“I placed a mobile order through the drive thru here and everything was perfect. The drive thru employees were incredibly nice and I didn’t have to wait long for my food at all. The girl that handed me my food kept communicating with me and gave me an excellent customer service experience. I also got exactly what I wanted, including the extra toppings. This happened around 7:00 PM on February 15th. I just hope the team working that night knows that they are appreciated.“
“We stopped at McDonald's on our way back to school from a field trip to a local corn maze. There were 37 students and numerous adults with us. It was right in the middle of lunch rush. The staff were absolutely wonderful and patient with our 5th graders. The food was great and the service was excellent! A+ to the crew working on Oct. 25, 2024. ❤️“
“My husband and I had to be in Fayetteville today for a doctor's appointment. We visited this McDonald's, Store #35083. Jasmine helped us and she was so very friendly and accommodating! It was like a breath of fresh air in a world where so many seem to not care! We also spoke to the manager, Neisha and other staff and every single one of them was friendly and accommodating! Please visit them! There is much to be said about kindness!“
“I haven't been to McDonald's in a while but I can say for sure this place is very good. Watch out for loitering homeless people of course, and be nice to the trainees who still are figuring out the register ordering interface.

“I’m still new to ordering via the kiosk (large touch screen)—my grandson helped me. He knew what he was doing. He also knew what he and his brother and sister wanted to eat. And the three of them did eat. They cleaned the tray. But I should add, the workers did a great job. The food was good. The service was fast. I asked for extra sauces (well, what do you expect with three hungry kids?) and was quickly served.“
“Arrived at this location around 3:50 AM after leaving the Ramsey Street location who refused to serve me. The Night Shift crew here was amazing. I was not denied lunch even though breakfast was 10 minutes away. Parts of my order was not taken and once confronting staff, they were extremely apologetic, even offering more food than what I paid for. If you’re looking for great customer service anytime I recommend this location.“
“Just like a Five Starred restaurant! Brings food to you! Looked and tasted delicious! Extremely clean! We did not get sick after playing on the indoor playground which was immaculately kept. The customer service was humble and easily able to connect to all costumers who they greated and took orders from. I would go here rather than the high end restaurants anyway. What a treat!“
“I come here for cookie totes all the time because my mom loves them! I came here about 4 nights ago, the manager Shatoya and there was another young man working.. and there were plenty cars in the line. The manager ran back and forth to both windows giving people their food, taking their orders and also went to the other window to complete payments. The gentleman ran outside to all the cars that were waiting & made the food as well. I went through the drive thru twice so I saw this in the midst of waiting. There were working so hard I was so impressed. Granted, the line was long because there only like two workers but they had the best attitude and did their thing! I’m a regular and never made a review until now.“
“This location stands out above the rest. Fresh food, beverages, and dessert treats make it a premier location. Wanna say thank you to the evening manager on 9/25/23 ( I didn't get her name) & entire crew for doing a bang up job expediting orders. Thank you guys for making a difference!“
“If you go to this McDonald's on 810 S. Reilly Rd. Go to the drive thru. You would think you were at a family reunion. Loud and disrespectful. The manager is no better. I had a fly in my drink. I used to go all the time, but now it's ghetto fabulous. It has its good days and bad days. GO TO THE DRIVE THRU.......“
“The place was well decorated, clean, I think it was the best place I've ever had a hot chocolate, the only detail was that the employees were not very friendly, maybe it was too early (8 am) but they didn't even say good morning to us when paying inside the store.“
“Atmosphere is set by attitude of staff and managers. This store is the world's best at making you feel like a problem when you order at the drive thru. They have no sense of urgency and don't know how to greet and thank and appreciate customers.“
“I had a weird craving for their Bagel steak thing so I got one. It was good as always.
Dietary restrictions: Just don't order anything with Dairy.
Parking: Well there were cars in the parking lot.

“Breakfast at my favorite, 2 sausage biscuits and a caramel iced coffee with an espresso shot, 1 pump vanilla syrup and a caramel drizzle. I'M LOVIN' IT!!
Parking: I normally get curbside in order to stretch my gas as far as possible, but I do several drive thru's because everybody ends up wanting something from 2 places. I do mobile order and pay thru the app for DISCOUNTS!! HONESTLY, I DON'T KNOW HOW I COULD GET THRU THE MONTH WITHOUT THE SAVINGS! IT IS NORMALLY MUCH EASIER AND I CAN CUSTOMIZE WITH NO HASSLE, I GREATLY PREFER IT TO WAITING TIL I GET TO THE SPEAKER AND TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT AND FIND THE PRICES, PLUS NO DISCOUNTS!“
“I go to the Pembroke NC McDonalds EVERY Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 5:15 - 5:30 am otw to my Dialysis appointment. The drive thru employees are on top of things & ensure my order is correct as well as the cook who ensures my apple pie is fresh & piping hot, or my fruit/oatmeal is hot as well as my pancake & sausage patty is nice and warm. The employee who stands out the most us Ms. Sasha. She is always smiling, in a good mood & very professional. She also asks if I'd like any additional cream/sugar for my coffee ir extra bytter/syrup for my pancake. I will continue to visit thus McDonald's weekly & highly recommend it.“
