The only reason I even give red lobster a positive review is our server. I think her name was Madison. She was great. But if it wasn’t for her I would go much lower with this score.“

“This new location is absolutely beautiful the sitting, and ambience is perfect. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent as well!! My only issue which is nothing at all like the location in Collierville, is that evidently they don’t do the wine sampling to choose what you want with your protein. After speaking with the GM and her having a lack of knowledge of the history of the wine selection or the sampling process I found that odd. I frequent the other location quite often, and haven’t ran into this issue before. I’m hoping that it’s just because they’re new, and will get things in order soon. “There fish are usually cooked and tastes delicious. The last two times I had it , it was not so good. The fish tasted fishy I don’t know where they getting the fish from now but it not good. I usually eat fish from them every Friday. I had big bones buffalo 3 weeks ago and last I had catfish steak and fillet. I just don’t buy 1 plate . I buy 3-4 plates. “We were so fortunate to find Crazy Lu Seafood Shack. The food, service, and the facility was amazing. I had frog legs, slaw, and an egg roll which were wee all delicious. My husband had shrimp, jumbo, hush puppies, and Mac & cheese and loved it. We were checked on at least four times by their workers with extra sauces and crackers brought.“

At first I didn't like it but my husband let me know that I didn't ask for any seasoning and that I need to get seasoning next time. “We had a wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House! We ordered the 8 oz filet and lobster off the Chef's Summer Selection, as well as the lamb chops. Both were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For sides, we enjoyed the creamed spinach and the sweet potato casserole (our all-time favorites here), and they did not disappoint. A special shoutout to DeAnna, who took great care of us and made the evening even better. Everything was delicious, and we highly recommend dining here!“

“We were shocked! This little place does not look like it would be the fabulous experience it was, but looks can sometimes be deceiving! We went online to make reservations. Got there early. There were no customers! Another shock after reading the reviews. But the chef (who may also be the owner) greeted us and showed us to our table that had a "Reserved" sign on it. The only people who came in while we were there were people with take-out orders. Granted, it was cold and rainy. But, really? This place is fantastic! We wanted crab legs and we got a feast! The servers were so helpful and the chef came out and checked on us several times. I ordered my crab legs with just the butter sauce, not with their special Cajun seasoning. After ordering, the server brought out shrimp in their sauce and said she just wanted us to try it. It was amazing. So we changed our order! And the shrimp was great! They were so nice, friendly, and the crab was probably the best we've ever had. Very fresh! And yes, we've had lots from both coasts! I don't know what's wrong with the people in Memphis, but this place would be packed anywhere else, no matter what the weather!!“

“Let me start by saying that we have always had great experiences at the Capital Grille, which is why we decided to celebrate our anniversary at the Memphis location. Upon entering, we were greeted very nicely and taken to our table. The server took quite some time to get to us to bring water and take our order. I ordered a filet medium, and my husband ordered the special filet medallions medium rare. Our dinner took at least 45 minutes to come out and our teas were only refilled once for the entire time we were there. When our dinner came out, my steak was so rare that I was not able to eat it, and my husband's was overcooked. Perhaps she had the orders transposed, but at this point, we did not want to wait another 45 minutes for them to recook our meals and the other items to get cold. We also noticed the server waiting on the table beside us carefully went over the specials, brought a sampling of the special, and the signature cocktail. We received none of this special treatment. I was very disappointed in our service there that night. So disappointed in what should have been a special meal and celebration for us.“

“Food was very good the Chicken Marsala was extremely salty I had to change my order to a less salty dish, they made it right I was disappointed though they did not do anything special for my wife's birthday. They use too but I guess new management. Other than that we enjoyed the evening at Amerigo's.“

“So order some lamb chops from TrapFusion901 last night at the wine on the river and this is what they gave me for $30. They definitely holds up to their name. When I ordered they told me 25/30 minutes so I go back and start getting more wine while I wait. I went back in 25 minutes, I was about to ask this lady was my food ready but before I could, this older lady from the trap made a comment "why are all these people back her, it's just to much", so trap lady #2 asked me "what I needed" and I told her "I was trying to see if my food was ready". She said "not yet". In my mind I'm wondering how would she know and not know my name. She comes back 3 minutes later to ask me my name. I told her that she should have asked me thar before saying that my food wasn't ready and then I perceived to give her my name. After that she then tells me my food was sitting on the table upfront with trap lady #1. I responded to her that she had just told me it wasn't ready and that food had been sitting there prior to me walking up. So I go to trap lady #1 and got my food. When I opened it I was highly disappointed. The chops were cold and dry. They drowned them in bbq sauce, which I don't like. On top of that it was only 3 chops in there for $30. This is another BOB I don't recommend. If they needed $30 they should have just asked.“
