“i used to be a big sandwich hater but coming to this jersey mike's changed my ways. i always order the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (without the vegetables) and every single time, it's the best thing i've ever eaten in my life. i work at the regal across the street and i love coming to jersey mike's after / during my shifts. it makes my evenings a lot better and i want to shout out my good friend, tyler for making my experience a lot more enjoyable! although there is a jersey mikes near my university, it doesn't have the same chill atmosphere this location does. stonecrest jersey mikes da goat!!“

“Had an awesome experience at Jersey Mike’s @ 1300 East Blvd Charlotte NC 28203. The food was fresh and tasted great, but what really stood out was the service who shout out to the workers Lee Lee and Mir -They were incredibly friendly, attentive and make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they really care about the customers. They definitely made my visit in are the reason I’ll be coming back. 👏👏👏👏“

“Literally the best place to eat in South! If you order ahead, food is made EXACTLY how you asked. Everyone in the store is so incredible! They go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order! I absolutely recommend stopping here SPECIFICALLY. The environment is amazing!

Parking: Plenty of spots, they even have 15 minute parking out front if you need to run in to grab your meal real quick.

Kid-friendliness: They have meals specific for kids. ALSO, every Wednesday after 4pm, kids eat free!“

“Listen when I tell you this Jersey Mike right here on 74 hwy in Monroe, NC is the absolute best. The atmosphere is so welcoming and the way the manager Alyssa interacts with the customers and her team is amazing. You can see how her crew loves working together with her. It puts a smile on my face every time. To be able to come to work and have fun with each other is a blessing. I wish all managers would take a page from her book. Superb job Jersey Mikes. Definitely telling my friends and family to visit the store.“

“Shout out to Tyshawn who was working hard alone tonight 11/14/25 at 7:45 pm. He had someone working but they never came out the entire time. I’m in management and I would never allow any staff member to work like this. Tyshawn was very friendly and helpful and apologized for the wait. Corporate needs to address this because customer service is what keeps any business afloat. Tyshawn seems to be a great asset just unfortunate he has a coworker who doesn’t have the same attitude!“

“This Jersey Mike's could do no wrong during their early period of operation but as time has gone on it seems the hiring practice has become a bit cavalier. The sandwiches are great and fresh. Yet increasingly too pricey for what you get. Maybe new employees should be supervised while making sandwiches, because I've gotten a few that were close to being salads as the contents were barely in the bread. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt by suggesting it's isolated to new employees Also, it's a gamble when you order online and customize what you want or don't want on your sandwich. You get your sandwich home and realize they didn't even look at that part of your order. I don't believe they've gone too far left to turn back right. Simply administer some investigative research to the operation and tweak it. But I have to mention the pricing again. Either have more frequent discount promotions or at least make staff wear tuxedos to justify the pretentious price😆“

“Yesterday was the best experience because a worker named Jamal, and a worker name Cameron, they were on it. It was just two of them and they was being quick about it. They also gave me good service and made my sandwich with care. I will definitely come back to jersey mikes, yesterday made my day. They was also being an efficient way, I could tell they was busy they had customers, and multiple online or doordash orders by the slicer. One more thing I would like to add is that the slicer, not even the slicer the whole environment is cleaned and well organized. Keep up the good work“

“Just left this Jersey Mike's after ordering a gluten free #7. First of all, top notch service. The two guys up front are really nice and very attentive. They cleaned before making my sandwich ( I have celiac). And I gotta say sometimes it's a hit or miss going to Jersey Mike's with the gluten-free bread. It'll sometimes be a little dry and hard, but this time the bread is very fresh and really good. Also want to mention how clean it was in this Jersey Mike's. Great location!“

“Always fast and friendly service. The quality of food is good, always fresh and consistent too. I prefer Jersey Mike's over the other popular chain sandwich shops. #9 with provolone instead of Swiss is my go to. I just wish they didn't cook all their bacon so well done. I'm a soft/limp bacon person, so I often skip it bc it's just way too crispy for my taste. Which isn't something really to complain about or something I would deduct from their rating for. I'm sure I'm in the minority when it comes to the soft bacon as well lol“

“The team at this location (Albemarle Rd, Charlotte NC) Jersey Mike's is excellent, always working together efficiently and with a great attitude. The manager (Logan) is kind, attentive, and excellent role model. She is a fantastic leader who is very hands-on, making sure the store runs smoothly even during the busiest rushes. Everything is so fresh! The meat is sliced thin right in front of you, the bread is fantastic and tastes fresh, and the vegetables are crisp and tender. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a really positive atmosphere. The staff members are fast and knowledgeable, especially when handling every customer during busy periods.I love how management and the entire staff always seems to have fun while they work, and it shows in the quality of the service and the atmosphere. They are all so energetic and helpful. I visit this Jersey Mike's 2 to 3 times a week. I love every employee at this location. 💙🩵💙 I would recommend anyone to visit. I can't wait until my next visit.“

“I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.“

“As there are almost no gluten free options at the airport, I got a gluten free sandwich here. They carefully made it in a separate section of the store, avoiding cross-contamination. Almost no wait for my food, tasted great, felt fine after, so would recommend!“
