“I was lucky enough to host my company Christmas party in the popup holiday bar this year. I CANNOT say enough great things about the venue, food, drinks and staff! Everything was incredible and such a great value! The staff was on point. From the beginning Alexa, the event coordinator, and Adam, the general manager, made the whole process so seamless and amazing. We barely lifted a finger and all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful and fun everything was! We will 100% be having our Christmas party here every year from now on. “I was very apprehensive about trying this place but once I got inside all my worries subsided and I was blown away by the number of drinks they offered and the amount of food they served, the portions are enough for two people to share! The wings are the best I've ever had, the beer is cold and the live music is great. “Has good food deals Tuesda-Saturday. Parm garlic tots are amazing. Waitress was respectful and helpful. Been here a couple times when they were really busy and couldn't hear the person next to me and had to wait 2.5-3 hours for food. This time was a lot better, no other people ordering. The food is made to order, so it took about a 30 minutes. I had the cod fillets with Parm garlic tots. I had them bring horseradish, lemon caper butter, and tartar sauce and I mix that into the best dipping sauce I've had in a while. I'm a bit of a chef myself. Don't get their wrap unless you want a ham salad, very healthy option. LOTS of pickles.“

“Had to leave a review because the bartender working during the Mexico game was LIT. 🔥 My homies and I were impressed. We never seen a bartender grab two bottles at once and pour shots that fast while still keeping everything cool. She was making so many drinks in no time it was fun to watch.

She was also hella cute 😂 and somehow managed to take a ton of orders at once without losing track of anyone. Even though the bar was packed she kept checking in letting people know she’d be right back and apologizing for the wait. You could tell she cared about everyone getting taken care of.

The whole crowd was waiting for HER to take their orders and once we saw her working, we understood why. She killed it.

We’ll definitely be back to see her again. I tried asking for her Instagram, but she was way too busy. 😂 If anyone knows it, help us out lol! I told her I would leave a review just for her 😂“

“🚨GUACAMOLE CHANGE! We’ve been coming to Ponaks for 30 years. The guacamole has aways been one of our favorites. Today we ordered it and immediately noticed something was different. We asked the server and he confirmed that they have changed their recipe, and it’s for the worst. They’ve added “filler” by putting pico and other ingredients into it. It’s not even close to what it was. I hope they don’t start changing their food and Margaritas!!! There is a reason people keep coming back year after year! Please dont mess with perfection Ponaks!“

“The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“
