“I love this Taco Bell. They surprised me this trip however. I asked for some extra sour cream at the window. I had to drive all the way around again and order just sour cream and they charged me for it. So as great as your food is…. You guys dropped from a 5 star to a 4 star…..“

“This McDonalds is no diff than any other one. They all have good and bad moments. i just get so irritated by the condiment waste. i ask for 1 pack ketchup, 1 pack of salt and 4 packs of pepper. i rcv 5 ketchup(i only have a hashbrown that i need it for) and 5 packs of salt, who would use that much salt( maybe i should take it home and pour the packs in my salt shaker) and 6 packs of pepper(which is fine, pepper doesn't go to waste with me). that kind of waste bothers me.“

“I have eaten at Clemmons Chick-fil-A frequently since the day it opened and continued even during various stages of the pandemic. The food is always delicious, as was this morning, the staff very friendly and welcoming.“

“Shout out to Rebecca this morning! I had to order 2 large boxes of coffee for a school function. I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. Thanks, CFA, for saving the day!“

“I come to this location pretty often and I've noticed lately that their drive thru line takes a little longer than normal, but today I found out why... I wasn't planning to dine in today, but my 2 year old decided she needed to use the restroom while in the drive thru line. So in I come with my 2 year old and my very heavy 4 month old in his carseat. I had my hands full. After making it to the restroom I place my order, and the woman at the register begins to hand me cups for drinks, but then says "You know what? Why don't don't go find a seat and we will bring your drinks out to you, and anything else you'll need." (If you've never had to hold on to a toddler, carry a 30 lbs carseat, and 2 drinks at one time just know it's a nightmare! So this was such a sweet offer) And they did just that. They brought my drinks and my food out to my table in the middle of breakfast rush, and they didn't have to do that. Then on our way out the same sweet woman at the register came over and held the door open for me so I didn't have to struggle to get it open with the carseat in my hands. All these things might sound small but they were huge blessings to me! They noticed my need and went out of their way to help me with out me even asking. And they were extremely kind! So next time you have to wait a little longer for your biscuit, just know they're probably inside being really kind people, and we need more of that in this world. Thank you Biscuitville! ❤“

“I visited on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:15 pm and had an extremely pleasant experience. The store employee, Abel, was patient and friendly when taking my order. He clarified the specifics of my order and then repeated everything back to me for each meal to ensure he heard everything correctly. When I got to the window, Abel was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversation about his excellent customer service as well as the importance of it. He was very sympathetic to an extremely unpleasant restaurant experience I’d previously had and we just all-around had an amazing talk about our experiences working in customer service and food service as I waited for my order. Abel TRULY deserves a raise and/or promotion. He deserves some kind of compensation and recognition for his excellent work and energy/aura. I’d go back to this location for a meal solely based on my experience with your store employee. Not to mention, the food was good and correct as I’d ordered it, thanks to Abel clarifying what I wanted.“

“Just wanted to compliment the management of the Hanes Mall Chick fil A. We didn't feel like our food was up to their usual standards; kind of had a funky taste. We told them about our concerns and they listened! They replaced our sandwich and confirmed that yes, the oil was scheduled to be changed. Thanks Chik Fil A!“

“Complaint: my food was too good so I ate it too fast and now I’m burping a lot. Maybe if you did your job worse my food wouldn’t be so good and I’d eat slower and not burb so much. This is somehow your fault and you should be ashamed or something“

“Food was good as always, but if you order using the app, you might want to wait a while before doing so again depending on what you typically order. If you order a sandwich meal on the app, it will list two different buns for your sandwich. You can unselect one, but it won't let you select the other one. So, when your order arrives at the restaurant, it looks like that you want your sandwich with NO BUN. The Thru-Way location has submitted a ticket to Chick-fil-A's IT Department, so hopefully this bug will be fixed soon. I do however appreciate the Thru-Way management team for acknowledging and taking action on this as quickly as they did.“

“Food is great! Service is a little rough with you but not malicious and they do want to get things right which, to me, is better than being bubbly and messing up your order. Takes a long time (for fast food) to get orders out but everything tastes fresh so it is absolutely worth it.“

“Just went to grab some fries at 5Guys and the service was nice Madison took our order but what really stood out was the amazing friendly cheerful attitude of the hardworking man with the ponytail who was cooking. He made us fresh fries in a few minutes was so nice smiled while he worked and even said good bye to us after we wished him a merry Christmas. Was just a nice quick ordinary experience but his energy was so positive his boss should know it. Great job and thank you for lunch and your hospitality and the fries were cooked perfect and delicious.“

“It's almost completely unheard of to be giving McDonald's 5 stars. But, with this location I was very impressed. Not only was the food fresh and delicious but the man at the first window had us smiling and laughing. I wish we remembered his name but he had cool chains on. But, wow, great location and greet people.“

“This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.

I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!“

“This Pizza Hut has always been pretty solid, but lately they have been knocking it out of the park. I don't know if they're under new management or something but I've gotten pizza twice in the last couple of weeks and it's been some of the best pizza I've ever had.“
