“I’ve been eating at this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I have never had a single issue. Today, however I may have ordered something a little complicated when I got home the food that I received wasn’t at all what I ordered I went in and spoke with the manager.I believe her name was Patricia . She was so kind and explained to me the error that happened and how it happened. Rather than just give me some pickles to fix the issue and tomatoes to fix the issue. She wanted to make sure that I had warm hot and fresh food to feed my family.
Chick-fil-A is known for having the best customer service out there, but I want the recognition to go to those who deserve it. This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. “This was our first time having Dave’s Hot Chicken. We had the two slider meal and loaded fries. We liked it. It felt a bit salty to me (that is personal preference because my family didn’t find it salty). The chicken is tender and full of flavor. I loved the sauce and after taste. Yummm! The portions are good and the veggies are fresh! I prefer a crunchy pickle 🥒 but again - personal preference.
The restaurant is clean, the wait time is acceptable given how popular it is, staff are friendly and welcoming. We will be back! My son loved his meal!“
