“Have been going to Salvino’s for over 20 years. Ate there last week and had the best meal I have ever had. It was the special and was grouper on spinach with angel hair pasta and a lemon/white wine sauce. It was excellent. Would definitely recommend if they have it. Mary Speaker please give my compliments to the chef!!“

“My husband and I were accompanied by my granddaughter and two of her friends for dinner prior to a theater event. My husband and I loved the lusciousness and authenticity of the Italian cuisine. We so appreciated the patience our server provided the tweens ; this age group is not known for adventurous dining. They tried new things and we all loved it! We will be back!!!“

“We ate here last night a the staff was amazing. Our server, Jayden (I hope I didn’t spell it wrong), was super kind and attentive. The owner Ray was also so nice and hospitable. The dessert was INCREDIBLE!

“In my quest to find the best steak and cheese sub in Greensboro, this restaurant ranks at number three for me. Everything tastes fresh and the service was great. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Prices were comparable to other locations and fair. I highly recommend.“

“Went for dinner tonight.
The staff was very friendly and I really appreciated the manager and how he handled each situation. Watched as I was waiting for our food (which took about 15 minutes for a stromboli, calzone and a kids slice of cheese pizza). As someone who has worked in multiple restaurants and hand many managers I appreciated him. Never once looked stressed or annoyed and genuinely seemed to enjoy his work.
100% will eat here again.

“Tried North Italia on a whim when I was in town and Scarlett was an absolute pleasure!!! She recommended I try the pomegranate mule and the bolognese and she did NOT disappoint. Everything was fantastic and I will recommend this to everyone that’s in the area!!“

“You guys are great, however please tell someone that iceberg lettuce doesn’t go in a Caesar salad, that makes twice I’ve gotten it that way and then today I got Ranch dressing with it & not the Caesar dressing. I’ll have to remind myself to check it next time before I leave.“

“This place is great. We had a large delivery order and they got one of the pizzas wrong. I called and the person I spoke to was SO nice and they brought us the right pizza and quickly! I grew up in CT, and this pizza is as close at it gets. For people who really like pizza, you will not be disappointed!!!“

“I just moved from NY and when they said NY style pizza I was skeptical. but as far as thin crust goes this is as close as you can get to NY thin crust pizza. this will now be the pizza place I order from from now on. if anyone is looking to see what NY pizza really tastes like without leaving there home..this is it. 10 outa 10.“

“I have been getting food at this restaraunt for almost 20 years. I moved to the Lake Norman area about 7 years ago, but I still stop by to get food anytime I am in the area to visit family. Their greek salad is exceptional. Pizza is wonderful. Their steak and cheese is my favorite out of all the ones I have eaten. I love their homemade chips.
Kid-friendliness: They do not neccessarily have kid meals, but my kids love their pizza and steak and cheese subs. I can split a small steak and cheese sub between 4 small kids.“

“My son wanted hot chicken so we thought we would give it a try! I got the Tim chicken sandwich, thigh meat with medium heat. Just the right amount of heat for me. I had collard greens as my side. They were really good as well. My son got the wing plate(hot) and fries. He ate one wing and he was like I can't feel my lips lol. I tried one as well. The wing was fried well, but man it was hot! I infact could not feel my lips either! The ranch is really good and seems to be made in house. We will be back!“

“$8.99 for a side salad is outrageous. Didn’t realize that until our check. Two side salads at $8.99 were more expensive than four beers between the two of us. What are you doing? It’s lettuce, carrots, 4 cucumber slices, sprinkled with onion and 5 olives. Across the street at Rody’s, I can get more salad in my side salad for $2.99! You’re charging triple the cost they are. This is why your establishment is empty when we go there. You lost a family of customers today. EIGHTEEN DOLLARS FOR TWO SIDE SALADS is robbery.“

“Moved from NJ to GSO 8 years ago and finally found an Italian deli that makes the best cold cut sandwiches that remind me of home. Absolutely delicious sandwiches - looking forward to having the vodka and marinara sauces with their pizza dough and cheese ravioli I picked up as well.“
