“Have driven by so many times and finally experienced the outdoor dining last night on a beautiful evening. The food was delicious (even thought they had run out of the rice and beans we were excited to try - just a great reason to go back!) Loved the drinks we tried, and we even splurged with some ice cream at the end. Service was fast and friendly. Now we just wish we had gone sooner!!“

“I work on the side of town so I love me some Burger King! I usually go ahead and order my food on the app and just pick it up when I get there. I use these fast food apps all the time but for some reason today my mind was not working, and I could not figure out how to use my rewards at the actual drive-through.🙃 The two boys working today were so patient with me and helped me figure it out! I see them most days when I get my food. They are always very nice and asking how your day is! I have always worked in the service industry, so I know how difficult that is. These young men are super hard workers and have great spirits! Thank you both so much for helping a confused girl out today! I know the good karma will come your way!“

“Awesome restaurant, I love stopping in to pick up lunch on days I don't have time to bring lunch to the office. I usually pickup a few frozen meals to keep in the freezer while I'm there. Staff is always nice and helpful.“

“It’s not a huge menu and there are only a couple vegan options but they are clearly marked. The sides aren’t quite as obvious but you have a space in the online order form to request vegan if you should need it. The beet salad was a bit too spicy for me but the vegan panini was delicious.“

“We just moved to the area and was looking for a quick bite to eat so we could continue moving and we order on the app arrived to the Drive thru and the lady that was in the window with think was the manager was so friendly and helpful. “I give service a 3 star rating because one of the employees (His name is Philip), has been a rude server. There were two instances of his rudeness; one was when I asked a cashier if the cheeseburger had two patties or one and in an abrupt fashion he points at the menu which was quite unnecessary. Then there was another time when he called me and my mother's order and pushed one of the bags which again, didn't need to happen. When making people's food and explaining the menu the customers you have to give genuine service and not show a poor attitude. It's a poor reflection on the store and your coworkers.“

“Went through the drive through last night, ordered a double whopper large combo with onion rings, after getting to the window I asked for no tomatoes and the manager Jeanette happily obliged and had them removed, I do believe she had a whole new sandwich made because I mentioned an allergy. The whopper was nice and hot but not burning hot, the diet Dr Pepper was ice cold and full to the top. It's always great to see someone who enjoys their job... ps my kids loved the crowns thank you see you again real soon“

“The bartender Tennessee makes the place what it is. I had a great experience my 1st time and look forward to the same experience my next visit. New bartender Scott is a really nice guy. I've never eaten at a Cook Out before. Only the drive thru was open. I found the menu confusing. Under the pressure of card behind me I just ordered a burger with everything + jalapeños. I asked if I could add chicken tenders. I couldn't understand the person on the speaker. Another person stepped in and read out what I ordered. Not quite right but I didn't want to quibble.

When I got back to the hotel, I was very impressed by the burger and the strips. I was surprised there was no dip for the strips. It's that a Canadian thing?

There were also no napkins in the bag. Not sure if you needed to ask for them or not.“

“Amazing food! The steak cheese steak was huge, really flavorful, loaded with lots of protein,with very nice and soft bread. It's big enough to share beween two people. Their wings are fried perfectly and coated well with sauce. Fries were good and lightly salted. Their bacon cheeseburger tasted really fresh with a great sear. “Really good burgers fries and drinks! I actually live 2.40 hrs away. But ALWAYS stop by before leaving Durham. Customizable with single or double patties and super fresh toppings! They have your typical Coke fountain drinks but also some specialty fruit/lemonade refreshers and great Häägan-Dazs shakes! The Smash fries are the best! Great staff and music.“

I was trying to find a place to eat breakfast and decided on Hardee’s since I had not eaten breakfast at one in a very long time. The Hardee’s at 2721 Chapel Hill Road had two of the most genuinely friendly people . Since I could not get my app to recognize their survey barcode in the store. Thanks Lisa and Angie for putting a smile on my face this morning and I hope some way their bosses see this so they can recognize what gems they have working for them.“

“If u can wait at a sit down restaurant; why not have the patience to wait for great food. Ordered the jerk wings, jerk chicken dinner, jerk shrimp with two sides and the Philly egg rolls. I’m reading theses comments and see folk just mad u had to wait. Staff was working churning out orders and I notice no one had an attitude except folk who want something quick fast in a hurry. It had a wait but I can tell you most customers were ordering at least 3 plates. Everyone was enjoying the vibe and just relax. I rather wait on my food and make sure it right. I drove by at 4:47pm on Saturday and the line was out to the boa boa lunch buffet and when I got back at 6 pm there was a line to boa boa. I will be back and hope the folk who in a hurry realize they would wait an 30 min to hour to be seated and 45 min for the food to be prepared give this establishment some grace. The reason I’m passionate about this is when I got home, I was throughly impressed with my food and ate off my families plate. I glad my wife wanted to go. I would gladly stand in line again so I can get another chance to eat.“
