She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“We went on a Saturday around 11 when it was very busy and they didn't have the staff to keep up with the demand. The guy running the food was super flustered and kept apologizing to everyone. We waited a long time but finally did get sandwiches which were solid. I'd go back sometime when they aren't so busy.“

“I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

“I stopped in today around 1:00pm and some of the kindest crew members helped me find an address I was desperately searching for. I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I don't get here often, because so many of the stores have closed. I like their sandwiches. Had a Narmer (turkey, provolone and avocado) on wheat. The bread was fresh and tasted good. The sandwich was well made. The shop is unremarkable and seemed clean.“

“My daughter and I got sandwiches to go. She got the steak flatbread and I got the tuna on Italian. We expected Subway and we got Subway! The bread was fresh and delicious and the veggies were fresh as well. I wish Subway’s proteins were a little better (the tuna is the cheap brown flake stuff), but our food was good! “I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“Great Potbelly location! This store is conveniently off of Hennepin and 28th. The inside is open and clean. The food is great, like any Potbelly, but the service here is above and beyond. They don't rush you. They're friendly. They want you to be satisfied with your food. They recently re-introduced the lemon cheesecake cookies for the summer, and those are great. They use quality ingredients on their sandwiches, and now, wraps. Yes, you can get a regular-sized sandwich turned into a wrap.

Edit: I almost forgot. I love spices. The hot peppers here are actually a little hot, unlike so many other places. I always forget about that, every time I go to a Potbelly, and it's always a great surprise!“

“I visited the Jimmy John's after meeting up with a family member. I was so happy that it was near where I was. I was so hungry. I walked in a very clean environment a young lady was at the counter said hello to me(that means a lot these days) her name was Cheyenne.
I appreciate Cheyenne being nice to me. I wasn't sure what to have( I normally get the turkey tom)
because customer service in certain places have just gone out the window she had a beautiful smile and was just so willing to help! I ended up getting a sandwich that she loves to eat there.
