“MunchiLove really lives up to the love in its name! 💛 It’s been such a sweet addition to the area—exactly what we needed. While my son is at Cor4 Fitness for Speed School or getting tutoring at Sylvan, I can relax with a delicious latte (the strawberry white mocha is my favorite ☕) or a fresh pastry—highly recommend the blueberry cream cheese muffins 🫐🧁! The only challenge is the lack of shade on the patio. I often bring my dog and like to sit outside, but it's been extremely hot with no umbrellas or coverings. 🌞 The sun makes it tough to see my laptop screen, and my dog gets overheated quickly 🐶💦. With just a little shade, the patio would be much more comfortable—and I’d definitely be there even more often!“

“Visited for the first time tonight and we will definitely be back. Right off the bat, the employees were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Our water glasses stayed full and our cocktails were delicious. The food was phenomenal—appetizer, entrées, and dessert. The presentation was lovely and the taste was divine. The Whipped Feta & Fig Crostinis were a surprise hit! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Red Cream Paneer Curry and I couldn’t get enough of the Tagliatelle Pasta Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms and Shiitake Bacon. The ice cream sundae was great, too! It was my first time tasting non-dairy ice cream that actually tastes good! Given the quality and care taken to provide vegan food that is THIS tasty, I think the pricing is fair, especially when compared to other local cafés/bistros/restaurants in the area. Casual, kid-friendly atmosphere, but still nice enough for a date night. Can’t wait to come back!“

“My favorite coffee! My usual order is a decaf medium iced latte and it's always delicious. I love that there are four shots of espresso in the medium without me having to ask or pay for extra shots. Even if I have to order decaf, I want to taste and enjoy the coffee which I do every time. Coffee lovers, definitely go for a visit if you haven't!“

“The best thing here is the gelato. It’s super high end. Smoothies >$7 latte >$7. Served in to go cups. Not a ton of natural lighting, but some seating decent for working. The gelato is really nice actually, esp spicy mango.

“Great place to get Boba!! Me and my boyfriend became OBSESSED going here. It got to the point, the one worker knows us and gives suggestions what we might like. Even though I like to experiment once in awhile- My absolutely favorite is the strawberry ice milk all mixed together with strawberry popping Boba...Sooo good! It's like drinking a strawberry milkshake. My boyfriend likes to be a little braver and try different kinds when he gets one- he likes more of the fruit Boba and has tried a few varieties. Definitely would be back, maybe more than I need to 😂😂 but it's definitely worth it.“

“On the night of the UNC-Duke game, February 7th, this Starbucks on Franklin Street showed my family a kindness I will never forget. My husband became separated from us in the post-game crowds. I tracked him via Find My iPhone and found him through the window — hunched over, his blood sugar dangerously low. The staff had already noticed he didn't look right, let him in, and given him water before I even arrived. The employee at the door let me in immediately when I explained who he was. While I went back out into the chaos to find our daughter, the team kept watch.
They were handling one of the most intense nights Franklin Street sees all year — thousands of people flooding the street after a big UNC win — and yet they were calm, warm, and genuinely caring. They may not have realized how serious his situation could have become, but their instinct to look after a stranger made all the difference.
These are exactly the kind of people you hope to encounter when things go sideways. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🙏“

They just don’t let you down. You may encounter self-absorbed customers who mar you experience, but Starbucks is good at mediating even that. Use their phone app and cut the people frustrations. I always go out of my way to go to Starbucks they always have a consistent cuppa coffee it's hot on point and the staff is always very courteous the added bonus is now I have the Starbucks app so I can have my coffee waiting for me when I walk in thank you Staff are always wonderful and friendly~ Peppermint Mocha is amazing~ Great coffee and a fast drive thru Stuff is close and convienunt Didn't have to travel very far to grocery store or for fast food also walgreens auto part stores This Starbucks location is converted Schlottzky's Deli, and it has quite a bit of room. Of course, it's also popular, so despite its size, you may not find the exact chair you want at any given time.It is a great place to meet someone, have a coffee, and do a bit of networking. The location is convenient, and the service is what you'd expect from Starbucks. Such great staff working here. I met with my classmates to go over a presentation and we stayed for hours until they closed and they gave us each (6) cakes because we were studying and working so long. Super nice of them! the starbucks is close by the hotel. within walking distance and a safe commute. nice environment and plenty of coffee“

“I am a student at UNC-Chapel Hill and I come to the Starbucks at East Gate every single day, if not twice a day, to study. I am a coffee addict and switch up my Starbucks purchase every day. I purchased a white chocolate mocha that tasted like a hot coffee with frothed milk. I spoke with Whitney who was super friendly and immediately remade my drink. The remade drink tasted exactly the way it was supposed to taste. Whitney's professionalism and customer service were on point. “Tried this Starbucks at Barbee Chapel Rd in Chapel Hill. It's situated inside Harris Teeter, so you can enjoy coffee while grocery shopping or just come & enjoy coffee. They also have one designated entry as well. Plus, there's outdoor seating with trees covering it.
Somehow I don't feel it's good for studies/work as it connects with Harris Teeter so not that calm always.“
