The waitress brought a pack of plastic utensils. She eventually brought metal silverware .. For some reason they have become pretty stingy with condiments. They had bottled ketchup on tables except a few so she brought us packets instead of a bottle. The wood chairs are pretty hard to sit in. Some of them look like the front legs are shorter than the back legs. Other than that everything was ok..”

“I’ve been a loyal “Crabby Tuesday” customer at Full Moon in Concord for years, but the new pricing has made it tough to continue my weekly tradition. The All You Can Eat snow crab legs jumped from $69 to $90—a 30% increase—while the 1 1/2 lbs deal stayed at $45, and the 3 lbs option rose 10%, from $59 to $65. The 1 1/2 lbs deal is $30 per pound, the 3 lbs is $21.67 per pound, and the All You Can Eat (I ate 3 lbs) is $30 per pound. The less you eat, the more it costs per pound, which feels like it punishes lighter eaters. At $90, the crab legs aren’t top-of-the-line; they’re often smaller, not uniform, and harder to crack. I’d pay that if they were premium quality, but they’re not. I get that every batch can’t be perfect due to variables, but I expect more consistency at this price. With crab-stuffed oysters, my check hit $150, plus 18-20% gratuity, totaling $185-$190 after tipping. I can get a steak dinner for $100-$120 or a seafood buffet at the beach for $60 with better value—crab legs there are cracked well, even if it’s a four-hour drive. I didn’t notice the increase until the check—I didn’t check the board since I knew the old prices. That’s on me, but a social media announcement would’ve helped; I saw nothing on their page. Crystal (manager) said tariffs on imported seafood are driving the increase, but it doesn’t add up. If tariffs were the main cause, all crab specials should’ve risen by a similar percentage, not just the All You Can Eat by 30%, while the 1 1/2 lbs deal had no increase and the 3 lbs only went up 10%. Crystal and Darren (server) were the highlights—phenomenal! Crystal’s warmth and professionalism make every visit special; her smile and leadership make Full Moon feel like home. Darren was attentive, friendly, and a joy, keeping everything seamless with a fun energy. They’re outstanding, and the pricing isn’t their fault—they’re gold! The atmosphere is lively with bar-style seating, perfect for a crab feast, but pricing is impacting business—few ordered All You Can Eat this time. Friends at the Jamestown location also stopped ordering crab due to pricing. Maybe host “Crabby Tuesday” every other week? I’ll drop to once a month. 3/5 stars for great service but poor value”

I created my own menu for over 40 guests which included the Atlantic salmon, ribs, ribeye, Sal’s chicken, along with 3 other options for guests with a smaller appetite. Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE was extremely pleased with the portions and taste of the food. Like me, most of our guests had never eaten here and simply could not believe the food quality. I am a steak connoisseur and my ribeye was among the best I’ve ever had! Our servers Courtney and Mikey were the BEST! From the moment I arrived, Courtney jumped in, went through possible seating arrangements, reviewed my menu and worked tirelessly to ensure my needs were met. Living in Atlanta, I have grown accustomed to top-tier service and I can honestly say that I received it. The space was extremely conducive for our event and the restrooms were clean and well maintained. “The Great Wolf Lodge Concord provides a fun, fabulous time for everyone! This Mimi of two received the request for a Howling birthday (turning 6) weekend after her sister’s Howling birthday (turned 8) weekend in August. The staff is friendly, professional, helpful, and ready to assist from before you arrive to the end of your stay. They don’t fail to make the kiddos feel special, welcomed, and wanted! That means a lot to things grandma since the kids are the reason we come! Our room has always been clean. And while there may be some areas that the hotel needs to update, staff is always available to ensure that even with the large crowds the property’s cleanliness is maintained. (To the best of my memory, each time we return, those things that needed replacing in the prior visit have been replaced.) Birthday packages are set up in the room between 4 and 6 PM. It is always a pleasant surprise. Either way! From the banner on the door to the birthday cake and balloons, the one cream cone, and of course the arcade card, it’s a special treat, indeed. Speaking of Birthday packages, we , personally, do not do the package that includes pizza because the pizza is not to our liking, but that’s OK because Concord, NC has a wide variety of restaurant options to suit our fancy. The restaurant within the hotel offers a Buffet for breakfast that we do choose to eat. It’s convenient way to get the kids fed so they can start their fun. There’s an ice cream shop, a gift shop that has a big wall of candy, coffee shop, donuts, an arcade, bowling, a quest—so many fun things to do under one roof! The resort is rather pricey, but if you plan ahead, or keep an eye out in your email as a member, you will find times that you can book your rooms quite inexpensively. Saving on the room means more cash in your budget for other activities within the resort or outside of it. My grands having been here multiple times don’t always have to do the quest or the arcade. Sometimes they’re just as happy to enjoy the water park and get an ice cream cone. Overall, if you play your cards (timing) right, the resort offers a big bang value for your buck!”

“Performance Raquet Sports is amazing for those wishing to be the best they can in tennis as well as those just looking for some fun and exercise. Rena has been working with my daughter since 5 years old and the results are astounding on and off the court. Rena has instilled a passion and love of the game and is a role model to my daughter and many of the players. They make it fun to work hard and improve and compete and support the players in a very positive environment. Her and Mark attend a lot of the events and work on things from there. The players support each other and their camraderie and results are a great reflection on the club. highly recommended and obvious why folks come from all over to train with them. keep up the great work!”

We live in a small town approximately 4 hours from Charlotte and came down for a few days. This was a must do. It was even better than we expected. The staff were very nice and the facility was really clean. I had a smoothie which was delicious and my sons had iced coffee and hot chocolate. They both loved the drinks. The cats were amazing! We love cats anyway and have five of our own, so we enjoyed the time with these so much! My sons are both teenagers and they loved it every bit as much as I did, so much that my oldest asked if we could go back again tomorrow so we made another reservation....two in fact, so we could stay for 2 hours. This is an absolute MUST for anyone who likes cats.”

Solid selection of drinks. They rotate out games and beer options pretty regularly, so always something to come back for. We ordered soup to nuts and specifically asked that the order not be put in because we wanted a leisurely dinner. Our server said ok. Imagine our surprise when all the food came in the next 20 minutes. After my discussion with our server, who had a bad attitude and did not “own” the issue, she must have sent the manager over. We discussed the issue, he saw the table covered with food, and promptly apologized. I felt so much better that someone saw the issue. He said he would make it right and I told him he already did. This manager, Jay, went above and beyond to care about the situation and how I felt. Kudos to Jay for making something not so good to great! Aside from my issues with service, the food was excellent. Since we took a lot of it home I’m sure we’ll enjoy it again.”

“I definitely understand the reviews that I read on here. However, we had an overall good experience. The atmosphere is great. The drinks were great. Service was also, absolutely great. Our server Te’Liyah was as friendly as she was I top of everything. The only complaint are the fries, they were an absolute oily mess. They didn’t taste like fries, they tasted like the oil they were cooked in. We have been before when it was much busier and had to wait much longer. It all most likely up to how busy they are. The food isn’t worth the price, but it all designed to be all inclusive, so they are gonna jack those prices up a bit.”
