Dunkin' Donuts in Goldsboro

“I’ve always received poor customer service and rudeness at this store but over the past few weeks, they have had major positive changes. Everyone has been so kind and polite. The store has been clean and tidy! I asked the sweet girl at the window could I speak to her manager to give her a compliment. The manager said he is new to the store. He was just as kind and professional. Keep up the great work!“

“First time here since it has opened. Staff was nice and drinks+donuts tasted good. The inside was very clean, and bathroom was also clean. I liked their display case being up front instead of on the wall, I haven't seen a Dunkin do that before. They also weren't out of any donuts like the Berkeley location is...which I appreciated! Will be back!“
