“the pistachio baklava latte was so good. TK is everything you could want in a proprietor ( friendly! helpful! generous!) I found this beloved neighborhood coffeehouse by looking online. I wanted somewhere I would feel comfortable lounging ( comfortable chairs and various rooms/spaces, warm, good zibe) and working. I was not looking for a sleek sterile coffeehouse. I loved it that people can draw or write on the walls and that even though this was done with sharpies, I didn't see any evidence of ill will or critiquing if others. I was offered a sharpie myself not long after I arrived. what a great place! I'll be back whenever I pass through Charlotte. did I mention that the pistachio baklava latte was delicious? real pistachios! just right sweetness.“

“I am an Argentina native and was so excited to find out about this place. The medialunas are amazing ! the dough of the empanadas are 10/10 but I feel the empanada filling is overwhelmed by cumin. If it didn't have cumin, I feel like they would even be better than my mom's!“

“What a gem! In house drip of the day was perfectly hot and deliciously brewed. A must try- the everything savory danish. I absolutely loved the self service station to heat my pastry and doctor my coffee as I like. I’m excited to try the freshly ground for me bag of beans I chose to take home. It’s a pleasure to support a local and small business. Bonus: if you can’t make it in person, they do Friday deliveries! A must try for sure!“

“Vibes are unmatched, feels like home. Super cozy, amazing staff, amazing feel of the place. It’s like traveling back in time in Black America. Great spot to meet and have coffee, get some work done, or just take it all in. Wouldn’t recommend for huge parties, but a friend group of 2-3 would fit comfortably in most spaces.“

“This was our first time visiting Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Co., and it did not disappoint! My mom, sister, and I meet once a month in the Charlotte area for coffee, and this spot might just become our new favorite.

We tried the spinach feta pastry, Dubai chocolate brownie, pistachio milk cake, pistachio latte, and the salted caramel Frappéccino. Everything was absolutely delicious—my favorite was the brownie! The place is super clean, comfortable, and has such a welcoming vibe.

We will definitely be making this our new monthly meet-up spot! Oh and the guys working there are hot.“

“What a gem of a coffee shop!

We went there after a walk in nearby Cordelia Park and while we are digital nomads, we were the only ones not working at the coffee shop on this visit.

Lots of remote workers stlutting at the bar and scattered around the multiple seating areas, focused on laptops and enjoying drinks.

Lots of beverage options, from teas and coffees, to cocktails, and a huge selection of canned drinks.

We tried the iced chai tea latte with the macadamia nut milk and the Sicilian Breakfast Tea, which they brewed and iced to order. A great flavor blend with coconut, vanilla, biscotti green tea.

We paired the drinks with the chai spice pumpkin muffin. Super moist and very flavorful.

Friendly service, great setting and a wonderful coffee shop and bar. I'd definitely choose this place again for a perfect coffee shop setting for work or a cocktail.

“Visited thousand hills yesterday (Sunday July 13) at around 11am for the 1st ever.

When we walked in, there was an event going on with a full on DJ & a photographer. I was surprised but it was a nice surprise. Found out that this type of event happens twice a month.

Line was long but moving quickly. I got an iced vanilla latte with cold foam & it was SO good. I would recommend & I’ll be back again!“

“Stable Hand was a cool, upscale coffee shop! I just got a black coffee, which is admittedly hard to screw up, but it was still pretty good, the staff was friendly, and the ambiance was very unique, even for the standards of coffee shops. I don’t if it’s the kind of coffee shop that I would go to to study, but I’d love to meet some friends there sometime. Would recommend!“

It’s clear they put a lot of thought into their flavors. “The people here are so friendly and welcoming. They know their regulars by name and what their orders are. They took time to explain the different drinks they have as I had never been here before. They get your order out fast too. My drink was tasty and I will definitely be back. It was a joy to sit here and watch JD interact with everyone who came in. “This coffee shop has been recommended to me a few times, I finally made it there last night & it didn't disappoint. The place was nicely done, smells amazing & staff were very attentive & their recommendations were spot on. Their desserts look scrumptious it was hard to pick which ones to order. Their Turkish & Saudi coffee were served in a traditional pot which added to the aesthetic. Their pistachio cake & bee bites were so yum, not sweet but just the right taste. The only reason for 4 stars : parking spot can be a challenge especially on a week day & space can be tight for a large group so take that into consideration. Overall, we had a great experience & will definitely be back soon“
