“One of the best Mexican restaurants in KC! We get takeout for family events frequently, and the food is consistently delicious. 👌 Our family likes the steak chimichangas, chicken fajitas, tacos, and any of their nachos. The rice and beans are fantastic, as well!

The building and interior could use an update, but the service is decently fast and respectful. The manager at this location is great and cares about his guests. We love El Maguey!“

“I drive almost 2 hours from Columbia MO to go here occasionally, and have since they were in the lil gas station. The shrimp soup is fabulous, the pozole is the best I've had, and the torta birria is beyond incredible! The tortillas are homemade and I love the staff- they are super nice people. I have lived in SoCal and this is the closest I've gotten to across the border. Love y'all, may you keep prospering!“

I love avocados, but I almost cannot stand guacamole... until Casa Mexico, very good they showed me that guacamole does not have to taste bitter. I went there today got a Torta Hawaiana there was literally 4 small pieces of meat on one side & for $12 I didnt feel like it was worth what I paid. I went there a week ago and the amount of meat was perfect. I don’t know if they’re getting new cooks or what but today wasn’t it.“
