“I LOVE this place. The staff are so incredibly nice they're always so bright every time I go in. Their fish is so fresh, I get the salmon sashimi and it is buttery, not fishy at all, their rolls always have a ton of filling they don't mostly fill it with rice, overall amazing. They're tucked away in a hallway so they don't get a lot of foot traffic. If you're thinking about eating here please do! It's my favorite place in Dinkytown and I'd love for them to stay open with great business!“

“Hey, i think this place is great so im biased but i had the best service ever ever ever from Alex today.
Me and my son came in for lunch; drinks were great food was good (my bad i mis-ordered a roll)
but despite this our server was extremely on point the entire time -yea good food is getting more expensive - yea good service is getting more rare.

“So tasty, amazing 1st time at an all you can eat sushi and it was so fresh and delicious! Great variety on the menu, and super tasty ice cream. Only tried the sushi and the duck-which was amazing but low on the meat. Will definitely be back!“

“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“Definitely a hidden gem in MSP- great staff, including Esmeralda, who is very kind and attentive. The bar is very clean, it is a quiet since it is removed from the main walkway, and the sushi is very tasty. My favorite is the Paisley Roll.

My only ask would be to incorporate some way to tip when paying with a card!“

“I needed a treat, and did I ever get one in my bag of takeout tonight from Midori’s Floating World Cafe (in their temporary Seward Cafe location). The dumplings, entrees, and dessert were exquisitely prepared, with flavorful sauces and broths. Glad I splurged on the Daifuku: it was a little work of edible art. This food woke all of my senses for spring. I’ll be back.“

“I love this place. When it comes to sushi I'm like a bottomless pit. A normal Japanese sushi place will charge per plate then I'm bankrupt. A Chinese buffett doesn't serve the japanese standard of sushi. This place is the best of both worlds during lunch. All you can eat and affordable. Also, its much easier to converse with people when you don't need to get up every 10min to the buffett.

Once I came during dinner and they have more variety and specialty items so it's still worth the price. Waiters have always been polite and attentive.“

“Made the reservation on short notice, on a Friday evening.\nThe hostess at the front desk could not have been more accommodating, especially considering that we had two infants in tow.\n\nService was very slow, entirely due to how busy the restaurant was (last Friday before Christmas), but also very courteous. “Had a fantastic meal here last weekend. The food was so tasty, great variety and price ($50 all you can eat).

I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer l sushi in addition to Korean barbecue. It was SO good.

The sides were delicious too. My only wish is for more vegetable sides. It’s pretty meat and starch focused. More veggies would help balance this out.
