“It's been a little hit and miss here lately. Ordered chips and guac and the chips were hot, but also so stale they were inedible. And they do make the chips here I think, so that means we were served chips that were probably made sometime last week and then just reheated. Chicken tacos were hot and fresh but the chicken was completely unseasoned. Don't mind that the chips weren't made an hour ago, but you can't serve chips that were made a week ago and reheat them. We go here a lot less than we used to. Hopefully they get things ironed out. Probably more like 3.5 stars but 3 seemed too low.“

“Out of towner here. My coworker and I who came to Kansas City to set up the #World Cup decided to check this place out for lunch one day and it was phenomenally good. This is not just your chain style Mexican restaurant. This is very authentic Mexican food. it was so good. I highly highly recommend the chicken enchiladas with the verde sauce. They were the best I’ve ever had and I have been to many Mexican restaurants. My coworker who is also Latino said that this was one of the best restaurants he’s been to for Mexican food as well.

For the #World Cup, I highly recommend that you check this place out. It is the perfect hole in the wall, nonchalant, you’d never guess that this was one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area…maybe in Kansas City. FIVE STARS.“

“I drive almost 2 hours from Columbia MO to go here occasionally, and have since they were in the lil gas station. The shrimp soup is fabulous, the pozole is the best I've had, and the torta birria is beyond incredible! The tortillas are homemade and I love the staff- they are super nice people. I love avocados, but I almost cannot stand guacamole... until Casa Mexico, very good they showed me that guacamole does not have to taste bitter. I went there today got a Torta Hawaiana there was literally 4 small pieces of meat on one side & for $12 I didnt feel like it was worth what I paid. I don’t know his name, the really tall heavier set man with long brown hair, when I hear his voice over the speaker I know my meal is going to be good bc he’s always so kind and patient. Tonight Christian who was working the drive thru tonight was great, you can see his sense of urgency and providing quality with his customer service. If he isn't a manager by now he needs to be. “I just really have to commend this location. We've lived in the area for 4 years now and this is our local Taco Bell. We order here probably 1-2x a month. I can't recall a single time they've gotten an order wrong. Always cordial employees working regardless of time of day or if I order there or on the app. Food is always made exactly how we ask for it and the Baja blast is always fresh 👌🏽“

The staff have always been sweet and just the right amount of customer service, and I've always enjoyed my food. I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order at this location either. Keep it up guys!“
