“By far the best meal we had on our vacation, so much so that we came twice for dinner! Best restaurant in Corolla! Get the crab cakes! You won't regret it! Finish off with a homemade ice cream sandwich and maybe even start with the delicious shrimp and corn chowder. Also have a menu for the kids with crayons with is huge for a family with a 2 year old and 6 year old! Thank you!!!!“

“Ok this place wowed me. The servers were so friendly and the food was great! I was a little nervous with the location and broken sign but don’t let that worry you. Endless crab legs and an assortment of seafood and non will please everyone. We had 3 little kids and 4 adults and left fat and happy. Leave room for the homemade PB pie and key lime.“

My husband got the daily special, it was the Honey Bourbon Pork Chop, I got the Scallops and Shrimp with Pesto Pappardelle, both meals 10/10! I got a mixed drink too, it was delicious. “We used BJ's for catering our rehearsal dinner last week. I cannot say enough about the service and the food! Every one was raving about it for the whole week we were there. The service was impeccable. The guys stayed and set everything up, topped us off when needed and cleaned up when we were finished with eating. It was amazing! “We love Uncle Ike's. It's part of our yearly OBX tradition. Nothing gets out vacation off on the right foot better than food and drinks at Uncle Ike's. The drink menu is varied and always has interesting options. The menu isn't huge, but everything on the menu is done to perfection every time. It is bigger than it looks but due to popularity there is usually a small wait during the lunch rush which is when we usually go. It's well worth it.“

“We ate here on Friday Oct. 20. Bartender was super friendly. Highly recommend the clam chowder, best we've ever had. I had the Grouper special and it great. My wife had the Tuna, was super pleased, cooked perfect and not many places get it right. They did. Chef was great to talk to. She explained a lot as we sat at the bar waiting for our food. Backyard bar was our kind of place. The band had to cancel because of rain but It would have been a great place to see one. Will go back next time we are in Duck. Thanks for a great experience.“

“Great burgers! Wait staff was fantastic. They were also very accommodating for a shellfish allergy and used a pan on the grill and changed gloves, as to not cross contaminate.(kitchen is open, so I watched the process) Also the waiter immediately told me I wouldn’t be able to eat the fries due to cross contamination and subbed a salad for the same price. We will return on our next visit.“
