“Nice McDonald's restaurant. Staff are always polite and helpful. The interior is ok.... was better when it looked like a fun place to go. Now it's kind of blah just like all the other fast food restaurants interiors. Food is WAY OVER PRICED!!
Parking: Parking is limited if you like to go in and eat like I do.

“Everything's was amazing but I do believe the service could have been better, only because I believe they were short staffed. Also, just as an oversight the fries could have been hotter, only because again they are short staffed. I always use my McDonald's app, they have the best deals on the app. The store on Webb Ave in burlington nc is absolutely amazing and they have the best staff even when they are busy, but the fries may not be the hottest ?“
“Cierra usually takes mine and my daughters order at the drive thru and she is so kind! She always has a positive attitude and speaks to my daughter every time. She is also very patient with my daughter who likes to order herself. Much better than the other McDonald’s around who are usually rude and impatient.“

“The food is fresh and hot everytime! The line is sometimes long during the mid day so I usually order there early in the am or super late at night in the drive thru line. In the inside, they can be so busy taking care of drive thru and mobile orders, that they don't have a chance to acknowledge you soon as you come inside. You do have the option to use kiosk inside and wait from there. Sometimes it's homeless people there, especially at night asking for help and change. So that's the only downfall of it there.“
