“Not welcoming feels more than uncomfortable to stay and eat....it's frowned upon to sit and enjoy ur meal at a table .....additude like they get mad at u for dining in cuz they go have to maybe clean a table or two.

PEOPLE CAN FEEL THAT
NON SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY“

“This was a great place for lunch or dinner. We tried 3 sandwiches and sides. The chicken strips were teen approved as well. We will definitely be back. So many sauces too.“

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing Udi's gluten free sub rolls to your store!! They are fantastic!! Tubs of meat and tuna are not the same as a real Jersey Mike's sub. “

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“friendly staff , quick @ lunch Portabello grilled w/ veggies , I enjoyed ! Going back .“

“Tried this place for the first time. Best sub I’ve had in a long time. Beats the competition hands down on taste and service.“

“We catered Jersey Mike's for a company meeting and they knocked it out of the park! The subs were perfect for a working lunch (no utensils required), easy and delicious. Brian was super helpful. 👍 Absolutely recommend!“

“The sandwiches were great and me and wife enjoyed the food. will go back :)“

“I love my subs with more onions than the law allows and they always oblige me. I love this SUBWAY and their subs/hoagies are fresh and beyond delightful! Even when my sandwich gets the mix of mayo and oil and it drips out, mmmm, I'm that little girl in Philly buying my hoagies from Lou's Takeout, corner of Broad and Girard!“

“Amazing food great staff very clean I've been going to this location specifically for over a decade and that hasn't changed my opinion shout-out to the hot manager ( I think she's the manager) with red hair she's amazing“

“Get these people some help cuz this place is popping! The staff is always super nice even when they are crazy busy, the food is always delicious and it’s one of the last good deals around. Highly recommend this place anytime! It’s very worth it“

“The younger guy with brown hair was awesome. He did all the work while the other worker didn’t even help him. That guy deserves a raise! Even with him being by himself he still had great customer service. I hope he gets recognized and that other worker shouldn’t work there if she’s not even going to help the person doing all the work out. I hope he sees this or management recognizes him because he deserves it!!“

“Really glad that Mama's Market is in the neighborhood. The sandwiches are well made with slightly spicy mama's sauce. I really liked the green smoothie, though it was a little sweet. I also liked the range of groceries and household goods available there. Prices are low to medium. They have bags of plantain chips on the shelf, bulk and 2 lb. bags of yellow split peas (vatana dal) and red lentils (masoor dal). They have many more grocery items that constitute African and America cuisine.“

“Guys when I tell you this was the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant I mean it. I walked in a little late at around 8:30 pm and drew and Ben were working. This was my first time ever in a jersey mikes and I had no clue that to get. Drew and Ben gave me very good advice on what sandwich to get and they were both so polite! I asked for there names to leave a review and I 100% think they should get employees of the month. I will be coming back as soon I’m in the area again! I would 100% recommend this location and if it’s your first time ever at jersey mikes go here!!!“

“One of the worse sandwiches I have had! I will NEVER understand how an employee can begin to make your sandwich knowing full well the bread is as hard as a rock!!!!!
The lettuce was old. I tried holding a quick conversation with both employees & they were so unfriendly is was just a really bad experience.“

“There's always only one person working and they have one work speed only but ithe food quality is always on point. Plus typically nobody's gonna beg you for money or cigarettes walking out the door as in other places of downtown Saint Paul. Rip Saint paul“

“Such a great convenient location, the young lady working the close on September 28th was such a delight. Shes greated us at the door and it was right before closing but she was so happy to help us find our online order, she even commented on how delicious it looked. Its definitely the best service ive had in awhile at a subway, especially right before closing. I just wish I had gotten her name. Food was very well prepared. Location was well kept up“

“Bre is amazing . The lady who had James Tyler tattooed on the right side of her neck with a eyebrow piercing is absolutely terrible we had made an online order and she was outside sitting next to us with her window down yelling to some man she was going to smoke some weed and then he walked over and said he was there for a free sandwich so then they smoked their blunt and then she went in and made his sandwiches even tho she seen she had a couple orders before his… and there was another lady who was working with a face tattoo who looked like she was doing everything by herself , would def recommend when bre is working tho!!“

“Had a great experience at this Subway! I placed my order online, and everything was ready when I arrived. The order was made exactly the way I requested.

Did a great job and made the online ordering experience completely hassle-free.“

“I placed an online order for pickup, 3 Footlongs. I arrived a minute or 2 before my order was due for pickup, and I was told it would be a bit of a wait because they were backed up. It was quite busy, and the 2 young gentlemen behind the counter were very polite and working very hard to complete the orders coming in. Kudos to them.“

“We had a silly online order mixup and had walked to this subway with the dogs only to find out we'd ordered to the Wal-Mart location! The owner of both locations was here and drove there to get our subs! Nice guy and we sure appreciated it!“

“Landon was working at this location by himself. He was so so so so sweet. He made sure we got everything we needed and made sure my participant that is part of a community that is financially hurting got the best deal he could legally provide. If I could say anything, it’s he deserves a raise as you rarely find kindness like this in the world anymore.“

“I’m so sad I didn’t get their names but whoever the duo is that works week day mornings/afternoons - deserve a raise and a paid vacation!!! I love these two!! I have never had an issue with those two!! My food is amazing and never disappoints“

“I'm just really writing this review to tell everybody that's whining about Subway and the employees try it for a day see how you feel about customers like yourself coming in and being a holes to them! I've been eating at Subway for many many years only had a problem one time they were closed because I forgot to set my clock ahead so it was really 9: 45 and not 8:45 which I thought it was so it was my bad now stop complaining about the employees unless you've done it or are doing it!!!!“

“they have good food 3 of my friends and I were there last week..and we are going back soon“

“We had a very complicated order and the folks here not only handled it well but they gave suggestions and didnt make us feel rushed even though they were really busy. Drew was especially phenomenal. We really appreciated it, and the sandwich that they made was fantastic!“

“Jimmy John’s is always a solid go-to when you want something quick, fresh, and consistent. Their sandwiches are simple but packed with flavor, and the ingredients taste fresh every time. The bread is the real star-soft inside with a nice chew on the outside, making every bite satisfying. Service is usually lightning fast, living up to their “Freaky Fast” reputation, which is perfect when you’re on a lunch break or in a rush. While the menu isn’t huge, it’s straightforward and dependable, and customization is easy. Prices are fair for the quality and speed, and overall it’s a reliable option when you want a sandwich without the wait.“

“Friendly, clean, easy to order, the food (I got an Italian with the works, the sandwiches appear to be about 8 - 10 inches, they toasted it) is quite good, my biggest thing was the music was a tad difficult to hear over to make orders. The perk deal I got, with the buy one/get one (11$ and some change after tax), was also delightful.“

“Excellent customer service, me & my husband will be back! Great sandwhich & soups!!“

“Great Subway! First time in awhile I have seen a Subway have 3 employees scheduled at once in a long time. And all of them were kind. The sandwich was also delicious and the cookies were soft. 10/10. Also had a large seating area for a Walmart Subway and was very clean. I am very impressed.“

“There's a lot of choices with Subs I find Quiznos quality to be amazing they're always fresh delicious and well made a little on the pricey side but better than the other sub joints and the managers always trying to do his best to give you a good customer service“

“One of my go-to places if I've forgotten to pack a lunch or just felt like eating out. Very friendly staff that works hard to get you in and out during the busy lunch rush. I'm a creature of habit and usually get the meatball sub or the club, but there are so many choices available to fit any appetite!“

“I was at subway after daylight savings time and the place was packed with kids before 11. The staff did a great job keeping up with the extra business and keeping a fantastic attitude. It looked like Nate was opening the restaurant alone and did a great job with the unexpected early rush. You have a great staff here!“

“The team at Jimmy Johns Woodbury is very kind and helpful. Today I was sitting on their outdoor tables and a delivery driver went out of his way to put an umbrella up for me. I really appreciated it - and I had already finished eating so it wasnt eve obvious that I was a customer and he still went out of the way to ensure I was comfortable. He was very kind in the process and this is the type of service that makes a fast food sandwhich spot stand apart from the rest.“

“One of the nicest subways I’ve been to. This location was very clean and the staff were amazing. I did a catering order for a birthday party an everyone said it was the most fresh well made subway they have ever had. I would highly recommend this subway location to anyone a will be returning for some more great food!“

“Thank you Josh & Evan for 5 star service! I ordered in the app from the lobby to use my online rewards. They made my sandwich. It's delicious. Fast, friendly service and they put up with all of our questions before we decided on what to order. Thanks guys!!

Place could use some more detailed cleaning. Entry way is very dusty etc.“

“OMGOODness!!!!! 2/27/22 in the am about 11:30'ish and a lovely gal helped me ( I tried twice to call store to get her name) I was in today and in a hurry, was in and out in under 10 mins - she was quick with the guy in front of me and my order and my sandwich was PERFECTLY made... Thank you!!!!!“

“I eat at this subway location a lot and am always impressed with the friendly and cleanliness of this location. I’ve never had a poor experience and want to give a special shout out to my guy Marco for making my sandwich to perfection everytime!“

“Food was okay (not a big sandwich person) Nick helped me okay and he was great! I am from Iowa and he helped me navigate around and figure out where I needed to go! “

“I have always had good sandwiches @ Sun Ray JJ's... but today's mighta been the best one yet! Kudos to the awesome guys @ JJ's this morning. My Bootlegger #14 sandwich was freaky fast and so good, totally hit the spot! ++ Nice to see people at work and enjoying each other's company. Everyone was so happy! Thank you!“

“Lamonni was AMAZING wonderful customer service!! Friendly, efficient, communicative, welcoming!!! We started going to this location because of not being satisfied at all with the service at the location closer to home... and Lamonni made it so this will become our go to location!! Give that young lady a raise!“
