“I love our Holly springs Starbucks but the new renovation made the inside much smaller and really only a few tables to sit at other than outside. It gets very crowded during the rush hours 😕 so when I can I order ahead on the app. It's always ready when I get there . No waiting just grab and go. They are always polite and friendly there .“

“It was hard to tell where the drive-thru entrance was because the sign was blocked by a bush. I was in line or so I thought, I got to the window and the barista made me wrap back around to the order speaker. She could have easily taken my order when I explained I was traveling through and not from around their area.“

“I used to go to this Starbucks more often (as it was close by work) but don't get there as much. Did briefly go the other day for a quick drink heading home on a super chilly day. The beverage was spot on perfect, but the service was a little lacking. Maybe it had been a long day and everyone was tired. I'll give them another try one day soon.“

“Service is always fast at this location. My drink was made perfect as well. I did notice that my coffee was a little more expensive at this location, versus the Target in Morrisville, but not by much.

Parking: Parking lot is small because it is in a small area with a few other stores, but I have always been able to find a parking spot.

“The staff working at this Starbucks today May 10th in the morning is just amazing! I messed up the order of my coffee in another location, I stopped by real quick before traveling back home and they very kindly made me a new one! Very friendly staff. Love this. Thank you Starbucks!“

“To the bearded guy who was working the front door. You got us regular coffees and banana and lemon bread. You asked if we wanted room for cream in our coffee and I said ‘how thoughtful’. You got us napkins from the cream and sugar bar because the dispenser was empty. And as I walked out the door, you said ‘have a nice day’ and I said thank you. Today we are closing on selling our house, of course something went wrong with the movers yesterday and something was wrong with some paperwork this morning. We are both exhausted and on our last nerves and your kindness was like a little ray of sunshine on this rainy day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💝“

“I don’t leave reviews a lot but I was impressed with the staff this morning. Every morning the past 3 weeks I have stopped in to get my drink. Always a venti. When I pulled up to the window to pay my drink was a grande. I very well could have mis spoke because I do that all the time. I apologized and told them I wanted a venti and I would be happy to pay the difference. Without hesitation the remade my drink, gave me the grande for free and wouldn’t let me pay. Again, I’m not sure if I misspoke or they mis heard when I ordered but if I had to bet, the error was on my part. I worked in the service industry for 6 years and this really made my day. The customer is not always right and they were so polite and didn’t hesitate to deliver top notch customer service. Oh and they even offered my dog a pup cup. And their drinks are always so good. Thank you!“

“I've been coming here on my lunch break and after work for their Refresher drinks. There about 12 different folks on staff throughout the day, and I'm always touched by their friendliness. I've been learning their names and it always makes me smile when they know mine and remember my order.

I have really lovely talks with different team members every day I drive through. This is my go-to Starbucks and while I love the drink - I think I keep going back because the people here are just really good peoples. A very big thank you to everyone at this location - you guys make great drinks and always light up my day. <3“

But I would like to know that the staff here are quite friendly even if they get overwhelmed with customers and have offered to give me reasonable substitutions when they unfortunately run out of certain items that I want.“

“This is hands down the most impressive Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I chose this location specifically because their hours worked well for a meet-up with a friend after 5 p.m.—and the service completely exceeded my expectations.
Connor, the barista who made my drink, was incredibly kind and welcoming. As someone who doesn’t visit Starbucks often, I really appreciated how he made me feel comfortable navigating the menu. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference.
I also noticed that the manager’s business cards were available at the counter, which stood out to me. Having worked in the service industry, I know how challenging it can be to manage customer feedback—so seeing that level of openness and accountability was impressive.
After receiving our drinks, another team member checked in on us to make sure we were all set. The attention to detail and overall friendliness of the staff made this visit truly exceptional.“

“This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. I was feeling flustered about my car taking so long and as a result I changed my drink order about 30 times. She and the other young man working were so kind and patient with me! “I truly do not understand how this Starbucks has a three star review because it should be a five out of five review. I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and they are the best Starbucks that I’ve been to.

I want to give the male employee who was on drive thru - register at 12 PM today His flowers. He made the best latte that I’ve ever had from Starbucks to be honest and that is exactly why I’m leaving this review, he made my drink perfectly. He is the best barista there, in my opinion.

“Located inside a Harris teeter. They don't have a drive-thru but there is plenty of parking. Very short to no wait every time I've ever been, plus they have a dedicated entrance on the side so you don't even have to go through the grocery store unless you want to.“
