“My daughter and I went in to order and saw the time and realized it was 20 mins to closing. We said we would order to go and the lead taking our order told us we can stay and not rush. We ate outside and before locking up she came over and asked if we wanted refills before she locked the doors. Hands down the best service and most welcoming place we’ve been in a while.“

“I would like to recognize Tyrus at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mall of America location in Bloomington, Minnesota for going far above and beyond in helping my husband and me. We had parked in the airport parking lot and were struggling to get to the airport terminal with multiple bags. My husband is a disabled veteran with medical challenges, and the walk would have taken us quite a long time. Tyrus was actually on his lunch break when he noticed us struggling. Without hesitation, he came over and began helping us by pushing our suitcases closer to the terminal. Seeing that we were still having difficulty, he went even further and brought a vehicle to help us get there faster. Because of my husband’s chronic pain, getting into the vehicle was difficult, so Tyrus kindly drove me to the terminal, unloaded my luggage, and walked me inside to the check-in area. My husband decided to walk, and the next thing I knew Tyrus was pushing him along with his walker so we could make it to the terminal. Thanks to Tyrus’ kindness and willingness to help, we made our flights on time. The most amazing part is that we were not even Enterprise customers. We were simply two senior citizens trying to make it to our flight, and he chose to help us anyway. He refused any compensation and simply wanted to do the right thing. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism truly represent the very best in customer service. Please recognize him for his outstanding character and service. “The sushi has been better in the past. Seemed hastily rolled as many fell apart. The server was great, no complaints there. We did mention when making the reservation in open table that we were celebrating a birthday. It was never brought up. Everything tasted great and refillable drinks were brought without asking. Love that.“

“Yesterday my family celebrated my retirement with a family lunch at my favorite restaurant - Red Robin in Apple Valley. Most of the group had never been to a Red Robin but they are now big fans just like me. The food was exceptional, Heather (our server) was fantastic, and even though we were the only ones who knew it was a special occasion, we were treated to the highest level of customer service! “We have been to TC Grill numerous times since they opened at the MOA. We have never been disappointed with either the food or the service. We were happy to see new items on the menu as well as some old favorites. Its conveniently located on the first floor between Nordstrom and Macy's.“

“just we had a bad experience yesterday. my husband ordered the el pastor with corn tortillas the waitress comes back with our food and said they ran out of tortillas and they had to make some, and does he still want them of course he does after about 5 mins we stopped her and she says the cooks don't want to listen to her. so about 8 mins later she comes back with 3 tore up looking tortillas. we go to pay the bill mind you I left a 6 dollar tip even tho she took ten mins to greet us and ask if we needed drinks. my bill was 51.52 I gave her a60.00 she asked if I needed change. I said yes she then pulls a paper and try to subtract 51.52 from 60.00 she gave me 4 dollars back I was already home when I counted the change she gave me back“

“The food here was amazing! I came with my mom and sister and I tried both of their meals and they were INCREDIBLE! Even if you're not into organic food, I would 100% recommend this place; it's definitely worth the money. My sister has an allergy to gluten and they were so open to taking her modifications for her meal. I've had a lot of gluten-free food before, and by far this is the best gluten-free sandwich I've ever had!“
