“They have improved 1000% at this subway. Used to be long wait poor service by young folks who could care less. Now has changed. 1st when you order thru drive thru its on a touch screen so it goes faster. It was east to use. And helped line moved faster as when you got to window all you had to do was pay. Slick! Service was fast and personable and thr sandwiches were correct and well made.“

“I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.“

“I will let you know right now the only Jersey Mike’s I will ever go to is this one in Shakopee MN. Every time I go the staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The food is the best and the service is fast and very efficient. This is the only one to go to.
I have been to other locations Burnsville, Savage and there is no comparison. The food at other locations is not appetizing at all and the service is horrible. This is why the Shakopee location ROCKS. The entire staff should get a raise for all of their hard work. I hope the owner realizes how lucky they are for having an amazing staff that is at that store, especially today when service just about everywhere is horrible and good employees are hard to find.

“It was very busy when I was there and the staff seemed overwhelmed but they kept their composure and maintained smiles and good attitudes. Nice work. That is hard to find these days. Food was made correctly and was very good. Very small location so not ideal for meeting for lunch. More of a pick up and go spot

Parking: Strip mall style parking lot in front. Never had an issue finding a spot“

“We have been to the new(er) Lakeville location three times in the past month. There is a crew of young men that work the a.m. shift and they are OUTSTANDING young men. They are kind, helpful and really offer the best customer service! In a country where service has literally tanked, this crew/store is AMAZING! They greet everyone, make small talk, smile, explain the menu in detail and truly are proud of their work. Kudos to this team of young men - they were actually SO professional I asked them if they were the owners :).“

“I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. I also had a strawberry smoothie that was way better than the usual ice and flavor combination you get at many other places. I will definitely be ordering here more. SO glad I randomly decided to try it!“

“The service has always been great. The sandwich I order is always on point. They deliver it freaky fast. The only problem I have is with jimmy John’s itself. They got rid of the kickin ranch and replaced it with a new jalapeño ranch and let me tell you I am so disappointed. The kickin ranch always had amazing flavor and now the jalapeño ranch is so very bland. I want the kickin ranch back“
