“Went to celebrate my grandson’s 8-0 football championship! Undefeated! Tokyo Sushi is one of his favorites, so I took the family out for brunch. This was my first time here, and the food was great, and the staff was very attentive! I highly recommend!“

I love sitting at the bar--the bartender is soooo nice and will make you a delicious custom cocktail for your specific tastes if you ask her! She's very busy though, I don't know how she does it all.Anyway, the place is beautiful. The chicken teriyaki is so simple yet so delicious. All the shrimp sushi rolls are incredible. I wish there were more non-spicy options as someone who hates when spice covers up flavor in sushi (I like heat! I don't like not being able to taste every aspect of the roll).“

“This place is INCREDIBLE. they’ve been open for just a month or so and I’ve eaten there at least 15 to 20 times. The service is awesome, the staff is super friendly, I don’t know about you but great service and friendly staff is part of a good dining experience, and Rollicious has it all. “Not busy at all on a Saturday but great food and service. My Shrimp Pad Thai was requested medium hot and it was great. It had a little kick. The Fresh Spring Rolls were very good. Could have used more shrimp. My husband had a dish with pineapple, rice, pork and onions that he really liked. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food.“

“I needed a treat, and did I ever get one in my bag of takeout tonight from Midori’s Floating World Cafe (in their temporary Seward Cafe location). The dumplings, entrees, and dessert were exquisitely prepared, with flavorful sauces and broths. Glad I splurged on the Daifuku: it was a little work of edible art. This food woke all of my senses for spring. I’ll be back.“

“I'm visiting a friend here in St. Paul and we decided to get sushi before the Pitbull trilogy concert and we walked over to Sakura. First off the vibe and decor was great, immediately sat and the staff was very attentive. I order gyozas and a shogun bento box. They were fantastic! I was so happy with the quality of the sashimi and the teriyaki beef was sweet and tender. Best bang for the buck! Anytime I come back here I'd wanna eat here again!“

“I ordered the dinner hibachi filet mignon with scallops, spicy snow mountain sushi, and tempura ice cream for dinner. Everything was delicious but there was just one problem. The filet mignon was very tough. It was either very overcooked or not filet mignon at all and a cheap cut of steak was used.“

Only thing is I wish they had just let our guests who were running late also do the lunch, seemed a little pressured to do the dinner. But still, an overall much more positive experience!Old Review:Tend to go here when my wife and I are in the mood for sushi, but today's experience was disappointing.Ordered 2 eel avocado rolls and basically 50% of the roll was densely packed rice.They do this so that you get full on rice and not on fish, not to mention the avocado was basically 2x the size of the eel.Ordered sushi only to find same, densely packed rice and thin pieces of fish.The sashimi was worse the white and red tuna coming out in nickel sizes.You can really see how they penny pinch their customers.Waiters were nice as usual, so I tipped normally, but thought I'd share for others to know.EDIT: Forgot to mention that it is normal for them to put a receipt paper of the order on the sushi, not the sushi plate, on top of your food sushi. That's not sanitary. You won't see it because they usually take it off before giving it to you, but today they forgot..“

“Good food and service. The rolls are nice with delicious sauce. The sushi and sashimi are great. Fresh salmon and yellowtail. Very thick cut. The creamy scallops sushi is a nice taste. The sushi tower is always my goto. Great flavour with rice at bottom and fresh salmon on top. The AYCE price is very reasonable for the quality of food.“

“I arrived an hour before close. We stood at the front door for five mintues. Four people made eye contact, and not one person gave a half smile, head nod or offered to help. Sinoun walked out, and immediately greeted us from across the restaurant. She apologized for us having to wait. She was very attentive. She turned my mood around. “I go here every other if not every Friday for lunch. Price has increased over the years understandably. Only thing I will say is their dinner price is a little over the top. So I only go for lunch. But it's fantastic and I always look forward to going.“

“Was craving sushi and Chinese, so decided to check this place out. I ordered to go and the food was still hot and crispy when I got home. The quality of the general tso’s chicken was really fresh, cream cheese wontons had lots of filling, and the fried chicken was flavorful, crunchy and juicy. Also, the sushi roll‘s rice to fish ratio was perfect! Will be back to try other dishes ?“
