“This is a must visit during your trip to Boone! Take your kids, grandkids and your significant other. Go see Mike at Little Wing. He has GREAT ice cream and highlights 22 local artists in his shop. The ice cream choices are lots of wonderful local flavors that you will enjoy in a cup, cone, or waffle cone. Mike and his team are also at the Appalachian State Football games with their ice cream cart at the home games. Go see them on the home side. Best treat at Kidd Brewery!“

So I did just that. Then I walked somewhere else and did similar things that were fun and exciting to me like jai alai or chess. I'm longing for a strategic game of Twister at the moment. “We heard this place was good from locals - quick and easy. When you walk in there is a window to order if you are getting to go. Menu is on a table behind the window - only saying this bc no one really explains anything when you walk in other than if you are getting to go you can’t sit down. Bagels are good they go heavy on the spread
