“Exceptional experience, as usual! Benita was wonderful. I had my nine-year-old granddaughter with me. Benita worked with her on choosing an appropriate dish and even made her a lemonade! The grilled chicken was moist and flavorful. The filet, medium rare, was perfect. I had the chowder and brussel sprouts were great. My granddaughter wanted cucumbers instead of a salad. Benita was again accommodating.“

“The Ugly isn't ugly, it's quite beautiful.
This is a neat bar near the tracks & Chamber by Wooden Robot. If you aren't looking for it, it's actually quite easy to miss.
Inside, there's old time bar mirrors & decor which fit the bar perfectly. The bartenders are quick & do a solid job.
There's option of different types of ugly cocktails but let's be honest, the $2 Narragansett is the best deal in Charlotte. The cocktails are affordable for Charlotte which gives them an edge over many other options nearby.
I'd recommend coming down, getting a gansett & a shot, & enjoy your time chatting with the locals.
PS: The Charlotte map on the wall is really neat.“

“We dined on a Thursday evening for the first time. We were attended to very delightfully. We have never had a bad or even mediocre meal at Eddie V's, and this Thursday was no different. Kylee was our server/delightful friend. Between Kylee, Chad, and everyone else, our dining experience was exceptional.“

“I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant!! We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we both agreed that this is our favorite restaurant we have tried in Charlotte since moving here last May! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Amazing experience!!“

“We had an amazing dinner here during Queens Feast. Highly recommend for a date night as the atmosphere is extremely warm and romantic. Great drinks as well, and the food of course was delicious and extremely fresh.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Anju. We started with the seafood pancake which was actually more of a waffle. I prefer the traditional pancake but the waffle was good too. Next we split two entrees. We went with the bulgogi of course because it’s a classic. Also tried the spicy stir fried squid off the pop up menu. Loved this surf and turf combination. The cheesecake was the perfect ending. Great service too!“

“This was my first visit and it was fantastic! The food was great!! We had crab fries, stuffed salmon, wings, chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. It was lot of food but we will be visiting again. The food had so much flavor and was good all the way around. Thank you for delivering great food.“

“10/10 i would highly recommend! food is always fresh and delicious. service is always top tier! my favorite spot for lunch. the vibe is great from start to finish. i really enjoyed the hip hop music selection, it was never too loud or annoying. i think the generic radio is bland. i enjoyed the authentic vibes before they made the silly change due to one review. but nevertheless, I WILL BE BACK. every week :)“

My only con was my lobster was small but I believe the larger ones come in the lobster plate only 🤷🏾♀️ They're togo only so not really much vibe but good fun none the less. “No frills Seafood Market serving up some of the best friend seafood in the area.
If you're looking for ambiance, decor, and the foo foo things THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE! If you're looking for good fried seafood (croaker, flounder, catfish, snapper?) and plenty and I mean PLENTY of it then this is your place.
Pro tip;. Try the snapper fried with the Cajun seasoning“

“The fried crab legs platter and the Mambo sauce wings were both on point!! The crab legs were well seasoned and tasted great. My first time having fried crab legs and I would have them again. The only thing I didn’t like was that all the lemonades were mixed with other flavors. I could not get just a plain lemonade. I tried the Purple Rain - tasted like lemonade/grape. I honestly did not like it. 8/10“
