“We had dinner there last night with some friends. It started out with our waitress, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and her service was top notch. We all ordered steaks except for our daughter who got the French Cut Chicken. She inhaled it and raved how good it was. The steaks ?? They were all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Really couldn’t have asked for a better steak. I have to mention the salad bar too. It was all fresh, crisp, great selection of items, and we all enjoyed it very much. Overall, we had an amazing experience there last night and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Well done Clayton Steakhouse and team!”

“Never have I ever had anything but absolute delicious food (and service) here… and again today. My friend suggested 1/2 order of the Spinach Artichoke Dip (a plenty!) and Scallops appetizer (big, cooked perfectly and ab FAB!) and we added shaved ribeye egg rolls too. Perfect trio for sharing and leftovers too (except the scallops). Those who already enjoy Mannings know what I’m talking about but if you’ve never been, put on your to do list! “I was pleasantly surprised. Walking in and seeing the atmosphere I was not expecting much. The food is absolutely delicious though!!! The portion sizes are good, my kids were able to split the chicken alfredo with plenty left over. The garlic knots are a Must have! They sit in a buttery garlic marinade that's to die for.”

“I already love Saks Deli for their restaurant (the Mad Mushroom Philly with Cooper is my all time favorite), but this review is all about the wonderful part they had in catering my sister’s bridal shower. Matt and his team provided turkey & provolone pinwheels, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cream puffs — everything was delicious and such a hit with our guests! As always, Matt handled the order professionally and on time, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Saks Deli not only for catering special occasions but also anytime you’re looking for a great meal in Clayton off Hwy 70.”

“For everybody ratings this place under 5 stars you are out of your mind food was exceptional it’s a small spot but the place comes with big flavors and service was amazing I’m making sure to leave a substantial tip for my waitress. I ordered the curry chicken katsu ramen and it was as expected delicious. My wife ordered tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious. Not like other ramen places where it’s $30+ for a single bowl and the portions are filling. Raramen will be our go to spot for my wife and I.”

Asked for a plain cheese pizza, partially cooked cuz it was earlyish and we were gonna finish cooking at home. The gentleman making the pizza cooked it exactly as asked, showing us before we took it. Being from the NY area, and my husband being Italian, we are very picky about our pizza. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Highly recommend - you will NOT be disappointed 🥰”

“One piece of advice, don't get delivery. Pick up only and show up 5 minutes before your projected "order ready" time.
There are dishes that they do up right and then some that could use some R&D.
1. Sesame Chicken = great!
2. Egg Foo Yung = great!
3. Sweet & Sour chicken = as expected
4. Moo shu pork or chicken = the moo shu is good, but the pancakes are shit! I use tortillas from LA Bonita
5. Beef with garlic sauce = awesome!
6. Fried rice = don't waste your money
7. Dragon & Phoenix = good
8. Shrimp with cashew = great!
9. Wonton soup = don't even
10. Hot & sour soup = good
11. Shrimp & scallop in pepper sauce = very few scallops, and it would be sooooooo much better with sautéed shrimp. The breaded and fried shrimp in the dish are just mushy and gross.

Lastly...could we get an option to NOT put a bazillion packets of sauce in the bag?!?!”

Our waitress Piper was kind and came to the table with a smile and recommendation which I gladly accepted. The food came out on a robot which I think small kids would love. They had missing pieces of sushi, if you look at Door Dash Menu, Salmon roll is supposed to have avocado, cucumber and 6 pieces, not to mention rolled in fish eggs. I called 2 times. The owner would not accept anything I had to say. We own restaurants and know customer service. I was told to not call back. Very disappointed and frustrating!”
