“We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! “I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.

Caribou Coffee has become my favorite spot, and it's all thanks to the amazing team, especially Connor and Rachel. From the moment you walk through the door, Connor makes you feel genuinely welcomed with a cheerful hello and engaging small talk. He always remembers the regulars' names, making you feel like part of the Caribou family.

Rachel and Connor always get my order spot on, whether it's my large Caramel Cooler with an extra shot of espresso or my favorite shortbread cookie. Their attention to detail and friendly service consistently brighten my day. Connor's great sense of humor and warm demeanor make every visit a delightful experience.

If you're looking for a coffee shop where the staff truly cares about their customers and the quality of service is top-notch, look no further than this Caribou Coffee. Highly recommend!

They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. It is in a church which is kind of fun but the space inside is open and high ceilings so the working environment is awesome. I didn’t try the food, that’s why there is no review.

“We decided to go with Berry Coffee Company to provide beverages for our driver break room area. They have been great to work with so far. Good equipment, good prices and excellent service. It's also great to work with a local company that has the ability to meet our needs.“

“This Dunn Brothers does not compare to the one in St. Michael. They can not make sugar-free mochas and food is lacking. Many young people are working here. One today was wearing an airpod while taking orders. I also had to put in my own splenda... not an issue at a normal coffee house. But when you pay $6 plus tip for a cold brew, put a Splenda in there when asked. I do like that I have seen so many dogs in and out of there, which makes me smile. Also, I love the jewelry they sell.“

Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“
