“I visit here often, more than i probably should have haha. I don't drink Starbucks anymore, and I haven't found a local spot that can make coffee that I actually enjoy. This Dunkin is without a doubt, the ONLY Dunkin i have been to in like a 50 mile radius that actually makes decent, consistent coffee. The same guy is usually working the drive thru when we come through, and he's always straightforward and polite, and if he's making the coffee, he is TEARING IT UP in there.

It's honestly insane how many times i get coffee at other Dunkins and it tastes like dishwater, but this location never does that. No matter if I tweak my order, it still tastes leagues better than anywhere else. I go out of my way to hit this one even if my destination is in the opposite direction.
The food is also worth mentioning, it's typical Dunkin fare- likely premade or with premade ingredients- but it tastes pretty good so I absolutely can't complain. Never cold, and thats more than I could ask for.“

“I had my first issue with this location this morning. My friend surprised me with a Venti PSL & I was shocked to see it was only half full. So, she paid for a Venti & basically got a grande. People need to get what they pay for. Other than that, this Starbucks has always been great.“

“This McDonalds is no diff than any other one. They all have good and bad moments. i just get so irritated by the condiment waste. i ask for 1 pack ketchup, 1 pack of salt and 4 packs of pepper. i rcv 5 ketchup(i only have a hashbrown that i need it for) and 5 packs of salt, who would use that much salt( maybe i should take it home and pour the packs in my salt shaker) and 6 packs of pepper(which is fine, pepper doesn't go to waste with me). that kind of waste bothers me.“

“My girlfriend and I recently visited Winston Salem for the Thanksgiving weekend. I love cats and have always wanted to visit a cat cafe. When we were researching things to do, we found Crooked Tail on TikTok and made a reservation. When we got there, the staff was super nice and helpful. We had such a great time. The cats are so very well cared for. We do have two honorable mentions- Princess (the epitome of a sassy orange cat) and Sharpie (the sweetest cuddliest black cat). I got an iced latte and it was SO delicious. One of the best iced lattes I’ve had in a while. The barista was so sweet. We will definitely visit when we are back in Winston Salem again!“

“As of this current year, up until this morning, I was thrilled with this location. Being that I work in Clemmons, I used to frequent the Clemmons spot, but that location is absolutely awful. Nice baristas but the wait, and parking lot logistics are so very bad. I started to go out of my way, and used Cloverdale. For a long time, it was my favorite. Great baristas deliver yummy food & service. Then they started with a barista out in the drive through, which IMO, resulted in watery drinks and cold food. So, I started with Jonestown. Not as out of my way, but still backtracking. Anyway, great baristas and yummy food. I even got hit while waiting at the window, by the dude behind me. But even that, didn’t compare to today’s crappy visit. I don’t know where the regular crew were, and I understand that people have bad days, but when you work with the public directly, and you are the face people see before driving away, you really should be at your best and act happy with your job, or at the very least smile and be courteous. The guy seemed deflated and told me it was busy, though I have seen it way worse. I tried to make it better by smiling and attempting to chat, but he just stood there and didn’t engage. Then he handed me one bag, and said have a good day. I said I still needed another bag and a drink. He looked at me with a blank expression. I then looked into the bag, and didn’t see my sandwich. I notified him it was wrong and he didn’t seem concerned. I showed him the bag and he said, yea a bacon Gouda. I said yea but it’s sausage and cheddar, it’s wrong. Again, blank stare. Someone else came over, I repeat myself and that person looks in the bag and says oh they put sausage on it, and walks away. I say to original barista, they also put cheddar, it’s not the sandwich I ordered. He finally says oh yea we made the wrong one. Ugh. So he steps away and comes back with another bag (my bakery item). Hands it to me and says have a good day. I say, I am still waiting for the coffee and the correct sandwich. So he steps away again and hands me the correct sandwich, which looks like someone made it without and care - ciabatta is off the egg and bacon is dangling off the sandwich, fine whatever. I repeat about my coffee. He looks confused. I repeat my coffee order, he steps away, and then as he is handing it to me, he runs his hand all over the top of the lid, including the spout area 🤦🏻‍♀️ It started with ordering. I’ve ordered my coffee this way for years. A grande iced coffee - light ice - with caramel & cream, classic ok. But this time the barista didn’t understand and started asking me if I wanted caramel syrup or drizzle. I have no idea, no one has ever asked me?? Ugh. I’m not typically a complainer, I usually broadcast fabulous service and understand everyone has bad days. But, I don’t think I will return to this location, which doesn’t leave me with many other location options. Now I’m deflated and I’m heading into work. Will I let this crappy morning affect me? No, because I work with the public and that’s not how I roll.“

My favorite place to get chai, wish I knew how they made it! They make the donuts fresh to-go which is cool, not a huge donut fan but they were pretty good. I’ve tried an egg and cheese breakfast croissant, a butter croissant and twice I’ve ordered a decaf vanilla latte with macadamia milk and it hits the spot every time! The staff is so friendly and patient and the drinks get to you prompt! A little longer in the food but nothing a little sitting and scrolling can’t fix. Will definitely revisit this place when I’m working in Clemmons a couple times a week.“

“We stopped in for the Talk bar incidentally as visitors from out of state. Our bartender Matt knocked it out of the park! He was so pleasant, social, and accommodating. He listened to our drink desires and created cocktails for us that were better than anything we could have ever dreamed of. We come from a town with a few swanky cocktail bars that “customize” drinks. They don’t hold a candle to the creations Matt has up his sleeve. PLEASE stop here and visit this man and this bar!“

“I love this place for real— it is SUCH a shame they have such rowdy customers in the reviews.
I come in with my kids everyday and they always ask for cake pops to which the barista at the counter always greets me and says hi and even knows my kids names.
The Barista Bella is super kind and knows how to keep up a conversation!! She’s super kind and even fought off a rowdy customer for me once… she needs a raise!!
But seriously though, these crusty customers are freaking crazy— they’re complaining on google reviews about how they weren’t greeted when they came in and how Starbucks (a luxury expense) costs $7 for a Frappuccino (not even coffee atp.) some people have 0 brain cells and it shows.
I come here once a month for my business ventures with my husband and every time the drinks are consistent and delicious. I can’t fathom how perfect this place is.
Honestly? Every Starbucks in the high point area is just great!!

Vegetarian options: I love veggies. But if you’re strictly vegetarian you’re unfortunately limited!!
Either way, concepts of thoughts and prayers!

Dietary restrictions: If I had a diet(130 pounds going strong by the way!!)
this place would still be great as the baristas are knowledgeable and know their menu items to a TEA. (Get it? Tea?)

Parking: A lot of parking because they’re in the center of a lot of spaces and it’s great.

Kid-friendliness: The baristas here are super kind to my kids and even gave a free cake pop one time when my son dropped it.

Wheelchair accessibility: If I had a wheelchair I would never want to get up because this place is so nice“

“They were out of Nitro cold brew but Kelsey the one taking my order suggested that I get the regular vanilla sweet cream cold brew with cold foam to replicate the nitro, and even as a former Starbucks employee I didn’t even think to do that and it turned out to be even better! “This Starbucks is located inside the Harris Teeter supermarket. It’s very convenient to get a drink before or after shopping. The girl who attended us was quick and friendly. They have a nice set up with a small seating area next to it. It’s a nice place to relax while shopping they offer all the same drinks and food as the other bigger Starbucks. So you can also grab a quick bite of one of their many desserts and quick bites. I am not Big on overpriced drinks but once in a while I like to try something exotic that you don’t see anywhere else that’s why today I got two different blackberry drinks, One was a bit sugary for me, but it was a perfect blend of blackberry and sage. The midnight drink appears to have some type of milk in it and was actually very tasty and refreshing. It’s a nice treat to myself while shopping.“

They need a larger restaurant for inquisitive minds while starting the morning off great and unwinding after the work or play day is coming to end. I just love their efforts to be nice and kind and professional to all guest, who knows made one day the may put on their menu those old school grease brown pepper bag of oat meal cookies that many upon many of boys and girls enjoyed in the early years of 1960s 50s 40s and beyond. “Camino has seriously upped their vegan game, or maybe I’ve just been paying closer attention lately! They’ve got a bunch of yummy morning baked goodies, breads, cakes, and desserts, and I just stumbled upon their vegan chicken salad! You can grab just the salad in a container or get it as a pre-made sandwich. I went with the sandwich, and it was delicious! Everything is consistently tasty (maybe a tad oily at times), but overall, I’m super happy with what they’re creating. Definitely give it a try!“

“You’ll walk through an alleyway that is decorated with a literary mural on both sides. You’ll find this little gem is snuggled into a nook with two entry ways. One door is to a coffee shop that had the tastiest coffee flight and exceptional customer service. The coffee shop is industrially furnished and decorated with beautiful pieces of art accompanied by relaxed lighting. The second door farther to the left is for the bookstore. This bookstore gives books a million vibes but someone took the time to list bookmarks for each section, explaining the types of books you’re looking at. They work with the community schools, as well. I’m not usually one for a “city” environment but this spot is a treasure!“
