“Another amazing sub, I love this place so much better than subway or jimmy johns.“

“Normally go to 4th street subway with no complaints. But on the subway app this store supposedly honored 6.99 foot longs with code 699FL. Problem is total never updated and over charged me. 11:25am pick up time, so I came in 10-15 minutes early to see if they could advise me on how to fix. Then everything took a turn for the worse. Not only did staff show no interest in helping me and looking at my email to show them my concern. Staff person kept cutting me off and didn’t give me the time of day. Saying I would have to talk to manager that was not there. Asking her “would you just look at email”. I guess this was her last straw and told me she would not proceed with my order. Wow, ended up going to 4th street and having excellent service. Now I get the hassle of following up with credit card company and management to see how they correct poor customer service.
Update:
Management called back, listened and explained. Simple explanation that applied to only one sandwich per order. All could have been avoided with patience to customer. One star to 4 stars.“

“We were there today, and ordered the open pulled pork sandwich, with mashed potatoes and gravy and a side order of coleslaw. It was delicious and highly recommended, great barbecue flavor. Fast friendly service. Give it a try, like we did, and we’ll definitely be returning. .“

They made my sandwich perfectly the way I requested it with the ample amount of onions, tomatoes, and pickles on it not just three onions and two tomatoes like at most locations where they’re afraid to put any more veggies on as if they might get in trouble? Anyway, I might just drive the 28 miles to Roseville just to get a superb sandwich that could’ve and should’ve been made at most other locations. It’s not that hard people !“

“We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.“

“Before I start: I’m not lost on the fact that writing a sandwich shop review of this length might seem sort of odd. But I think the people who work here deserve some public praise for the great job they do.

This particular Erbs location is the best I have visited in many years. If you’re looking for what a fair-priced franchise sandwich shop lunch spot is supposed to be, walk in here. I feel like I’m transported back to the mid-2000s before complacency and worker shortages hurt quality across the industry.

They absolutely nail their French bread, which has a thin golden outer crust and is fluffy and white inside. This has been consistent over years of lunches here. The sandwiches are always well constructed and balanced, never sloppy or soggy. The staff are really nice and fast too.

These should be basic expectations of a lunch spot, but with how a lot of these shops have slid over the last decade, the quality really shines here. This place is run by great workers.“

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“Subway was great. The property own sucked. After eating I was on my phone in my vehicle he approached and told me to leave. The phone conversation lasted 7.35 minutes. I even showed him the cup and cookies I still had. He said loitering is not allowed cannot just sit out here. Leave or the cops will be called. The guy was a dick.“

“It was way too hot to Cook so we Went and picked up Potbelly!! I ordered a Turkey with Provolone,on whole grain.it was Amazing!!The bread is a crusty bread I Absolutely love!!! “I ordered a footlong multigrain wheat sandwich with eggs and cheese loaded with veggies on it and it was perfect. Very filling and I appreciate the coupon offers mailed out/ available in the app too. The oatmeal raisin cookies are yummy too! Friendly service here and the store was clean too.

“It was delicious! I got a grilled cheese with a chocolate shake. My mom the veggie delight and a chocolate shake too. The shakes come with little cookies that fit in the straw, it’s super cute and yummy :) there is also public restrooms and nice seating!!!

They dont say hello when you walk in and I don’t think I ever saw any of them smile once but hey, I guess that what to expect when you work at a sandwich shop. “Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.“

“Definitely depends on the worker. One calls people “honey” all the time and spends more time talking about her personal life than making sandwiches. A few others are just slow and don’t know the difference between mayonnaise and pickles. Some of them are fast and super helpful. Definitely better off going for lunch during the week. Wouldn’t go at night on weekends.“

“I’ve been hooked on Charley’s for about 2-3 years now. I first discovered them 2-3 years back. I had just finished visiting the petting zoo they have at the Maplewood Mall that I’d also highly recommend. I grabbed Charley’s for lunch & I’ve been a faithful returning customer ever since. “It has been some time since I have stopped in at a Subway. They completely changed their menu which threw me for a loop. I ended up going with "The Champ" which was actually really good. Not exactly what I would have gotten in the past, but it worked. Things are definitely a lot more expensive than they used to be.The service was fast and easy. I was the only one in the store when I went.“

“I was at subway after daylight savings time and the place was packed with kids before 11. The staff did a great job keeping up with the extra business and keeping a fantastic attitude. It looked like Nate was opening the restaurant alone and did a great job with the unexpected early rush. You have a great staff here!“

Gave me and hubby great service and even picked out all the bad banana pepper and jalapeno pepper that I didn't even notice it was bad. Made beautiful looking subs!
