“Our first time stopping at this location as we passed through while traveling. James from the second we walked in was an absolute class act! Customer service was phenomenal and recommendations were even better. We came in a little unsure of what we wanted and James gave us some excellent recommendations. “It was busy as usual and it seems to be more hustle bustle when it was not as pleasant as normal. I brought my grandchildren in not realizing the play ground was gone. The food was good. Had to go up and get my chicken nuggets they forgot, which was the kids. Very pleasant staff.“

“I managed a sandwich shop for 21 yrs so I have a tendency to be critical on other stores however this location never has let me down.I always get a very warm "Welcome in tonight, how are you? What can I get started for you? “The manager was extremely helpful. We wanted to order a catering bag of chips late at night (6:30p) and was informed they were running low but willing to make more up for our order. “Jersey Mikes Chanhassen is on another level when compared to any other sandwich store. It feels like everyone working there is a part owner and they are all involved with every customer, look you in your eyes, smile, and have a quick conversation with you. The guy slicing the fresh deli meat was extremely kind.“

“My dog wanted me to write a review that she’s very dissatisfied with her pup cup experience—we go to the Buffalo Culver’s occasionally and their pup cups are a small vanilla custard scoop in a cup with a dog treat on top. She said the whipped cream was top notch, though.“

“Our go to Culvers. My son loves to get the milkshakes or kids meals. I tend to order inside as drive thru lines can be a bit long here. The staff is always friendly and the food is pretty good. I have been to other Culvers but this one just has a nice feel to it. The Culvers Deluxe burger is a good choice to get here.“

“This is the best Culver's around. I have been here so many times since I have moved to the area, it is embarrassing ? Anyway, they have only messed up my order a few times (the one time they didn't put cheese on any of the cheeseburgers was certainly the most egregious ?), AND they make great burgers, shrimp, curds, fries, rings, chicken, soup, etc. Really, you can't go wrong here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun options!Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors. “I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant and want to highlight a recent exceptional experience. The staff here has always been great, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. I'm so grateful for their service and believe they deserve recognition, perhaps with a company pizza party, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work.“

“Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

“After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. I just want to recognize him as a great employee and the main reason this review is five starsParking: Parking lot is small and not directly off street.“

“This will probably sound ridiculous but. I’m pregnant and all I can eat are Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I’ve been to every location within 15 miles in the last month and this one is top notch. My sandwich this evening had the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce (not too much just to fill the sandwich and spread out nicely not in a clump in the middle). Sounds silly, it’s just a sandwich - I know. But this sandwich was exceptional!“
