“Went through the drive-thru and I was impressed with the service. My order was read back to me at the menu board and once again right before I paid. I like that, makes me think you care that I get the correct order and gives me reassurance that you have it covered on your end. This lady was trained right. My food, it was fresh and made correctly. My drinks were yummy, my daughters ocean water was a little over filled but that's where dad tax comes in and gets to drink a little of that delicious 😋 all good. “Best Topsy's Popcorn in Kansas City area, period. This location makes their own caramel, cheese and cinnamon popcorn onsite, unlike the other Topsy's locations. You'll notice that the cheese and cinnamon coverage is much more thorough on each kernel when you buy from this particular Topsy's. Don't take my word for it, check it out compare them yourself. “110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“
