“I’ve never left a review for anything in my life but this place is too good not to. Went with my family which included 5 kids ages 1-12. Sat outside so we could watch the band and the kids had a big area to run around and enjoy the music too. The food was out of this world good. The prices were good. The service was top 10 all time. The owner was working her butt off keeping everyone happy and her husband was doing the same on stage playing the bass guitar with the band Sunny Side Down which absolutely rocked. If you own a restaurant or thinking about it owning one, take some notes from these people. We’ll definitely be going back when we’re in the KC area.”

“So it is Monday July 14 and we just left Joe’s BBQ and my wife told me that my BBQ is better the Joe’s any-day. Sunday night we went to Q39 and wow what a difference. My wife and I both had the 3 meat and sides of beans,and vegetables. Every single thing we had was great. Chicken(white meat) had good flavor but chicken is chicken. Sausage was full of flavor with the peppers. Ribs were fall off the bone and didn’t need sauce. The pulled pork was really soft and melted in the mouth good. So at this point I have to say if you are in Kansas City for BBQ go to Q39 last because nothing compares the it at least in Kansas City anyway.”

“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.”

“A total of 12 hungry guys showed up after a long day of golf. We had traveled 5+ hours to the area for a nice long weekend of brotherhood. At the time this place was chosen to eat we didn't know how bad we actually needed it ! Food was amazing. Service amazing. Scott himself came out of the back to talk to all the patrons. “We skipped the food as we stopped in during the taco festival, but holy awesome service Batman! Victoria (maybe Veronica?) and Brie were awesome bartenders. Very fun and personable. Kept us in margaritas 🍹 and were an absolute joy! Looking forward to going back.
