Subway Mound's employees have consistently had the best employees of any fast food chain I've ever experienced in my life. Whatever they do in their interviews, BRAVO. Amazing. And my neighbor said: I agree, they are the best! Just happy, and great personalities. Always chatting me up. And not just one of them. All of them. Good job, Mound, Subway. Great customer service should definitely be rewarded. Keep it up. It's appreciated.“

“I came here for lunch around noon on 5/12 and the staff worked quickly, made delicious food, and were all friendly. I had a chipotle chicken cheese steak sub. It had lots of meat and veggies and was very tasty. Thank you for the great experience!“

“Drive up lane was full as our most in these times but the wait staff came out and moved a few of us vehicles to the front of the restaurant and took our orders, then delivered food. I was out of there in less than 9 minutes! Awesome!“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! Never had an order messed up, never had rude service and never had anything but an excellent experience!!“

“Decided to stop by for a drive thru visit and this location did not disappoint!

I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!

Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.

Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha“

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“Take a standard McDonald's, but add a very clean appearance. Parking is far better than the Eden Prairie location a few miles east of here. Has large parking spots for truckers, too. You know the McDonald's menu, and this is no different. Staff was friendly and my order was complete promptly“

“I was at there location in Delano earlier today around 1130am. I ordered a cheeseburger off my rewards app. I didn't have enough for a small fry, & I had to put it back. Went thru the drive thru & here they put a small fry in my bag. Thanks McDonald's! Very thoughtful! I was bringing it to my son who works in maple plain, & I was coming from winstead. “I GOT AN EXTRA NUGGIE 🥰 Bought a 4 peice and a 6 peice and got an extra nuggie in the 4 peice. Honestly love this team. They've also improved so much through the past like year and a half ive been going here (however ive been going to this one since freshman yr of HS, and I graduated 2024) and wow. top service even if you gotta go into the waiting spot. “After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. I just want to recognize him as a great employee and the main reason this review is five stars

Parking: Parking lot is small and not directly off street.“

“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“These guys truly go above & beyond! A while back I had a catering order from a different establishment fall through & had 40 hungry employees expecting lunch. It was 11am, lunch was scheduled for 12. I stopped in to Jersey Mikes & they were happy to jump in & bail us out. One of the employees sat down with me & talked through the lunch order, & within the hour I left with boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies for 40. They saved the day!! Very kind & accommodating, even with me springing this on them last minute. (I have since scheduled catering orders with them for our offices, & have been happy every time).“
