When she saw my disappointment she gave me a whole bunch of chocolate beans. Totally made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond to mark a customer smile!“

“Best Starbucks I’ve been to. The girls are always friendly and happy to be there. I’m really appreciative of that because at some locations, they have attitudes.
Very clean inside, drive thru moves super fast.
I’m super happy with the quality of the food and drinks, it’s always consistent at this location. Will be coming here from now on.“

“I walked here from the hotel and grabbed a SF coconut almond milk latte. I don’t typically have fast food, but it was open, walking distance from hotel, had seating and most importantly COFFEE. I brought my own yogurt and they were able to grab me a fork (they don’t have spoons) without making a fuss about it. Clean place and all the employees were tidy.“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“I have never been blown away with such kind, caring, genuine service like I received today. My 3yo had a dairy allergy and we were passing through town. He was hungry so we stopped here. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement!!! Not only did they give me options and ask what my needs were but they then went out of their way to make dairy free food for my little guy. I am blown away by their generosity. “I had a question/issue with a drink from another caribou and was driving past this one when I realized so I stopped to ask them a question and they were incredibly helpful! I caught one of the employees names (Zoe) and Zoe was beyond kind and had great service. Every time I’m in town I will definitely be stopping at this Caribou!“

“The service there is always top notch! There's a blonde girl there and she always has an extremely positive attitude. Today my husband went to get me a drink and she asked if he wanted to add something to the drink. He said it was for his wife and he didn't want to mess it up. She ended up writing a cute message on my drink and told him to say that he wrote it 😂 I have to say that's the best service I've ever seen.“

“I never swing through this Caribou but did this morning on the way down to the cities. The man working when I went through the drive through was so pleasant and had me leaving with a big smile. I think his name tag said Alex or Alec? Best customer service!“

“Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you'll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There's a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.“

“Stopped in after walking a few miles to rest and get get some water. The staff that was working there were very kind as well as the manager. One of them approached me and asked if I wanted anything to drink (a coffee) and gave me one for free. Made my day !“

“I did a mobile order with an ASAP timing. As soon as I got there, my drink and sandwich were done! My sandwich was hot and cooked perfectly, and my drink was made very well with all the specifications I had put on there! This is my favorite location in the Saint Michael area!“

“It was super busy when I was there earlier this morning, but I must say that I’m super impressed with the manager on duty this morning. With how crazy it was this morning and one in training and one still new and asking questions, I loved watching how she was handling things and staying patient with them. This is the main Starbucks I go to because it’s convenient and I’m always pleased. Thank you!“
