“Literally the best place to eat in South! If you order ahead, food is made EXACTLY how you asked. Everyone in the store is so incredible! They go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order! I absolutely recommend stopping here SPECIFICALLY. The environment is amazing!
Parking: Plenty of spots, they even have 15 minute parking out front if you need to run in to grab your meal real quick.
Kid-friendliness: They have meals specific for kids. ALSO, every Wednesday after 4pm, kids eat free!“

“Franchise ownership/upper management- PLEASE reach out and recognize the staff you had working today on Friday September 13th 2024. Specifically, the person I wish I had got her name who called to tell me my online order was ready.
I forgot that I hadn't ordered my employees lunch as promised. Iordered the box online knowing that a big order is a minimum of 1 hour as stated on the website. In a last ditch effort i put ASAP in the comments. And I got a phone call so fast that it was ready that it literally took the time it would if I went in for a single sub. The person that called was very courteous and when I got to the store, they were busy and still made this happen for me so quickly.
Please make sure the team at work this day at 1pm get the recognition they deserve. Fast and friendly with good tasting fresh food. I will make this location my new go to for large orders.“

“You're not going to get much closer to Philly than Jersey. And Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. From the moment that you walk in, the vibe is palpable, even from the customers waiting in line. The staff immediately welcomes you, and from the overheard conversations, you know that a bunch of them are regulars. The interior is absolutely immaculate, and everything is handicap accessible. 2 full-size Philly Cheesesteaks with everything on them to go.
Everything is sliced fresh, in front of you. And the Philly Cheesesteak is everything that you want. Roll is crunchy on the outside, giving the sandwich body and stability. Soft and chewy on the inside, sopping up the grease. And everything was seasoned to perfection.

“Whoever was cooking on the grill tonight. Made me the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s. I am picky and I used to run the grill at Jersey Mike’s back in high school. The whole giant sub was loaded evenly and the steak was shredded to perfection with all the toppings delivered evenly throughout the whole sandwich. ???“

“I write this review with the upmost gratitude for the kindness and service delivered by D and Taylor last night. My family of four came in before closing and we were still greeted with warm hellos and energy. D was patient and lighthearted as he worked with my mom and dad, who were first-timers and inquisitive. They had several questions about the menu and multiple last minutes additions. Every question was met with grace and a smile. He even talked me into trying the Italian for the first time. An amazing choice that I will definitely be getting again.
The food was AMAZING ! On the way home, my dad even said that was the best Philly Cheesesteak he has ever had. D and Taylor gave us the impression that they truly wanted us to have a great experience and we did ! My family thanks you both for showing that Jersey Mike’s is truly #ASubAbove“
“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“

“I have attended this Jersey Mike’s location for over 3 years now and I feel like Leah the manager has been excellent. When placing orders, Leah is always thorough with making sure your order is correct. Not only is Leah great with customer service, but she is also personable. Leah reminds me of the old school restaurants when you enter the store the managers/owners speak to you in a welcoming tone, and know your name. There were several times when I entered the store over the last couple years and Leah could sense my dismay and would come from behind the counter and hug me as if she knew me for years. I appreciate Leah when I visit this Jersey Mikes, as she exemplifies excellent customer service and the food is always fresh.

“Good Solid Team! This Place is My Go To Location to order my favorite sub - The #17 Giant Philly Steak & Cheese with No Green Peppers (allergic to peppers). My Favorite bread is the Cheese Bread! The #17 is delicious every single time I order it! Left over portions hold well in the fridge for a day or so, easy reheat too. I am coming back and Highly Recommend this Place!
Parking: At peak busy hours lunch/dinner you may need to park a little further away & walk.“

I’ve never had an issue working with Jersey Mike’s subs with DoorDash .
Even when lines are long and they are busy, they are very fast to get your order done .“

“The food was good the young man and young lady working at that time when I purchased my sandwich we're very busy I think they need more help there especially at peak time overall great service just not enough parking spaces and the one thing I really didn't like is thateverything you purchased has to be done with a credit card they do not accept cash“
“As a vegetarian, I love the number 14 Veggie Sub. However, some of the staff At Jersey Mike's are insensiative, make cracks about my vegetarianism, and won't wipe off the slicing wheel of meat scraps before they slice the vegetables for my sub. I have also had it happen that the bread was stale. Furthermore, the corporate office has had nothing to say when I have registered complaints with them, something which I found very telling. All that said, when conditions are right, you can't beat a veggie sub at my Jersey Mike's!“

“My son treated me to lunch,after his dentist appointment.....and asked me if I ever tried JM's and I told him I hadn't. “Stopped in a few days ago to grab a quick lunch while in the area waiting on my next work appointment, which was not too far away. Was greeted by a great staff, clean store, and friendly banter. After the warm welcome, they took my order, sliced my sandwich fresh, right in front of me, and prepared it to my liking. After receiving my food, I sat down to start eating. Then, the district manager (Randy) came over to check on me. We talked for a sec, I expressed how much I love Jersey Mike’s, and how great my experience was. He expressed his love for the brand too, And it really felt genuine. This store is a great representation of the brand, quality, and overall customer experience!“

“This is my first time trying this place, but it won’t be my last! I got the Italian sub no onions and although the line is ALWAYS crowded, I had time to wait today. I’m so glad I did! I’m not a bread person, but I tried the sub anyway. The bread tasted freshly made, and it was simply delicious! Next time I’ll try the sub in a bowl (without bread). I see why there’s always a line! Stop by any location and let me know what you think. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“
“Visited tonight with my 2 young kiddos! Everyone working was so kind to them and I even though it was chaotic trying to order with 2 young children. They were very chatty and made my kids feel welcome! It’s very rare to find workers with the kindness of the ones who were working tonight! I wish I had gotten the names of the folks working the dinner shift on 10/16 as they were amazing!“
