“Had a great experience at Bar and Ranch! The woman at the front desk, Rachelle, was so helpful planning our trip and with recommendations. Absolutely beautiful property - it was so nice drinking my coffee from the balcony and by the fire in the morning. S'mores were such a fun touch. Only complaint was the bathrooms in the room desperately need an update and weren't very clean.”

“We highly recommend this gem of a restaurant in West Yellowstone. The food was beyond fantastic. On our first night we enjoyed the meatballs (elk & bison ) and the 1/2 chicken both where delicious and cooked to perfection. On our seconded night we ordered the Elk Ravioli and the Elk medallions- wow what can we say it was sooooo good. We even had room for the huckleberry cheesecake which put us in a food coma. Our waitress was Amber and what a sweetheart and she never missed a step. Went out of her way to make our dinner experience extra special. We also want to do a shout out to Brenda the owner you are one special lady. We enjoyed speaking with you from one Wisconsinite to another and we absolutely enjoyed our scotcharoo's on our trip home. If we are ever back in Yellowstone we sure will stop by again.”

“Excellent BBQ especially for an area of the country not known for BBQ. Very good, friendly, helpful service. The aesthetics and atmosphere were decent and fitting for a BBQ joint. We had the ribs which were outstanding and chopped brisket which was very good. The creamed corn, which was not all that creamy was outstanding. The baked beans were very tasty but also had a lot of liquid. The cole slaw was decent but I personally prefer my slaw a little less dry. The cheesy grits missed the mark. We would definitely go back again.”

“My husband and I came here for lunch. We enjoyed everything so much. The restaurant was completely empty so it made for a quiet atmosphere. I'm sure during peak season this place is poppin because the food was incredible. I have been to Black Sheep Cafe in Provo, but it was almost a decade ago, and it's all I've been talking about for a couple months so when we saw on the website we had one relatively locally (we live in Big Sky) I was excited to check it out. The best part was the affordability to portions. We enjoyed that we were full and satisfied without having to take leftovers home - this is great for you travelers out there! Wish we took pictures, but we had a wonderful experience and recommend 10/10. Food was wholesome, nutritious and flavorful!! Thank you so much.”

“This place was perfect. Has everything we needed, is private and has an amazing view. Only 10 minutes from West Yellowstone town so very easy to access dining/shop. This was the best gem to stay at in this area, highly recommend!”

“Huge shoutout to The City Creamery in Cave Creek. We went on Monday and asked if they had licorice ice cream and they didn’t at the moment so the wonderful lady took my name and number said she would call me when they had some. She called me yesterday afternoon and today we made the trek to Cave Creek to get some wonderful ice cream and also bought two pints of licorice to bring home! They give military discounts too which is amazing because we all love a good business that loves our military and first responders! I highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious ice cream treat you head there and enjoy some fresh homemade ice cream!”

“First off, this would be our second day in a row here. The food is amazing and the staff is great! We had Florina for our waitress both day she is very sweet and beautiful! I think I may have embarrassed her by pointing out how beautiful she is lol Day one I ordered the tritip dip it was so good the waffle frieswere tasty, day two I ordered the chicken fried state with loaded bake potato and white rice chicken soup! Amazing also the huckleberry cheese cake for the win! If you like to gamble there is a tiny casino area and also a bar area. The hours are sporadic at the moment but call ahead and see! You won't be dissapointed.”

“Stopped in for breakfast on Sunday. Got there at the perfect time as it got pretty busy not long after we sat. Our waitress was great! She handled a full restaurant like a pro. Our latte’s were just right. Fruit was nice and fresh on my son’s yogurt. Eggs Florentine had perfectly poached eggs, giant English muffins. Breakfast potatoes were a hit for everyone at our table. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Service slow. Waited an hour for our meal after waiting a half hour to order our drinks and order dinner. Very high priced for the meals we got. The meats were overcooked and dry. Sides were served lukewarm.”

Three years later I came back and was blown away by the different experience. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. Miguel's a good manager and clearly loves the food industry. Alex makes the best, crispy chicken tenders and wings. The bison tacos are a must!

Came in around 5:30 on Tuesday. The trout was over cooked, the red mash potatoes and the chili came out cold. The Caesar salad was a mess of gross lettuce and was over dressed and the drinks were terrible. I'm not usually one to NOT finish a drink but my friend's lemon drop sat 50% full as we left. Waiter DNGAS.”
