“When my wife and I want a great breakfast (or sandwich anytime) at a very good price, Hardee's is our favorite and Hardee's on West Chestnut Expy, Springfield is our go-to place. The people are so friendly and helpful and positive and the food is always the best. Can't beat the biscuits and gravy. Their breakfast beats all the other fast food places. Sometimes I have the big platter breakfast with sausage. Every now and then, I order a chicken biscuit and a side of grave. I eat the chicken (absolutely wonderful) like it were a sausage patty and put the gravy on part of the biscuit. Also their Chicken BLT sandwich is terrific (no mayo). The people truly make this a very pleasant place to eat. Can't beat Hardee's...and the people.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. “I am a school bus driver that's closing in on a story book ending of 25 year's of driving I stop into Hardee's to try the maple bacon combo when I notice a gentleman coming in the dining area asking if there where hiring as busy Joe was he took time to talk to the gentleman during rush hour. Not only the food was great but it was the friendly atmosphere in Springfield Missouri Hardee's that Joe gave to the gentleman and gave him a application and promised a interview the next day. anytime when I am out here Joe will get my business and thanks to the young lady for insuring me my bus will be fine on the lot.“

“I really liked this Arby’s! Our food came out super quickly and was hot/fresh. Honestly some of the better Arby’s i’ve had. The employees were friendly and helpful and the service was quick. The bathrooms and the rest of the restaurant were actually the cleanest Arby’s i’ve ever seen. I’d come here again! I got some modifications on my sandwich and they were all correct too, which some locations have struggled with in the past.“

I'd say that's a 7 outta 10. The club sub id say 7.5 ... the roast beef sub was 7.8.. very friendly... needs a lil deep cleaning. Otherwise good place to eat.“

When finished giving an order the past 3 times we were not able to pay at the stall. Making someone walk away and out of sight with our debit/credit card to pay. This is a huge risk where we have no idea what they are doing with our card while they take forever to pay.Oreo shakes deserve to be consumed using the straw they provide you with. A super thin straw so the chunks of Oreo shouldn't be 10x the size of the opening for the straw. The trick is to crush the Oreos before blending the shake.“

“I don’t know what these people are complaining about with having to wait to get a chicken sandwich.... if you can go buy the chicken, season it, deep fry it, and prep it faster that chick-fil-A then go home and eat. They’re literally doing everything for you and all you have to do is shove food in your face, learn some patience. I have never had one poor customer service interaction with Chik-fil-A, even if it takes a few extra minutes to get my food when they’re busy. Recently, I visited my local McDonald’s, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and welcoming, with friendly staff greeting me upon entry. The ordering process was seamless, thanks to the self-service kiosks that made customizing my meal quick and easy.

I opted for a classic Big Mac meal with a side of Chicken McNuggets. The food was served fresh and hot, which is always a plus. The Big Mac was exactly as expected – flavorful and satisfying, with just the right balance of beef patties, crisp lettuce, tangy special sauce, and a soft sesame seed bun. “There was a Black Friday BOGO deal so we picked up a steak and cheese plus a Cajun chicken with chips and drink (btw they do Coke Freestyle there which begins a few criticisms). If you are going to have a fountain drink machine touting multitudes of sodas and flavors, then keep them filled up and/or available instead of the customer getting "Unavailable" messages every other time they touch the screen. Once you've settled for whatever soda is available, then you are faced with a very unclean area to get lids, straws, and napkins... Splatters everywhere...and not cleaned in some time. Food: good, above avg, but we picked up on the south side of town and waited to eat until we got home on the north side of town. By this time our steak and cheese was quite soggy. The staff were quite young, which is normal these days, sooo....it is what it is.“

“The food is good BUT they are not punctual with their opening hours…most mornings they don’t open the drive through till 8:10 or so…when their hours say 24 hours a day on the sign and 8:00 online. If they don’t open till 8:15 they need to say that so I don’t waste my time.“
