“Service was quick and easy. I was 3rd in line and by the time I was up to the counter to order, 5 more people had come in. Its a busy store being inside a gas station but the staff seemed to handle the rush with grace and tenacity. Also, I didn't have to ask for extra sweet onion sauce, that's a rarity. The sandwich artist put just the right amount. Usually you have to strong-arm them to get extra sauce. Some stores sure can be stingy with them (sauces). Thanks subway..I ate fresh.“

“Many, many years ago" late 70s" when I first had Mugs Up. Lived in kC, Independence, Lees summit. Mugs up was a couple times a week thing. Moved away in 91, back to Ga. Everytime I go to KC, to see family and friends I also have to visit mugs Up, my favorite as well as the Pizza Fun House.“

“I'm not so sure about the Westport location after witnessing an employee kind of heavy set with dreads died at the tips snorting cocaine in the back by the dumpsters and selling drugs he had to be the cook and I just do not want any fairy dust on my waffles or my chicken I rather go braid water or bite the curb that is not what I expected to see when pulling up and I definitely don't want to spend my money with an establishment that knowingly hires drug addicts“

“Fantastic fast food restaurant! We've been waiting to try this place since we are fans of the competitor! Needless to say, they didn't disappoint when walking in for the first time to order! The food was prepared impeccably and quite tasty! Impressive employees and facility! "Wendy" was at the helm behind the cash register and pointed us in the right direction! She was incredible to talk to and friendly! The prices were comparable to other fast food, and worth it! The sandwiches come in 3 different sizes according to the meat ordered! Impressive! The facility was near capacity and busy thru and thru! All the food ordered was the right temperature and worth purchasing! We returned a week later in the drive-thru! We weren't as impressed by the quality of the sandwiches compared to entering the restaurant! We'll be back and visit Wendy inside, rather than going thru the drive! Thank you again!“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. “The atmosphere is typically loud during all hours of the day so you'll have to raise your voice if you want to communicate to the person in front of you. If you're getting a takeout order you might not hear your name yelled so you need to be paying attention. They're always officers everyday in and out of the store so there's always a service officer there to help anyone if someone is having trouble or need sanctuary. Chick-fil-A is considered a safe place so if someone is chasing you or you're having problems they will help you with sanctuary. It is wheelchair friendly everyone is always very very kind everyone dresses very nice the place is always kept very clean. This particular Chick-fil-A on 39th Street is always busy so there will always be a long line for the drive-thru. Is definitely my favorite Chick-fil-A I've been to and I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A's. When you order food there is a general decent wait time so be prepared for that but it's always nice hot and fresh.

Parking: There's about 40 parking spots but since it's so busy it can be hard to find a parking spot but people are usually in and out so you can either park by the mall if you want to walk or you'll typically get a parking spot there's usually always one open.

Kid-friendliness: There is absolutely kid friendliness kids are protected there and safe if they wander around or have fun you know kids are. Nothing will happen to your kid if they go to the restroom by themselves they're very watchful there and there's always an officer there.“

“This is my first time eating their food , I got the Cajun fire pasta and salad w/ Texas toast and it is so amazing and fresh . The chicken is so good and tender . Everything has so much flavor. My grandson was disappointed in his salted caramel truffle blizzard, preferring Wendy's salted caramel Frosty. Waited a very long time for his blizzard. “Just want to say thank you to the staff of this DQ! We've been coming in weekly as a Friday treat for lunch. The staff is so friendly and strives to make sure our orders are perfectly correct with a smile. Yesterday I placed an order on the App for lunch at home that contained food orders for 5 different people. Not only was the food ready exactly when promised, but the order was 100% correct and served with a smile. Not only were the details there, such as lids on the blizzards and napkins and condiments in the bags, but the food was as hot and delicious as when we order to eat in the restaurant. This is a top notch restaurant, with delicious food made by an amazing customer oriented staff! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“I walked into the restaurant. A young man was walking away from the register carrying something. He turned his head and acknowledged me "Welcome". He laid down what he was carrying and turned and ask how he could help me. I have not experienced that kind of courtesy since the last time I was at Chick- fila. By the time I put the lid on my drink, the young man brought me my sacked order. He told me he placed Arby Sauce, horseradish, ketchup & Berry sauce for our jalapeño poppers. He ask me what else he could get for me! He had checked all the boxes! As I walked out another man who was cleaning tables paused, waved & told me come back and see us! Excellent service. Wish I had got the name of the server. This was today 2/21/2025. I think his tag said shift manager!“

There used to be 2 full lane and now they merge together, the lady who was supposed to be merging flew up on me, nearly hitting me.I think she was under the impression that there were still 2 full lanes. The need a merge sign there or someone helping with traffic.“

My wife (who can be a complainer LOL) somehow really enjoyed everything. My daughter and picky son liked the food, too.
