It was here quickly, the sashimi was of exceptional quality (very fresh, fatty, melt in your mouth - I eat a lot of raw fish and am pretty picky about freshness) and the roll was delicious and beautiful. “Definitely a hidden gem in MSP- great staff, including Esmeralda, who is very kind and attentive. The bar is very clean, it is a quiet since it is removed from the main walkway, and the sushi is very tasty. My favorite is the Paisley Roll.

My only ask would be to incorporate some way to tip when paying with a card!“

“My experience was 100%!!! The waitress super nice and kind, greeted was with a smile and answered our questions. The food? Delicious! There are soooo many different options in the all you can eat menu, including sashimi! I cannot tell which one was my favorite because they all tasted equally perfect! “In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

I think she was a manager or owner bc when we had a question our server didn’t know the answer to, the lady came back to talk with us. She was on the phone when we arrived and when we left. I don’t care how busy or important you are, customer service 101 with restaurants is to greet people kindly, smile and make sure they feel welcome. Instead she made us feel like a burden. Do better.“
