“I visit here often, more than i probably should have haha. I don't drink Starbucks anymore, and I haven't found a local spot that can make coffee that I actually enjoy. This Dunkin is without a doubt, the ONLY Dunkin i have been to in like a 50 mile radius that actually makes decent, consistent coffee. The same guy is usually working the drive thru when we come through, and he's always straightforward and polite, and if he's making the coffee, he is TEARING IT UP in there.

It's honestly insane how many times i get coffee at other Dunkins and it tastes like dishwater, but this location never does that. No matter if I tweak my order, it still tastes leagues better than anywhere else. I go out of my way to hit this one even if my destination is in the opposite direction.
The food is also worth mentioning, it's typical Dunkin fare- likely premade or with premade ingredients- but it tastes pretty good so I absolutely can't complain. Never cold, and thats more than I could ask for.“

“I had my first issue with this location this morning. My friend surprised me with a Venti PSL & I was shocked to see it was only half full. So, she paid for a Venti & basically got a grande. People need to get what they pay for. Other than that, this Starbucks has always been great.“

“This McDonalds is no diff than any other one. They all have good and bad moments. i just get so irritated by the condiment waste. i ask for 1 pack ketchup, 1 pack of salt and 4 packs of pepper. i rcv 5 ketchup(i only have a hashbrown that i need it for) and 5 packs of salt, who would use that much salt( maybe i should take it home and pour the packs in my salt shaker) and 6 packs of pepper(which is fine, pepper doesn't go to waste with me). that kind of waste bothers me.“

“You’ll walk through an alleyway that is decorated with a literary mural on both sides. You’ll find this little gem is snuggled into a nook with two entry ways. One door is to a coffee shop that had the tastiest coffee flight and exceptional customer service. The coffee shop is industrially furnished and decorated with beautiful pieces of art accompanied by relaxed lighting. The second door farther to the left is for the bookstore. This bookstore gives books a million vibes but someone took the time to list bookmarks for each section, explaining the types of books you’re looking at. They work with the community schools, as well. I’m not usually one for a “city” environment but this spot is a treasure!“

“Cool setting, shady outside tables due to an enormous tree. Limited inside seating, but it is cozy. The doughnuts are amazing, with both classics, specials and seasonal flavors. They are freshly made when ordered, so there is a small wait for this awesome treat. The coffee options are good, and they do seasonal latte recipes as well.“

I’ve tried an egg and cheese breakfast croissant, a butter croissant and twice I’ve ordered a decaf vanilla latte with macadamia milk and it hits the spot every time! The staff is so friendly and patient and the drinks get to you prompt! A little longer in the food but nothing a little sitting and scrolling can’t fix. Will definitely revisit this place when I’m working in Clemmons a couple times a week.“

“As of this current year, up until this morning, I was thrilled with this location. Being that I work in Clemmons, I used to frequent the Clemmons spot, but that location is absolutely awful. Nice baristas but the wait, and parking lot logistics are so very bad. I started to go out of my way, and used Cloverdale. For a long time, it was my favorite. Great baristas deliver yummy food & service. Then they started with a barista out in the drive through, which IMO, resulted in watery drinks and cold food. So, I started with Jonestown. Not as out of my way, but still backtracking. Anyway, great baristas and yummy food. I even got hit while waiting at the window, by the dude behind me. But even that, didn’t compare to today’s crappy visit. I don’t know where the regular crew were, and I understand that people have bad days, but when you work with the public directly, and you are the face people see before driving away, you really should be at your best and act happy with your job, or at the very least smile and be courteous. The guy seemed deflated and told me it was busy, though I have seen it way worse. I tried to make it better by smiling and attempting to chat, but he just stood there and didn’t engage. Then he handed me one bag, and said have a good day. I said I still needed another bag and a drink. He looked at me with a blank expression. I then looked into the bag, and didn’t see my sandwich. I notified him it was wrong and he didn’t seem concerned. I showed him the bag and he said, yea a bacon Gouda. I said yea but it’s sausage and cheddar, it’s wrong. Again, blank stare. Someone else came over, I repeat myself and that person looks in the bag and says oh they put sausage on it, and walks away. I say to original barista, they also put cheddar, it’s not the sandwich I ordered. He finally says oh yea we made the wrong one. Ugh. So he steps away and comes back with another bag (my bakery item). Hands it to me and says have a good day. I say, I am still waiting for the coffee and the correct sandwich. So he steps away again and hands me the correct sandwich, which looks like someone made it without and care - ciabatta is off the egg and bacon is dangling off the sandwich, fine whatever. I repeat about my coffee. He looks confused. I repeat my coffee order, he steps away, and then as he is handing it to me, he runs his hand all over the top of the lid, including the spout area 🤦🏻‍♀️ It started with ordering. I’ve ordered my coffee this way for years. A grande iced coffee - light ice - with caramel & cream, classic ok. But this time the barista didn’t understand and started asking me if I wanted caramel syrup or drizzle. I have no idea, no one has ever asked me?? Ugh. I’m not typically a complainer, I usually broadcast fabulous service and understand everyone has bad days. But, I don’t think I will return to this location, which doesn’t leave me with many other location options. Now I’m deflated and I’m heading into work. Will I let this crappy morning affect me? No, because I work with the public and that’s not how I roll.“

“I go to this establishment to get coffee and to play chess on my tablet, I'll be honest I have never eaten the food, I also go to this establishment to enjoy the eye candy, that's street talk for looking at the beautiful older females. The place is so clean I believe they can possibly past a USA. Marine Corps inspection since I am a old school ex marine from the early 70s. They need a larger restaurant for inquisitive minds while starting the morning off great and unwinding after the work or play day is coming to end. I just love their efforts to be nice and kind and professional to all guest, who knows made one day the may put on their menu those old school grease brown pepper bag of oat meal cookies that many upon many of boys and girls enjoyed in the early years of 1960s 50s 40s and beyond. “This Starbucks is located inside the Harris Teeter supermarket. It’s very convenient to get a drink before or after shopping. The girl who attended us was quick and friendly. They have a nice set up with a small seating area next to it. It’s a nice place to relax while shopping they offer all the same drinks and food as the other bigger Starbucks. So you can also grab a quick bite of one of their many desserts and quick bites. I am not Big on overpriced drinks but once in a while I like to try something exotic that you don’t see anywhere else that’s why today I got two different blackberry drinks, One was a bit sugary for me, but it was a perfect blend of blackberry and sage. The midnight drink appears to have some type of milk in it and was actually very tasty and refreshing. It’s a nice treat to myself while shopping.“

“a few years ago, my mom was having surgery at the hospital and i was there with her for a few days. now, keep in mind, i was around 12 at this time. i noticed there was a starbucks in the hospital and my dad bought me some iced coffee (this was in 2017 so i don’t remember what drink) because it was early. well, my sister came along later and recommended a drink to get. so i got another drink a couple minutes later. then my mom gives me money and i get yet another drink. it was like 10 in the morning and the worker didn’t question why this twelve year old was downing three venti coffees at that time. i don’t remember his name or much else about it, but i reminisce about those times every time i pass it.“
