“As full timers in Blowing Rock, we (sadly) don't take advantage enough of the Embers restaurant and bar. It's a gorgeous restaurant and when you step through the door, you'd think you were in a place like Nashville, New York or Park City, Utah. The bartender is attentive and made a great martini, our server was incredibly kind and attentive, without hovering. I wish the menu had a little more variety, but the shrimp and grits were great, albeit extra spicy. We had a lovely dinner out with friends and will take advantage of this gem more often.“
