fantastic customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch the names of the two young men working tonight, but they were great. The main person we interacted with had a baseball cap and a red shirt. My son wanted a GOCO taco which wasn't available tonight, but he made a recommendation to help him get something close to what he wanted. He was also very patient with my younger son who made a mess of the used spoon cup. I would have been irritated, but he handled it with a lot of patience and grace!

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “Dream burger double smash. Great tasting skirt. Great smash sear. The dream sauce was delicious. I could dip anything in that sauce. Pickles were great and not overpowering. The bun was buttery and held up nice. Dreams fried chicken sandwich with hot honey was off the charts. great flakey crust and buttermilk chicken was juicy! Devoured in seconds.  strawberry 🍓 shake and a chocolate malt hit the spot on this 90 degree + day.“

“This place was good but at the same time not totally what I expected !

I got the lotus biscoff waffle. The waffle itself was tasty - crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I didn't taste a whole lot of biscoff flavor though. There were mainly some crumbles and 2 cookies up top, but otherwise tasted like regular vanilla ice cream with some caramel drizzled.

The bubble waffle wasn't filled all the way and there were empty pockets where ice cream could have been.

The taiyaki looked to be advertised with ice cream inside but I ended up getting the custard one that tasted very egg-like instead of vanilla custard flavored. I love eggs but didn't like the flavor of this much. It may have been my mistake that I didn't read the description properly but there are pictures on the walls of taiyaki with ice cream so I guess I was expecting the flavors to be different.

Otherwise the service was pretty good - they made everything fresh so there is a slight wait but it's not too bad.“

I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. “I took my parents to Crumbl in Eagan, and they weren’t sure if they’d like it at first — but they ended up absolutely LOVING it! The cookies were fresh, warm, and so delicious. We tried a few different flavors, and every single one was amazing. The staff was super friendly and patient while we decided what to get, and the store smelled heavenly the moment we walked in. My parents are already talking about which flavors they want to try next time! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — it’s worth every bite! “I debated leaving this review, but I think others might feel the same. I’m giving 4 stars because I don’t want to tank the overall rating but honestly, that doesn't reflect my personal experience or that of my friends.

Charging $5 for a single cookie just feels... off. Even accounting for overhead, the actual cost to make one cookie is way* less than $5. That kind of markup feels excessive- especially right now, when so many of us are being nickel-and-dimed from every direction.

I was genuinely excited to have a cookie shop nearby to satisfy those “I just want one good chocolate chip cookie” cravings. But at $5 each, the cookie would need to be exceptional. Instead, it tasted more like something factory-made than homemade, and my friends and I even wondered if they’re baked in-house at all.
Disappointing, to say the least. A more reasonable price could turn this place into a local gem. Right now, it just feels like a missed opportunity.“

The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.)
