McDonald's in Fayetteville

“I go to the Pembroke NC McDonalds EVERY Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 5:15 - 5:30 am otw to my Dialysis appointment. The drive thru employees are on top of things & ensure my order is correct as well as the cook who ensures my apple pie is fresh & piping hot, or my fruit/oatmeal is hot as well as my pancake & sausage patty is nice and warm. The employee who stands out the most us Ms. Sasha. She is always smiling, in a good mood & very professional. She also asks if I'd like any additional cream/sugar for my coffee ir extra bytter/syrup for my pancake. I will continue to visit thus McDonald's weekly & highly recommend it.“

“This McDonald's is like any other McDonald's. The thing that makes me the maddest is they change the dollar tea to a dollar 59. It's tea people tea. They're not the cleanliness place inside but they're not bad like I said they're just like every other McDonald's you ever go to specially for traveling. The people are usually friendly through the window. Not a bad choice for something quick.“

“Great experience while traveling through. Stopped in for a cup of coffee and had to wait for a fresh pot. Which was fine since it was 3 pm. Due to the wait they upsized my coffee and gave me an apple pie for the wait. Kids enjoyed the play place.“

“This is one of the Best McDonald's I've ever been in NC, The only problem is some, managers on first shift, are like they don't like some kind of specific people in there, and the dine in area they close an hour early every day, they wont let U order thru the app and go inside to get it it , or either go inside, let you o decide what to get an order and eat inside, if you don't have a car or riding on a bicycle 🚲, after 9pm you will have to go thru the drive thru window, yup that's right and the dine in closing hours are at 10pm but they always close at 9pm, that's why I won't give them a 5 start review.“

“Honestly don't know why the reviews aren't better. I came on a Mon at 10:30 and it is so clean, smells good, bathroom was very clean. The manager dude was high energy and friendly, eager to help everybody. My order was correct. Literally nothing to complain about.“

“I don't know what the hell people's problems are when they stop at this location,I've known the manager for 20 yrs and she does not tolerate bad customer service but at the same time she doesn't let customers run rough shod over her employees,maybe if you have a problem,you should ask for Tiffany or Jackie,they both are at tentative to customer service and will go out of there way to make things right,as for myself my food is always fresh and hot,my coffee is perfect so when you are honest with your reviews you'll take notice that employees are prone to make mistakes in a rush but they don't last long at this location as Ms.Hickenbottom is always looking for staff that can multi task.“

“They got our food quickly to us and it seemed like whomever was making the food genuinely cared. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwhich with a large fry and the fries were perfectly salted, crispy, golden and mouth watering. However the sandwich confused me. I haven't had MCdonalds in a few months and I hadn't been to this specific one before but I know for a fact that I have never had a chicken sandwich taste that good before coming from a fast food business. Perfectly crunchy and tender, seasoned well, and the bun was just the right amount of plush and delectable to accommodate the chicken itself. I got it on a Saturday night at 11:30-11:45 p.m. so whoever was working the food back there, keep up the good work. You left someone extremely happy!“

“I’m still new to ordering via the kiosk (large touch screen)—my grandson helped me. He knew what he was doing. He also knew what he and his brother and sister wanted to eat. And the three of them did eat. They cleaned the tray. But I should add, the workers did a great job. The food was good. The service was fast. I asked for extra sauces (well, what do you expect with three hungry kids?) and was quickly served.“

“Just like a Five Starred restaurant! Brings food to you! Looked and tasted delicious! Extremely clean! We did not get sick after playing on the indoor playground which was immaculately kept. The customer service was humble and easily able to connect to all costumers who they greated and took orders from. I would go here rather than the high end restaurants anyway. What a treat!“

“Arrived at this location around 3:50 AM after leaving the Ramsey Street location who refused to serve me. The Night Shift crew here was amazing. I was not denied lunch even though breakfast was 10 minutes away. Parts of my order was not taken and once confronting staff, they were extremely apologetic, even offering more food than what I paid for. If you’re looking for great customer service anytime I recommend this location.“

“Atmosphere is set by attitude of staff and managers. This store is the world's best at making you feel like a problem when you order at the drive thru. They have no sense of urgency and don't know how to greet and thank and appreciate customers.“

“If you go to this McDonald's on 810 S. Reilly Rd. Go to the drive thru. You would think you were at a family reunion. Loud and disrespectful. The manager is no better. I had a fly in my drink. I used to go all the time, but now it's ghetto fabulous. It has its good days and bad days. GO TO THE DRIVE THRU.......“

“Folks, at times its a slow place to get your food and other times fast...nonetheless, its Mickey D's you either love it or hate it but when that craving hits for a big Mac dog...on it still delivers. I look forward for my McRib when iin season. As for the employees, today 9/27/25 the young man helped me immediately cause my old ass cant use the app on my phone. He was quick & through all.
