“Out of all of the Jersey Mike’s in the area, this is by far the best place to come. We just moved back into the area and the staff that are working there now are very friendly, professional and have made our subs correctly the first time! I was accidentally overcharged, and didn’t notice. One of the ladies on staff immediately noticed and came out to inform me and give me back the amount I was accidentally charged. By far the smoothest experience we have had at a local Jersey Mikes.“

“Literally the best place to eat in South! If you order ahead, food is made EXACTLY how you asked. Everyone in the store is so incredible! They go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied with your order! I absolutely recommend stopping here SPECIFICALLY. The environment is amazing!

Parking: Plenty of spots, they even have 15 minute parking out front if you need to run in to grab your meal real quick.

Kid-friendliness: They have meals specific for kids. ALSO, every Wednesday after 4pm, kids eat free!“

“I walked in and instantly felt a burst of energy. This location was so clean and I can tell they run an efficient operation. The manager Darryl was very welcoming and so accommodating. He made sure that my sub was made exactly how I wanted it even with all of my dietary restrictions. My sub was literally done in 5 minutes. I will definitely be back.“

“This is not a place I would recommend going for a quick bite, lunch is usually very busy because they deliver delicious consistent sandwiches.

Even though they are always busy, I've always found the staff to be patient and professional.

Keep doing what you're doing, those fantastic sandwiches sure do hit the spot, as long as I'm not in a rush!

“You're not going to get much closer to Philly than Jersey. And Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. From the moment that you walk in, the vibe is palpable, even from the customers waiting in line. The staff immediately welcomes you, and from the overheard conversations, you know that a bunch of them are regulars. The interior is absolutely immaculate, and everything is handicap accessible. 2 full-size Philly Cheesesteaks with everything on them to go.
Everything is sliced fresh, in front of you. And the Philly Cheesesteak is everything that you want. Roll is crunchy on the outside, giving the sandwich body and stability. Soft and chewy on the inside, sopping up the grease. And everything was seasoned to perfection.

“I have attended this Jersey Mike’s location for over 3 years now and I feel like Leah the manager has been excellent. When placing orders, Leah is always thorough with making sure your order is correct. Not only is Leah great with customer service, but she is also personable. Leah reminds me of the old school restaurants when you enter the store the managers/owners speak to you in a welcoming tone, and know your name. There were several times when I entered the store over the last couple years and Leah could sense my dismay and would come from behind the counter and hug me as if she knew me for years. I appreciate Leah when I visit this Jersey Mikes, as she exemplifies excellent customer service and the food is always fresh.

“I ordered online to pick up, or so I thought. I walked into the store and told the clerk my name. He didn’t see the order. I looked at my phone, I never hit placed order 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The clerk was very nice about it, and said to just order it now and he would start making it. I ordered and waited in my car (it was too cold in the shop, that’s the only reason I took a star off) The manager came and brought my order to my car when it was ready, and she didn’t have to do that nor did I ask. I thought taking that extra step was great customer service, even though I was the person who messed up in the first place.“

“Whoever was cooking on the grill tonight. Made me the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s. I am picky and I used to run the grill at Jersey Mike’s back in high school. The whole giant sub was loaded evenly and the steak was shredded to perfection with all the toppings delivered evenly throughout the whole sandwich. ???“

“Good Solid Team! This Place is My Go To Location to order my favorite sub - The #17 Giant Philly Steak & Cheese with No Green Peppers (allergic to peppers). My Favorite bread is the Cheese Bread! The #17 is delicious every single time I order it! Left over portions hold well in the fridge for a day or so, easy reheat too. I am coming back and Highly Recommend this Place!

“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“

“I’ve been to this location several times. Each time I’ve been there the same young Man making the sandwiches welcomes me in the door like I’m walking into his kitchen. His customer service skills are superb and he makes a mean sandwich. This young Man is awesome, his customer service skills are awesome and his sandwich making skills are top tier! Extra special THANK YOU to Kevin who, not only asked if I’m gluten free for preference or allergic because he would’ve wiped everything down and got a new knife if I needed. “Stopped in a few days ago to grab a quick lunch while in the area waiting on my next work appointment, which was not too far away. Was greeted by a great staff, clean store, and friendly banter. After the warm welcome, they took my order, sliced my sandwich fresh, right in front of me, and prepared it to my liking. After receiving my food, I sat down to start eating. Then, the district manager (Randy) came over to check on me. We talked for a sec, I expressed how much I love Jersey Mike’s, and how great my experience was. He expressed his love for the brand too, And it really felt genuine. This store is a great representation of the brand, quality, and overall customer experience!“

I’m not a bread person, but I tried the sub anyway. The bread tasted freshly made, and it was simply delicious! Next time I’ll try the sub in a bowl (without bread). I see why there’s always a line!
