“We had a catered boil last night for our family of 11. Brayden came to set up, prepare the food and clean up afterwards. I cannot imagine a more personable and competent guide to the nights festivities than he. We had such a good time, the food was great and we made fast friends with Brayden!!!“

“Food was good except for shrimp in the combo steamer that were almost impossible to peel and mushy. The crab legs were very good and hot, but the clams were cold. The scallops on risotto were very good. The seating is limited and there can be long wait times. It's kinda noisy. Our bill came with a notice about a 3% credit card processing fee. If there was any advance notice about that, we certainly didn't see it. 😒“

“We picked the spot for our big "family dinner" during our OBX vacation. We arrived right at the start of dinner with a party of nine. They seated us quickly and each option was better than the last. My son-in-law proclaimed the hush puppies the best he'd ever had, but the Mahi Bites and Duck Wontons were fabulous as well and the Pineapple Chutney on the Coconut Shrimp was fantastic. That was just the appetizers! Every entree was great; the Crab Cakes came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were paired with the Filet Mignon for a great Surf and Turf. Others had the NC Shrimp & Grits and Crab Alfredo. No one was disappointed! Just a heads up that there are no reservations. We were fortunate to be seated in arriving at the start of the 5:00 p.m. Dinner Menu. The line formed soon thereafter.“

“Ok this place wowed me. The servers were so friendly and the food was great! I was a little nervous with the location and broken sign but don’t let that worry you. Endless crab legs and an assortment of seafood and non will please everyone. We had 3 little kids and 4 adults and left fat and happy. Leave room for the homemade PB pie and key lime.“

“We decided to to go dinner here after shopping at Timbuck II, I am so glad we did. The food was PHENOMENAL! My husband got the daily special, it was the Honey Bourbon Pork Chop, I got the Scallops and Shrimp with Pesto Pappardelle, both meals 10/10! I got a mixed drink too, it was delicious. Service was great as well!!“

“We used BJ's for catering our rehearsal dinner last week. I cannot say enough about the service and the food! Every one was raving about it for the whole week we were there. The service was impeccable. The guys stayed and set everything up, topped us off when needed and cleaned up when we were finished with eating. It was amazing! “By far the best meal we had on our vacation, so much so that we came twice for dinner! Best restaurant in Corolla! Get the crab cakes! You won't regret it! Finish off with a homemade ice cream sandwich and maybe even start with the delicious shrimp and corn chowder. Also have a menu for the kids with crayons with is huge for a family with a 2 year old and 6 year old! Thank you!!!!“

“This place is always a staple vacation eats spot! The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun and the food is some of the best bar food in OBX! I got the blackened fish sandwich and crabby wings. Let me tell you, it was the BEST Mahi mahi sandwich I’ve ever eaten! The wasabi mayo and sweet Thai sauce they put on it is so good! Yearly tradition to come back!“

“Great burgers! Wait staff was fantastic. They were also very accommodating for a shellfish allergy and used a pan on the grill and changed gloves, as to not cross contaminate.(kitchen is open, so I watched the process) Also the waiter immediately told me I wouldn’t be able to eat the fries due to cross contamination and subbed a salad for the same price. We will return on our next visit.“

“We ate here on Friday Oct. 20. Bartender was super friendly. Highly recommend the clam chowder, best we've ever had. I had the Grouper special and it great. My wife had the Tuna, was super pleased, cooked perfect and not many places get it right. They did. Chef was great to talk to. She explained a lot as we sat at the bar waiting for our food. Backyard bar was our kind of place. The band had to cancel because of rain but It would have been a great place to see one. Will go back next time we are in Duck. Thanks for a great experience.“
