Subway Mound's employees have consistently had the best employees of any fast food chain I've ever experienced in my life. Whatever they do in their interviews, BRAVO. Amazing. And my neighbor said: I agree, they are the best! Just happy, and great personalities. Always chatting me up. And not just one of them. All of them. Good job, Mound, Subway. Great customer service should definitely be rewarded. Keep it up. It's appreciated.“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “Decided to stop by for a drive thru visit and this location did not disappoint!

I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!

Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.

Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha“

“My husband and I have been getting dinner here every Friday for the past few months, and every time it’s the highlight of our day. Normally, it’s the same young men working, and without fail, they always put a smile on my face. I haven’t visited many restaurants like this one where the employees actually seem like they enjoy talking to customers. One young gentleman even had our order memorized by our 5th visit. The amazing subs brought me here, but the fantastic employees keep me coming back!“

“Take a standard McDonald's, but add a very clean appearance. Parking is far better than the Eden Prairie location a few miles east of here. Has large parking spots for truckers, too. You know the McDonald's menu, and this is no different. Staff was friendly and my order was complete promptly“

“Food is normally fresh and served fast. If you're unhappy with your meal, just ask and they will give you a fresh replacement. Bathrooms are maintained and cleaned when I have been there. A good sign that is active and good management in place.“

“Being my one Quiznos place closed down, I went to find other sub sandwich stores. Most are disappointing or average, but Jimmy Johns is quite good and love going there once a week.

“I just want to say that this is, without a doubt, the best McDonald’s in Minnesota—100%. The quality here is consistently outstanding. The burgers taste better than at any other McDonald’s I’ve tried, not just in Minnesota, but possibly in the entire United States.
Please keep up this level of quality—it really stands out. The team working here is clearly doing an amazing job. Honestly, the people preparing the food deserve recognition for their work. If it were up to me, I’d suggest management consider rewarding them with a $1,000 monthly bonus for maintaining such high standards.

“I don’t know I was reading everybody’s poor reviews, but I thought you know what I’m gonna try the pizza anyway. I am a real pizza snob. I’m very very fussy and let me tell you, this pizza was absolutely amazing! I had extra sauce put on it in the sauce is very good With great flavor. I got the thin crust. It was nice and crispy, had pepperoni, mushrooms, fire, roasted green, and red peppers And onions. I couldn’t have asked for a better flavored pizza. He said it would be done in 10 minutes and I got there and it was done in 10 minutes. The guy who waited on me. I also had made it. I wish I had remembered his name. He was very pleasant.“

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“

“The pizza is usually pretty good but occasionally there will be more crust than pizza. I always ask for square cut pizza and it never is anymore (it was in July 2024 but since about August 2024, my pizzas never have square cut even though it's selected every order). Once in a while they throw in a pepper that's the size of a dime or smaller that isn't edible which sucks if you like the pepper. The brownies are always divine though, and delivery is usually fast and the drivers are usually friendly.“
