“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“Super friendly and relaxed staff! Like every Jersey Mike's, the food is fresh and delicious, and prepared in front of you. The ingredients are very high-quality. I recommend signing up for the Shore Points. Every order, you get a few points. Eventually, you get free sandwiches. The lobby is very clean. To park, there is a smaller, shared lot in the back, as well as paid street parking out front.“

“The mamas making sandwiches at Mama’s market so nice and generous. We enjoyed two of the very delicious and reasonably-priced sandwiches and finished off our meal with Ethiopian coffee service. “This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“Great Potbelly location! This store is conveniently off of Hennepin and 28th. The inside is open and clean. The food is great, like any Potbelly, but the service here is above and beyond. They don't rush you. They're friendly. They want you to be satisfied with your food. They recently re-introduced the lemon cheesecake cookies for the summer, and those are great. They use quality ingredients on their sandwiches, and now, wraps. Yes, you can get a regular-sized sandwich turned into a wrap.

Edit: I almost forgot. I love spices. The hot peppers here are actually a little hot, unlike so many other places. I always forget about that, every time I go to a Potbelly, and it's always a great surprise!“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

“The Northtown Walmart location they have a Subway that's hands down best subs in the area. There's this Lil Todd cat who can sling a mean sandwich, flip rolling mayo bottles like a scene out of the movie Cocktails and dudes got a great attitude ( must have a wonderful mother), but all and all best service and great food.“
