“12-11-2025. 11:00am. Long time since I was at any DD. The coffee was super hot and very tasty. My Boston Crème was quite delicious. I also had a plain cake donut, a little dry, But really good.

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. “Awesome drinks and even better service. I just wish we could get some espresso. I mean- it’s a coffee shop! I know it’s not the employees fault, though. They still seem pretty positive and friendly despite being down espresso so long and it seems like management abandoned them and are doing nothing to get their machines up and running again. To the girls running the store; You’re doing amazing! Keep on rocking! To corporate/management; Maybe pick up the pace on trying to get coffee back in your coffee shop?“

“The coffee shop itself was so cool in the inside. Very comfy and warm, plenty of seating. Coffee was great too! When it came to order i got an employee that just stared at me? And I said hi with a smile and just got a lead paint state. Then I told her my order and she just stared at me still and said okay? And I said that should be it 😐 and she told me my total and I paid and didn't say anything else. I mean even at caribou they welcome you into ther stores and go up to the register and tell you they can help you when you're ready with a smile. When I came here, They all just stared at me when I walked in and then walked away from the register. It was weird. Probably would just go through the drive thru next time if I go again 🤷‍♀️“

“When I first moved here I wasn’t familiar with the menu at all, but the staff were super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect drink option for me! I really appreciated the assistance and eased my “new place” anxiety without feeling pressured or rushed for my order. “This Caribou location is dangerously convenient for my morning commute stop. However, the staff at this Caribou Cabin location always make stopping there enjoyable. They are friendly, accurate, and make for a pleasant experience. I stop by many Monday mornings on the way to work and really enjoy it there. Job well done, Caribou Cabin!“

“Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you'll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There's a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.“

“By far the best Starbucks in the vicinity. They're always friendly and happy to make your coffee. I've never had a drink that wasn't made right and I buy a lot of white chocolate mochas. The new location in Albertville is way closer but the service is horrible so I'll drive the 8 miles and be happy when I leave.“

“I actually go out of my way to visit this specific store. The staff here are great. I have never gotten a wrong order. When there is an issue (no bubble straws) they own it and the apology is sincere. I will continue to visit this store daily even though I pass two others on my commute. P.S. very happy to get a bubble straw today!!!“

“Kiosk inside the government center in elk river. Their coffee is amazing!! Great taste to it! A little more expensive than other coffee places. Wish they didnt charge extra for non dairy milk.
Their cranberry white chocolate scones are also amazing.“

“Was here 1/9/2026 from 10am-12:30pm to work. Staff were extremely friendly and personable. I felt very welcomed at the location.

Ordered the brewed coffee which tasted great. The store was clean with plenty of space to sit and work or chat with friends.
