“Crazy how I underestimated Jersey Mike’s! I went for the first time recently, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich, and the fact that they make their tuna in‑house was a huge bonus. The staff member even recommended the best bread for it and kindly explained that they don’t use a toaster. They answered all my questions with patience.

When I took the first bite, it genuinely surprised me — it was so delicious. The celery added the perfect crunch. If you love tuna, you need to try it.

I’ll definitely be coming back. So happy to have this spot in the Frogtown community. Such a bright place ❤️✨🙏“

Update review. BLACKSTONE purchased them and now quantity amd quantity are much lower. Cheese amd meats and cut thinner.
I can't eat hear ever again. BLACKSTONE is killing the housing rental market and income levels“

“We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.“

“My BLT was excellent. I asked for exactly what I wanted and that's what I got. However, the worker was not friendly and wouldn't even tell me what the total was and just walked away at the end when I said Thank you. I'm a very nice person and I like to get along with people. But for some reason she didn't like me.“

“Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“

“I am a vegan so I cannot say much of a review for their sandwich options, but I work at the mall and I occasionally come here for French fries. They always make them fresh, and they give you a really decent serving for the price. In this image this is a large size, and I had a handful already. 😆 The fries are always so hot and delicious!! 🤤😋 They have a decent selection of condiments & seasonings. I really recommend their lemonade it is bomb and definitely hits the spot on a hot day. Services always super quick and on point, employees are always extremely friendly and accommodating. Play overall have a very good vibe and good food. Definitely recommend if you're a french fry lover LOL“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“This subway is infinitely better than the one on white bear. Every time ive been here the staff has been friendly and appeared at least to care about the making of my sandwiches. Only been twice so far but now that I know they still know how to make sandwiches here I will be back. Not sure what manager told the store on white bear to put the cheese on the bread and the meat over it or to put the sauce on the meat and cheese and the veg over that but they should be fired for not knowing how to make a sandwhich.“

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

I've been eating at Subway for many many years only had a problem one time they were closed because I forgot to set my clock ahead so it was really 9: 45 and not 8:45 which I thought it was so it was my bad now stop complaining about the employees unless you've done it or are doing it!!!!“

“Edwin at the Oakdale location was all alone today serving customers and quite frankly doing a great job. Kept his cool and served with grace. Unfortunately i doubt the people who can make this happen will but it would be great to see someone like that get a large raise. Clearly he deserves it. He exhibits everything an employee should. “The Sandwich artist Bree when I visited was incredibly welcoming and quick. She managed to make, between me and the other people in line, 5 Sandwiches all in around 10 minutes. She did a really good job making them and was incredible at remembering and accommodating requests for toppings. A credit to the franchise, this was one of my best Subway experiences in a long while“
