My order was the Tuscany, and I was amazing. I love how customizable every menu item was. The flavor and the freshness won me over. Will definitely be back for a future brunch order.

Aaron was so helpful and attentive, I noticed how great he was with co-workers too, training a new employee, giving constructive feedback, all while handling a rush of customers... he was an all-star! “I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. “I am very impressed! They have sandwiches simple as PBJ and up to hot sandwiches such as Rubans and Cubans. They are amazing and be sure to accompany it with their soups. “I was warmly welcomed when I came in. Little things like that really mean a lot.

There was a bit of a line - but they were moving fast. The person working the meat section was able to recommend a sub based on some basic questions I had.

Bread got sliced, and fitted with toppings really fast. It was even faster than places that have pre cut meats. Moving onto the next section you can get it "Mike's way" which I did. You get onions, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. I highly recommend you get this on your sub.

Unfortunately I had a coupon for a footling sandwich for 7.99, that had expired a week earlier, I had asked if they would honor it, but said that their system is not setup for that. “Subway was great. The property own sucked. After eating I was on my phone in my vehicle he approached and told me to leave. The phone conversation lasted 7.35 minutes. “Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

“I usually don't write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to me as "sir", polite and prompt, and his general attitude tells me that he enjoys this job which is rare nowadays. He was the only employee there I could see and everything in the store appeared stocked and clean. Two thumbs up from me, I hope Subway treats him well.“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “It was an interesting visit at Panera. The food and service was amazing. One of our orders got a bit messed up but management not only stepped in, they also gave us free cookies and fixed the order quickly. Now, the bad part.... a man in his 40's made inappropriate remarks about our girls sitting near him. The first remark he made was that he would only nibble on them if they got too close. Than he indicated they could sit in his lap. Our beautiful girls are 17, 16 and 12- seriously. What man would say something like that. I know- a pedophile. One might say he was being social. I would say he was preying on young kids as he watched all of them in the restaurant. Started at them and smiled. I advised him that his comments were very disgusting and that if he tried to touch any one there or our girls I would call the cops. That made for some more starring at me. Keep your eyes open for this guy in the pink shirt.“
