“I'm here for work from Florida and I've had the best experience ever in a Jimmy John's restaurant. Upon walking in I noticed how clean the place was and I was immediately greeted by the staff which let's me know they're customer service oriented. While I looked at the menu the two young ladies sold me the Kickin Ranch Chicken Wrap which was amazing. Their smiles and personalities made me want to sit here and eat instead of taking it to go. They made my sandwich perfectly the way I requested it with the ample amount of onions, tomatoes, and pickles on it not just three onions and two tomatoes like at most locations where they’re afraid to put any more veggies on as if they might get in trouble? Anyway, I might just drive the 28 miles to Roseville just to get a superb sandwich that could’ve and should’ve been made at most other locations. It’s not that hard people !“

But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

“I ordered a footlong multigrain wheat sandwich with eggs and cheese loaded with veggies on it and it was perfect. Very filling and I appreciate the coupon offers mailed out/ available in the app too. The oatmeal raisin cookies are yummy too! Friendly service here and the store was clean too.

“I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. “It has been some time since I have stopped in at a Subway. They completely changed their menu which threw me for a loop. I ended up going with "The Champ" which was actually really good. Not exactly what I would have gotten in the past, but it worked. Things are definitely a lot more expensive than they used to be.The service was fast and easy. She actually was unsure of how to apply my reward to my order before paying but the person I assume was the manager quickly was at her side showing her how to do it.
