“The chicken was very tasty, the crust was perfect and the chicken was really moist and tender. The coleslaw was great, the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, but needed some salt and pepper IMO. Overall it’s one of the best chicken spots I’ve found around the city (not on the IL side) so far. Way better than the place that claims to be number one near Soulard.“

“I did not visit the actual building but I d8d have an experience from what goes on inside of it.
I came into town Fri Junteenth2026 for a funeral. Being from Atlanta, I'm always eating seafood wherever I go. My nephew suggested this restaurant and I was for it.
We had a very huge order and I as a Chef was impressed with the amount of time to prepare the order, it get back to me hot 🔥 as if I was sitting at the establishment.
Let me take you on my journey...I don't usually eat fries, but these fries made love to my tongue 😋 then stimulated my gut in a way that was very pleasing to my biome. The season profile is on point and I will never eat fish or fries anywhere but here. Catfish??? I eat it from here, ONLY!!! EVERYBODY CAN'T COOK SEAFOOD, BUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT 👌 😋 🙌 DID THAT & THEN SOME...“

“Came in exspecting hot just fine on some chicken fish gyros salad with the Chicago flavor maybe,since I am from Chicago,not only did Malik and family match the Chicago flavor swag.they made me feel like a family member coming over to have a family meal. Not at all that I feel like a customer buying a consumer product thank you Malik and family one of the things me and my fiancée was worried was eating since we are away from home for at least 30 days. “Love me some Lee's! I discovered it living in Ohio 15 years ago and always stop by when in town visiting family. The food here is far better than KFC if you're looking for fast food. The green beans are country style and their biscuits won't choke you out if you don't have a beverage on hand. Love their sweet tea, reminds me of Carolina homemade. I love this particular location as the staff is friendly and the service is fast, and it's within proximity to many airport hotels.“

“We loved Lee's in Richmond VA so when we saw the sign for it in St Louis we headed there.
Although it was ok it didn't taste as good as the one in Richmond. Perhaps the grease wasn't fresh. I'm not sure what it is but there is a difference in taste, and how my body felt after eating it. The customer service was good.“

“My mother called to place a large order fot a babyshower and a man(sounded Caucasian) was very rude and hung up on. I called back after learning of this and asked for a manager. He said he was the manager, I then asked for OWNER he asked what did I want. I explained to him what he had just did..He said sure did and hung up on me. These people are very unprofessional and rude but want OUR dollars!!“

“Great customer service worker that name start with K I believe greeted everyone that walked in the store maintaining job duties while waiting on chicken to finish cooking. I'm really proud of this location keep up the great work. All the worker was actually working as a team.“
