“The customer service at this location is the best in the entire midwest, possibly even the nation. There is a young man there that seemed to be the manager (GIVE HIM A RAISE) that was showing his co-workers how to make the new drinks. He was the most accomodating, kind, pleasant, patient employee I have seen in a decade or more. The establishment was spotless, and the condiments were well stocked. There was still a good selection of donuts despite it being the late afternoon, which was also a pleasant suprise.
I am so pleased to finally find a DD that has great service. I will patronize this location often, even if it is out of my way as this location is doing everything right!“

“Always a great experience and delicious coffee everytime I'm there, no matter if I'm just in for drip coffee or something special! I'm so glad we have this coffee shop in town. I stopped in today not quite sure what I wanted, described what I was looking for and they came up with a delicious drink that was exactly what I was hoping for! “The closest Caribou to where we live is a 2.5 hour drive! So, when we go to Minnesota, it’s a dream come true. We love Caribou. Last week we were in Maple Grove for a family funeral and stayed close to The Grove Caribou location. It was awesome. Quick and easy using the app, friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere to compliment the tasty coffee. Of course I never did get the Trivia question right, but even that adds to the fun of getting coffee from there. Thanks Caribou!!“

“I want to commend this caribou coffee! All week I went there and my cappucino was made perfect (with the correct amount of espresso 👌), and service was so fast in the drivethru!!! Honestly you just don't see this at most Caribou's anymore. I will continue supporting THIS Caribou!!“

“Nice quiet spot in a convenient location, quick service, no issues with the food. If you like caribou coffee you'll like it here. Lots of seating available, outdoor seating is really nice. There's a little faux fireplace with armchair around it if you want something cozier. Staff were helpful and pleasant.“

“I have always been happy with the barista's at this Caribou. They are super friendly, take their job seriously, and answer any and all inquiries I have.
Parking: Large parking lot for various businesses. I have never found parking difficult in this area.“

“I never swing through this Caribou but did this morning on the way down to the cities. The man working when I went through the drive through was so pleasant and had me leaving with a big smile. I think his name tag said Alex or Alec? Best customer service!“

“I did a mobile order with an ASAP timing. As soon as I got there, my drink and sandwich were done! My sandwich was hot and cooked perfectly, and my drink was made very well with all the specifications I had put on there! This is my favorite location in the Saint Michael area!“

“It was super busy when I was there earlier this morning, but I must say that I’m super impressed with the manager on duty this morning. With how crazy it was this morning and one in training and one still new and asking questions, I loved watching how she was handling things and staying patient with them. This is the main Starbucks I go to because it’s convenient and I’m always pleased. Thank you!“

“Shout out to the lovely woman who worked the drive through this morning. Ordered a mocha for my hubby and didn’t get the chocolate covered bean - which I always steal from him. When she saw my disappointment she gave me a whole bunch of chocolate beans. Totally made my day! Thank you for going above and beyond to mark a customer smile!“
