Everything was incredible and such a great value! The staff was on point. From the beginning Alexa, the event coordinator, and Adam, the general manager, made the whole process so seamless and amazing. We barely lifted a finger and all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful and fun everything was! We will 100% be having our Christmas party here every year from now on. “Has good food deals Tuesda-Saturday. Parm garlic tots are amazing. Waitress was respectful and helpful. Been here a couple times when they were really busy and couldn't hear the person next to me and had to wait 2.5-3 hours for food. This time was a lot better, no other people ordering. The food is made to order, so it took about a 30 minutes. I had the cod fillets with Parm garlic tots. I had them bring horseradish, lemon caper butter, and tartar sauce and I mix that into the best dipping sauce I've had in a while. I'm a bit of a chef myself. Don't get their wrap unless you want a ham salad, very healthy option. LOTS of pickles.“

What really makes me happy is the age of the patrons who frequent this establishment, 40-50 years old, not the younger crowd, my wife and I are regulars at the North Oak location“

“We were lucky enough to catch wing Wednesday on the rooftop patio. The garlic parm wings were 10/10 & came with carrots and ranch. It was $9 for 6. Shots are enormous but honestly tasted more like mixer than liquor. Will def be back for the wings though!“

“🚨GUACAMOLE CHANGE! We’ve been coming to Ponaks for 30 years. The guacamole has aways been one of our favorites. Today we ordered it and immediately noticed something was different. We asked the server and he confirmed that they have changed their recipe, and it’s for the worst. They’ve added “filler” by putting pico and other ingredients into it. It’s not even close to what it was. I hope they don’t start changing their food and Margaritas!!! There is a reason people keep coming back year after year! Please dont mess with perfection Ponaks!“

“The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“
