“i used to be a big sandwich hater but coming to this jersey mike's changed my ways. i always order the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (without the vegetables) and every single time, it's the best thing i've ever eaten in my life. i work at the regal across the street and i love coming to jersey mike's after / during my shifts. it makes my evenings a lot better and i want to shout out my good friend, tyler for making my experience a lot more enjoyable! although there is a jersey mikes near my university, it doesn't have the same chill atmosphere this location does. stonecrest jersey mikes da goat!!“

“Jersey mikes where do I begin. Tonight was another one of those nights for me, but walking into the east blvd location I could tell something was different. Cj, Chris, and Caden greeted me gladly before allowing me to dive into the menu head first. I questioned, chose my sub, and walked out of the door changed. They even let me come in the back and make a couple subs for some customers. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a sub restaurant, all thanks to Chris, cj, and my boy Caden.“

“I’m not sure who the lady was that was making sandwiches by herself at 8:45, but she deserves a raise!!! Service was great, she was nice and helpful to the everyone who came in while she was swamped. (To management: you need another closing employee asap!)“

“Literally the best place to eat in South! If you order ahead, food is made EXACTLY how you asked. Everyone in the store is so incredible! They go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order! I absolutely recommend stopping here SPECIFICALLY. The environment is amazing!

Parking: Plenty of spots, they even have 15 minute parking out front if you need to run in to grab your meal real quick.

Kid-friendliness: They have meals specific for kids. ALSO, every Wednesday after 4pm, kids eat free!“

“This Jersey Mike's could do no wrong during their early period of operation but as time has gone on it seems the hiring practice has become a bit cavalier. The sandwiches are great and fresh. Yet increasingly too pricey for what you get. Maybe new employees should be supervised while making sandwiches, because I've gotten a few that were close to being salads as the contents were barely in the bread. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt by suggesting it's isolated to new employees Also, it's a gamble when you order online and customize what you want or don't want on your sandwich. You get your sandwich home and realize they didn't even look at that part of your order. I don't believe they've gone too far left to turn back right. Simply administer some investigative research to the operation and tweak it. But I have to mention the pricing again. Either have more frequent discount promotions or at least make staff wear tuxedos to justify the pretentious price😆“

“Listen when I tell you this Jersey Mike right here on 74 hwy in Monroe, NC is the absolute best. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the way the manager Alyssa interacts with the customers and her team is amazing. You can see how her crew loves working together with her. It puts a smile on my face every time. To be able to come to work and have fun with each other is a blessing. I wish all managers would take a page from her book. Superb job Jersey Mikes. Definitely telling my friends and family to visit the store.“

“Always fast and friendly service. The quality of food is good, always fresh and consistent too. I prefer Jersey Mike's over the other popular chain sandwich shops. #9 with provolone instead of Swiss is my go to. I just wish they didn't cook all their bacon so well done. I'm a soft/limp bacon person, so I often skip it bc it's just way too crispy for my taste. Which isn't something really to complain about or something I would deduct from their rating for. I'm sure I'm in the minority when it comes to the soft bacon as well lol“

“I haven’t had Jersey Mikes in years but I decided to try it out again. I was shocked at the speed and efficiency of the staff. All the workers were authentically friendly. They didn’t sound like they were forced to be nice or repeating what they were trained to say. They were so easy to chat with. The manager Liz took them time to introduce herself to me and she came out to the dining room while I was eating to check on me and ask me how my meal was. This is the kind of customer service that will keep bringing me back! Great job Jersey Mikes“

“I am not a big reviewer but sometimes when an employee shows extra effort, especially a young person, it warrants a few minutes of your time. Chanel/Chantel greeted me immediately and told me she would be with me in just a minute while updating the people waiting on their pick up orders. She was warm/smiled and acted like she wanted to be there. They get so many “to go” orders so it’s a lot to juggle even if they don’t look busy in store. She communicated the entire wait and that’s all people really want when they see you are busy and doing your best. She is management material and if I had a business I’d try and steal her away- there was only one other person working with her at time and they were getting it done. The young man who cashed me out was equally as pleasant and asked how my day was. Give them both a raise- working last night 8/7 around 6-7pm at Johnston Rd location and if corporate reads this recognize them because most young people don’t have this kind of work ethic in 2025.“

“There is this one manager there I always don’t remember her name, but she is the sweetest ever. Always makes me feel welcome no matter what time I get off work and come in here. This is probably one of the nicest jersey Mike’s. I’ve been to in Charlotte🫶🏽“

“You're not going to get much closer to Philly than Jersey. And Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. From the moment that you walk in, the vibe is palpable, even from the customers waiting in line. The staff immediately welcomes you, and from the overheard conversations, you know that a bunch of them are regulars. The interior is absolutely immaculate, and everything is handicap accessible. 2 full-size Philly Cheesesteaks with everything on them to go.
Everything is sliced fresh, in front of you. And the Philly Cheesesteak is everything that you want. Roll is crunchy on the outside, giving the sandwich body and stability. Soft and chewy on the inside, sopping up the grease. And everything was seasoned to perfection.

“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“

“I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.“

“I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier! “I saw online that Jersey Mike’s has gluten free bread, so I had to try it. Extra special THANK YOU to Kevin who, not only asked if I’m gluten free for preference or allergic because he would’ve wiped everything down and got a new knife if I needed. “Mountain Island/Smith Farm Lane:
I gave (4) 🌟 because Safe Food Handling is Very important to me. If you are running the cash register, you should not come in contact with the food. The register and duties is Nasty and then that person is expected to cut and wrap the sandwiches.
The ladies bathroom had NO SOAP. That means that the female employees were not able to follow Proper hand washing standards. Would you want someone preparing/touching your food or ANYTHING in the restaurant with dirty hands from their Period, what about after having a Bowel Movement or urine soaked hands. Everyone's bathroom habits are Different and you have to clean your hands Properly WITH SOAP.
This is a REGULAR OCCURRENCE for the Mountain Island location. I told the manager on Several occasions and left out without ordering.
Also, they NEVER read the detailed notes for Customizations. That is very Frustrating.“

“This is my first time trying this place, but it won’t be my last! I got the Italian sub no onions and although the line is ALWAYS crowded, I had time to wait today. I’m so glad I did! I’m not a bread person, but I tried the sub anyway. The bread tasted freshly made, and it was simply delicious! Next time I’ll try the sub in a bowl (without bread). I see why there’s always a line! Stop by any location and let me know what you think. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“
