“The customer service at this location is the best in the entire midwest, possibly even the nation. There is a young man there that seemed to be the manager (GIVE HIM A RAISE) that was showing his co-workers how to make the new drinks. He was the most accomodating, kind, pleasant, patient employee I have seen in a decade or more. The establishment was spotless, and the condiments were well stocked. There was still a good selection of donuts despite it being the late afternoon, which was also a pleasant suprise.
I am so pleased to finally find a DD that has great service. I will patronize this location often, even if it is out of my way as this location is doing everything right!“

“The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“I want to commend this caribou coffee! All week I went there and my cappucino was made perfect (with the correct amount of espresso 👌), and service was so fast in the drivethru!!! Honestly you just don't see this at most Caribou's anymore. I will continue supporting THIS Caribou!!“

“Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you'll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There's a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.“

“Absolutely love this coffee shop! Has a very comfortable setting and beautiful patio! Didnt think I would say this but the Dr.'ed up coffee drink is the best! If you haven't tried I would recommend! Very refreshing! Little of a wait but well worth it!“

“I hope managers actually read these. Restaurants and coffee shops should have figured out by now that playing loud music of any kind just creates more problems than it’s worth. Turn the music down! Let there be just a little of it in the background, not distractingly loud. (So loud my noise cancelling headphones playing white noise won’t drown it out.) Part of the problem with this place is that all the speakers are located in corners — far from the baristas. THEY think it’s not loud … meanwhile the customers are avoiding sitting in the corner areas because the music above them is too loud. Turn it down.“

“They remember me when I come in, which I think is awesome. The only thing is I think they take care of the drive thru first, I drive a big work truck so I have to go inside, and usually have to wait. But I like my drink so I patiently wait.“

“It was super busy when I was there earlier this morning, but I must say that I’m super impressed with the manager on duty this morning. With how crazy it was this morning and one in training and one still new and asking questions, I loved watching how she was handling things and staying patient with them. This is the main Starbucks I go to because it’s convenient and I’m always pleased. Thank you!“

“How can you go wrong with this place? It’s always clean it’s always super fast I go there usually two times a month always help super fast. Super prompt. Never had an issue. The Roger location is great. Good job I know I said superfast twice.“
