“The ice cream is delicious but also wanted to shout-out the fantastic customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch the names of the two young men working tonight, but they were great. The main person we interacted with had a baseball cap and a red shirt. My son wanted a GOCO taco which wasn't available tonight, but he made a recommendation to help him get something close to what he wanted. He was also very patient with my younger son who made a mess of the used spoon cup. I would have been irritated, but he handled it with a lot of patience and grace!

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. Thx ladies! That’s what I called taking care of your customers! I will be back again and again! Now it’s 5 stars not 1 star lols“

“Love this place. A true East Side gem. We have tried the Burgers, Shawarma wrap and bowls totally addicting. Chicken tenders are a hit and don't forget the Gyros they are awesome. Ice cream better than the DQ. Try to visit there one a week. The owners are lovely, very friendly.“

“Very welcoming workers, delicious foods, and good portions for the price! Brought my friends here after dinner for my birthday. The owner was sweet enough to pay for my dessert. We also tried the game that they have to get a free popsicle and one of friends won. They also gave us free samples afterward because they were doing content.“

“Luv Ice Cream is a fantastic shop to visit. Their ice cream is delicious! The owners are very welcoming and knowledgeable. We could have talked for hours! There are so many choices for vegan and keto conscious patrons. If you want wonderful sugar free options this is your store!“

“I absolutely adore this Cold Stone. Specifically Eden & Cai. I have Celiac disease and I order with an allergy notice and I have never gotten sick at this location. Cai is always so diligent about making my ice cream from a new box and in a separate container with new spoons. Eden is so sweet, today she asked me “have you done anything fun today?” so then we had a great conversation about hockey. Great conversations with people really make me feel better about the world! Thank you, Eden. :)“

“I love the Woodbury Crumbl! It’s always clean and the staff are always friendly, they never miss a “WELCOME TO CRUMBLLLLL!!” 😆 I’ve never had a bad experience and I’m there at least twice a month! I’ve had not so great experiences at other locations, but can always count on reliability and quick efficiency at the Woodbury location!“
“I had a small issue at the other Dairy Queen on white bear we came here hoping to have a better experience and we did just that ! I believe the man might have been a a manger and he was so polite and respectful! We re ordered the same stuff as we did at the previous DQ and are food here was good and sundae was made with love ❤️ that made my daughters day ! “Service was great and the beef boat noodles is very savory. My new fav spot for boat noodles. Their cucumber salad was on point too! I finished the cucumber and took the sauce home because it was that delicious! What a hidden gem! Will be returning for sure and will be trying their other dishes. First time in a long time finding a restaurant where I was “Wow’d”. Must try!!“

“I took my parents to Crumbl in Eagan, and they weren’t sure if they’d like it at first — but they ended up absolutely LOVING it! The cookies were fresh, warm, and so delicious. We tried a few different flavors, and every single one was amazing. The staff was super friendly and patient while we decided what to get, and the store smelled heavenly the moment we walked in. My parents are already talking about which flavors they want to try next time! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — it’s worth every bite! The only thing that I don't like about this location, is it is very far from my home! :)“

“Really good experience at the Culver’s in Woodbury Minnesota. Doing curbside and a shake tipped over in my car and the guy who brought it out was nice enough to go get towels and a new shake. Definitely did not have to do that. It was completely my fault, but he went above and beyond For customer that is a rare thing to find“

“I placed a large order for a family gathering. I placed the order online via the app a week or so ahead of time. The app is very descriptive and utilizes pictures. There are build your own and party options too! The gentleman at the counter checked my bags with me to ensure everything was correct and was friendly. I tried the Coffee Toffee crunch cake and it was delicious. The ice cream sandwiches went over very well with everyone ^.^“

The manager is amazing (I call her my cookie lady) she is always giving me her recommendations and once when I told her I didn’t like I flavor I bought from another store she said pick one out I’ll give it to you for free - she didn’t need to do that- and I didn’t accept but her customer service is above and beyond!!!!“

The employees always have a smile on their faces, and the one time a mistake was made on my order, not only did they fix it, they offered me a refund for having to wait a few minutes for them to correct it. “It's small, it's a decent place to stop by for a QUICK SNACK (not a whole ass dairy aisle.) The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.
